Subway sandwich was ripped to pieces when I opened it up

Love subway food is delicious with plenty of variety and reasonably priced staff are always helpful and friendly

Placed my order for collection and it was delicious actually better than placing it in person.

Whoever made my sandwich clearly hates there job as there was no crispy onions or cheese 🤣

Toasted rolls that were solid!! Food was very cold & hash brown soggy

Asked for a little Mayo not half a bottle. Why does no one ever read the notes 🤦‍♀️

I got my cookie and it tasted of meat

Food wasn’t even delivered seen a driver in the car park he stopped for a few minutes and then I got a notification saying delivered and he drove away, not even leaving his car.

The double chocolate cookie was missing 😞

I get wraps all the time and they’re usually toasted. These ones were not. They were absolutely freezing

received order and a packet of 3 chocolate chip cookies was missing from my order.

Asked for extra sauce and paid for extra cheese on both subs, there was a tiny amount of both. Bread was also stale and hard, was so dry

I ordered double cheese on the ham footlong because the cheese was missing from my last order but once again the cheese was nowhere to be found, there was hardly any ham too - Overall I'm really disappointed

ordered a make your own sub. footlong chicken and American cheese toasted sub with nothing else on it for a fussy kid. delivered with lettuce all over it which meant he couldn't eat it. Just eat won't refund nor credit despite the order being incorrect. I'd even have taken a replacement ..not cheap. poor poor service.

Really good Subway experience. All Subways aren't equal and this in my experience is one of the best. Friendly staff, prompt and always make a great sandwich - lots of toppings and neat. Been a fair few times now and always the same experience 👍

Bread was fresh and lived the boxes and the fact it was marked which sub was which.

Ordered 2 box’s of large crinkle wedges and 1 wasn’t even half full and the other had about 5 wedges in it. Delivery time kept changing which at the time I didn’t mind until I received next to no food very disappointed

the 6inch roast chicken baquette was terrible I got roast chicken bacon mozzarella cheese extra cheese and lettuce it was a 6inch sub itwas rubbish hardly any cheese in it 2 wee bits of bacon two small bits of chicken ridiculous

food was beyond incorrect. paid for extras - never got them. even without the extras both subs where completely bare with next to nothing on them and toasted/burnt to a crisp (when they weren’t meant to be toasted at all) applied for a refund and had no reply. appalled at service won’t be back. delivery time was pushed back don’t know why as they clearly never put any thought into making the subs. shouldn’t have to go in store to babysit staff to ensure my order is right! embarrassing

My order was great and delivered promptly.

Staff are a useless waste of oxygen. How difficult is it to read an order and put it in a bag. Forgot to send my nachos and when I phoned about it they told me to cancel it and wait 6-9 working years for a refund. A just want ma nachos mate. Refund rapid plz 👍

Food was freezing cold because after he picked it up he went a 10 minute drive the total opposite direction of my property then came dropped it off

I ordered a meal deal and got an out of date fresh orange dated 3/8/23 which I have drank

Disappointed I asked for no peppers and my sub came laden with them I could smell them before I opened the box 🤢

Order wasn’t delivered at all despite saying that it was. Phoned the shop and they couldn’t help because it was a just eat driver and so couldn’t do anything! Had to contact just eat which takes ages to action.

Stop cooking the order before the driver is at the shop it’s that simple. The foods supposed to be 63 digress that’s the serving temperature so why the hells it freezing when i literally stay 200/300 yards away feel like walking back over with it horrible and disgusting waste of money end up not well

Food was great ready bang in time and the girls asked my husband about the request for extra pickles and when he told them I was pregnant they gave me a wee tub full of pickles 😁

Food was meh. Thrown together and the pizza slices were horrible. Subway decent but as mentioned before, looked thrown together by a toddler.

Orderd plain a and toasted but it came with cheese my 6 year old is having a meltdown he hates cheese

Sal's in subs and side salad was brown. No sauce at all on subs when it was requested. Nachos were horrible.

I had waited almost two hours for delivery driver nothing to do with restaurant they were brilliant but delivery driver’s where horrible

Awful waiting times and freezing cold order

Waited almost two hours for a footlong meal deal, some nachos, a coffee and a bag of crisps. I received: a 6" wrap and a tiny box of sad-looking cold wedges. When I called the restaurant, I was told that it was a Just Eat driver error, and they would neither replace nor refund me for my almost-£25 order, and I'd need to do it through Just Eat. Never ordering from this Subway again, sorry.

Wrap came toasted, which wasn’t requested. Please read the order before processing. Hash browns were kinda soggy.

Absolutely nightmare, first been there, the older woman without glasses with the red cupon forgot to put the ham and salami on my roll, same time she was nasty for no reason throwing stuff on it like and idiot. Thought she had a bad day. So just ignored it. Went there just now and she was absolutely nasty, commenting on my order to the other women not even hiding it. Never go back there again. Absolutely disgusting

Watched the driver on the map after pick up. He travelled away from my home, sat for a while and then travelled to my address. Explains why the food was cold.
