The order said no bacon. The wrapper the burger was wrapped in said no bacon. Guess what I open the burger and bacon.

Once again the food arrived completely cold. I made a complaint and once again Just Eat are doing nothing about it despite taking £4.25 for the delivery. This will be the last time i use them. They are a disgrace.

Burgerking is one of the best fast food especially this establishment it’s always clean and tidy & staff are great especially ashley without a doubt everytime I come in she makes my experience of dinning in great with her service

Was in a last week and was served by a girl called Ashley she was really polite and respectful Ashley went above and beyond and even brought out food to the table and made conversation with my little girl

I was served by Niamh at the drive through and had a very pleasant experience! She was very friendly and help me decide what borgor i wanted, it was tasty.

we didn't recieve it, watched on the app and they were in our street so watched my security camera and no one came to the door but stated that it had been delivered!!!!!????, not happy and want a full refund..

Was served a very kind and polite young lady named Jo she went above and beyond and made sure I had everything from start to finish and because I am disabled she helped take the items to the table excellent service

Have been to Burgerking a lot of times it’s clean and friendly especially ashley forever helping and the food is always fast and hot!

Came in last wk and had trouble with the kiosk but the most delightful assistant Ashley helped me thru it step by step and made my visit stress free and enjoyable. Thank u Ashley x

Driver refused to hand over the order as I didn't receive the order code, gave him the last 4 digits of my phone number but he said it was wrong. Showed the driver the confirmation email with time stamp and address and he still refused to hand over

ordered royal feast for 4, only received 2 out of 4 burgers arrived. no option in app to submit refund request for individual items.

Had to reorder this cause they forgot it in the last order

I was in for breakfast on our way home from a weekend away in glasgow. The 2 girls that were working this morning were absolutely great, very cheery, and chatty, especially for a Sunday morning. I made an error on the order screens, and they were most helpful correcting it for me. Absolute brilliant service from the girls this morning. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Thank you!

A lovely young person called Joe served us at the counter as we were having problems with the machine. He also brought our meal to our table.

Asked for no mayo, got mayo so had to discard some of the filling. Was cold as the driver came with an asda bag opened not insulated

Visited here on many occasions staff lovley and friendly to speak to. Fast service i couldn't believe how quick I had my food and it was hot. Staff were cleaning as they were working and the store is a good size store and I love the vending machines so you can choose and pour your own drink. Good selection of food and different burgers and sides

Food was cold and no drinks with it

Ordered chicken nuggets large fries and onion rings. Chicken nuggets were less than ordered, chicken nuggets and onion rings bags were left open and thrown onto tray and spilled out. Large fries were not was lucky if it was half a bag and also thrown onto tray and spilling out onto tray . The person serving was in too much of a HURRY.

The delivery driver was so polite but the food was freezing they wasn’t even any cheese on the chips

Standard but good as always. Parking is easy. Rapid service. For dine in you can collect a table number. They advertise that they take cash but card is fine.

Food was cold and late. Tracking showed driver out for 20 mins

This is my favourite take out place and the salad always seems fresh.

Once again my food was cold. This time it was stone cold. It had clearly been sitting for a long time before being delivered. This is the final time i will use Jusr Eat. The last 4 deliverers have been the same.

The chips were cold when they arrived and the burger had no chilli sauce on it which I asked for. I am not happy

We waited 2:30 hours i then called burger king cumbernauld the just eat driver didnt turn up and have advised me to get a refund, no delivery no order

Said it has been delivered but there is no sign of it very disappointing.

2 hours late and cold when arrived absolutely disgusting customer service as just eat wouldn't allow me to send a complaint when waiting

It took a total of 90 minutes for the order to arrive. When it did finally arrive the cheesy bacon loaded fries had additional toppings added not listed anywhere. These toppings included a white sour cheese tasting sauce alongside the standard cheese and what I can only describe as fried onion bits alongside the bacon. How any of those 2 items were added to a side which doesn’t list them anywhere I don’t know. Very disappointed so I shan’t be ordering from BK again for a while which is a shame.

Worst food we've had from here. Chicken was burnt so it was dry and chewy plus it was cold. Chips were also cold. It was disgusting

Ordered meal via drive thru. Started off really well until I was asked to park my car and wait for the order being brought out to me. I watched my order being taken from car to in the cold and rain and then brought back out for a 2nd delivery attempt. My car wasn't approached until the 3rd attempt at which point it was cold. Wrong number plate was taken down. Was given a refund. They did apologise, which was fine, mistakes happen.

Cups were half full and did not look like what we ordered

Supposed to be delivered between 14:10 and 14:30, was delivered at 15:05 Food arrived cold No apology from the driver for my wait
