Ken Wok in North Lanarkshire

Normally Ken Wok is great for food, however a couple of Saturdays ago, the food was pretty poor. I ordered a breast of chicken curry. The fried rice seemed hard and the chicken was tough. I thought it was a one off, gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered food again tonight and opted for boiled rice, which was fine. The breast of chicken was almost inedible it was so tough. Very disappointed, won’t go back.

Ordered by phone. Was told it'd be twenty minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later and there was no food ready. Took my money and they started making it then. No apology. No discount. No freebies to sweeten the terrible service. Won't be back, I wouldn't recommend you use them. Go somewhere reliable.

Ken wok , Cumbernauld I am horrified to realise I haven't ordered a Chinese meal from you. Tonight I did it was the most Beautiful beef curry I've ever had and the salt and pepper chips wow thank you Ken wok, Cumbernauld 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Just waited 2 hours 20 mins for a delivery on a night that wasn’t busy.Food was lukewarm and bland phoned twice for updates and no apology given.Will never use again a waste of £24.Better going to mcdonalds

Can not fault the food as usual BUT spent £30 nearly and didn't even receive any prawn crackers, plus waited a lot longer than the estimated 2 hour wait. That's always the problem we have when ordering from these, they say a certain length of time and it very rarely arrives on time, I once waited 3.5 hours which lets face it, if they said that waiting time when ordering nobody would bother, hence why they say 1.5 to 2 hours then just make you wait the extra time. Who wants to wait nearly 4 hours for their take away .. crazy!!

Food here is excellent. Never been unhappy with any meals we have bought from here. It's a bit hidden at the end of the road but once you've found it you will return on many occasions.

Thought I'd post this as no recent reviews The news is it's still very good Kung Po chicken (loads of cashew nuts and just spicy enough) Singapore noodles very tasty/ spicy Starter salt and pepper chicken wings were excellent Good service Large portions and reasonable prices

Best Chinese ever. So far anything Ive had from here is great. I have even introduced a lot of friends to it

This would have been my first choice for a takeaway recommend ed to me ,but I couldn’t find it,Sat Nav couldn’t help, asked a stranger nearby but he couldn’t direct me.

Always happy with ken wok never a fault with anything best Chinese in cumbernuld 5*everything is always freash chips are fantastic same with rest of the dishes well done ken wok

To be fair and honest not found many great Chinese takeaways in Cumbernauld. Maybe one of the better takeaways found.

Had a couple of great takeaways from here. Really enjoyed the chicken curry. It’s a bit of an unusual location but worth the visit
