Burger King in North Lanarkshire

Friendly and attentive staff always try their hardest to deliver a great customer experience. I've always found my orders to be both accurate and fresh. The branch is probably getting due for a refurbishment, as exterior lighting is often out. Internally, the recent addition of self service kiosks has left some tables rather hemmed in. These are often used by home delivery drivers, so no huge issue. Beware of parking "nose-in" as the spaces slope quite steeply. This can result in front bumpers scraping the pavement if you aren't careful. Reversing is a safer option here.

Our server Jo always greets us with a smile and goes the extra mile to make sure our food is perfect for us. My son has autism and he is very particular. Thanks Jo :)

Took our almost 3 year old granddaughter for the first time and she loved it. Food was good and the staff were super friendly in particular Jo who was helpful and patient and an asset to your business ...we will definitely be back. Thank you.

I stopped at the drive thru this afternoon after driving for ages and Jo who served me was an absolute delight. They made my complete day just by being lovely, friendly and funny!

driver on multi drop delivery so arrived cold.. cheesy chips rubbery so binned, drink not chilled and burger was just ok..nothing special..

Food was cold as driver had delivered to another house. App kept saying preparing food for an hour then it suddenly jumped to a different address.

Wrong order no drinks where delivered and long wait

Order burger with no rocket as allergic and there was rocket on the burger, ordered Diet Coke and got Coke Zero which I do not like.

The Delivery wasn't delivered it is elsewhere

Ordered at 18:50 restaurant kept sliding delivery time later. They then marked it as delivered at 21:40 but it’s 21:20 and it’s not been delivered at all. Did not get my order fulfilled. Really unhappy.

My order never arrived and the app says it was delivered so it must have been stolen by the driver as I never recieved my food. I'm absolutely raging.

I forgot Burger King did coffee. I won't forget again as it gave 'proper ' coffee shops a run for their money.

Popped in today for wee change as we are normally McDonald’s fans… food was freshly made and absolutely delicious… staff where all busy working away.. definitely be back , and McDonald’s will be our second choice in future!

Was served by Linda on front counter. She gave me lovely service as I couldn't get the kiosk to work and made sure my fries were no salt. Thanks bk cumbernauld

I ordered 20 chilli cheese bites, and they didnt arrive. I didnt have anything for lunch and all im getting is the option to refund, but nowhere was it an option to get the chilli cheese bites delivered. This is a disgrace!

Drive through - you always know you’re going to get the correct order when you hear Jo’s voice. They are the calmest person, always patient and never rushes you even if they have a queue. They make takeaway so easy. Every fast food place should have a Jo

I order it 18.05 but the food was supposed to come at 18.35 didn’t arrive until 19.40 I had to wait over an hour for it to arrive and that was for my children dinner they were starving i want a re fund for the delivery fee the food was also cold

Food cold. App said driver was at restaurant 6.25 . Just eat delivery receipt attached to delivery had 6.31 delivery time. Food arrived 20 mins later. Not good enough. If this is because of multiple deliveries obviously my food was always going to be cold…. Needing a re-think on your deliveries just-eat.!!!

The completely wrong order. Not one item was correct. I've had someone else's cheaper delivery and I cannot phone the restaurant and they refuse to answer. Terrible. we don't even like the food they did deliver.

The order said no bacon. The wrapper the burger was wrapped in said no bacon. Guess what I open the burger and bacon.

Once again the food arrived completely cold. I made a complaint and once again Just Eat are doing nothing about it despite taking £4.25 for the delivery. This will be the last time i use them. They are a disgrace.

Driver refused to hand over the order as I didn't receive the order code, gave him the last 4 digits of my phone number but he said it was wrong. Showed the driver the confirmation email with time stamp and address and he still refused to hand over

ordered royal feast for 4, only received 2 out of 4 burgers arrived. no option in app to submit refund request for individual items.

I was in for breakfast on our way home from a weekend away in glasgow. The 2 girls that were working this morning were absolutely great, very cheery, and chatty, especially for a Sunday morning. I made an error on the order screens, and they were most helpful correcting it for me. Absolute brilliant service from the girls this morning. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Thank you!

A lovely young person called Joe served us at the counter as we were having problems with the machine. He also brought our meal to our table.

Asked for no mayo, got mayo so had to discard some of the filling. Was cold as the driver came with an asda bag opened not insulated

Visited here on many occasions staff lovley and friendly to speak to. Fast service i couldn't believe how quick I had my food and it was hot. Staff were cleaning as they were working and the store is a good size store and I love the vending machines so you can choose and pour your own drink. Good selection of food and different burgers and sides

Good food & good service and like the view looking out and seeing the hills in distance and seeing the traffic passing by. Love cheesy bacon fries & the double bacon cheeseburger XL and the chilli cheese bites
