Doritos were abysmal, cheese stuck to the paper and the churro was rock solid.

Considering it's supposed to be a "Stacked" Bacon & Cheese Toastie, the amount of filling in reality is disappointing! When I think "stacked" I think of "tons of filling", and is what I was expecting, but in reality it was just a regular sub!

Food was clearly sitting for ages order time changed alsorts of times roll is solid

Awful experience with timing for the order, ordered at 1,30’ish arrived at 4pm. Rediculous. Restraunt said the driver took it ages ago. Only got a courrier when I complained. Will not be ordering again shocking service!

Absolute shambles driver demanding a code the was not sent for 2 sandwiches standing refusing to hand over food after last week when food was cold then promised a refund that didn’t materialise will not use this farce again.

Request was for double cheese and there was no cheese at all

I got my cookie and it tasted of meat

Food wasn’t even delivered seen a driver in the car park he stopped for a few minutes and then I got a notification saying delivered and he drove away, not even leaving his car.

ordered a make your own sub. footlong chicken and American cheese toasted sub with nothing else on it for a fussy kid. delivered with lettuce all over it which meant he couldn't eat it. Just eat won't refund nor credit despite the order being incorrect. I'd even have taken a replacement ..not cheap. poor poor service.

Really good Subway experience. All Subways aren't equal and this in my experience is one of the best. Friendly staff, prompt and always make a great sandwich - lots of toppings and neat. Been a fair few times now and always the same experience 👍

the 6inch roast chicken baquette was terrible I got roast chicken bacon mozzarella cheese extra cheese and lettuce it was a 6inch sub itwas rubbish hardly any cheese in it 2 wee bits of bacon two small bits of chicken ridiculous

food was beyond incorrect. paid for extras - never got them. even without the extras both subs where completely bare with next to nothing on them and toasted/burnt to a crisp (when they weren’t meant to be toasted at all) applied for a refund and had no reply. appalled at service won’t be back. delivery time was pushed back don’t know why as they clearly never put any thought into making the subs. shouldn’t have to go in store to babysit staff to ensure my order is right! embarrassing

My order was great and delivered promptly.

Staff are a useless waste of oxygen. How difficult is it to read an order and put it in a bag. Forgot to send my nachos and when I phoned about it they told me to cancel it and wait 6-9 working years for a refund. A just want ma nachos mate. Refund rapid plz 👍

Stop cooking the order before the driver is at the shop it’s that simple. The foods supposed to be 63 digress that’s the serving temperature so why the hells it freezing when i literally stay 200/300 yards away feel like walking back over with it horrible and disgusting waste of money end up not well
