Order - Chicken Omelette with Cheese and salad ( but never got the salad) and Chips and Gravy Sauce The Chicken Omelette whatever cheese they used I didn't like and whatever spice they used took over the taste of the chicken omelette so wasn't enjoyable The Gravy Chips was nice though and the chips that came with the Chicken Omelette Overall didn't enjoy it at all and for that reason only giving 2 stars and that's just because of the Gravy Chips I would never get from again and only ordered from there as late and wanted to try something new and there was only a handful of places open in Glasgow when wanting to order

obviously didn't look at my order as it was wrong (bread was toasted & sweet corn added but NOT requested & no sauce on sandwich)

Parece ser personal nuevo y la chica era tan antipática y casi agresiva pasiva. ¡Como cliente está bien decir cómo quieres que se haga tu café! ¡No estés en hospitalidad si lo odias y odias al público! ¡Hay mucha gente trabajadora y amigable a la que le encantaría tener este trabajo! Well over priced ,soup 3 spoonfuls gown, for nearly £6 , sadly a bit pricey for me but it is what it is, nice staff

Wonderful cafe. Service is friendly you are treated like a friend who has visited their cafe. The food is beautiful and made fresh. The caprese cake is to die for and is home made. The owner is genuinely interested in making every customer welcome and in helping you decide what you would like to eat. Like being in Italy but you are in partick. The only annoying thing is not unique to them but happens everywhere is there was one guy sitting on a laptop for a few hours taking up the best table at the window which was for 4 people. Quite clearly working, its a shame that people are allowed to do that its a lovely table and would have been lovely to sit at for lunch. I think people who do that are very selfish. It's not a workspace. Think of others please. Anyway rant over its a wonderful cafe and I hope it does well. Staff and food wonderful

Just ordered pizza and a large vegan icecream. The icecream I receive was the small one. I called for a refund and they said it's not possible, I should call again next time I order to make the change. Then I hung up and began eating the icecream which - surprise - was not vegan... For a lactose intolerant person this is just unacceptable to happen. I called back, I said the icecream is not vegan and the person on the phone sain: I know it's not vegan! Never ordering again from there as I cannot trust that they'll respect my order.

Extremadamente decepcionante, había planeado sentarse, pero hacía mucho frío en el interior, decidió llevar ya que sentarse en el coche sería más cómodo. Ordene la comida con hamburguesa, papas fritas y bebida, esperó 21 minutos para recoger como Just Eat, los conductores de Deliveroo estaban en masa y se les dio prioridad. El lugar estaba demasiado ocupado con ellos en lugar de sentarse en los comensales. Los repartidores estaban todos apurados por ser atendidos primero, por lo que era muy incómodo. Las comidas también estaban mal. Para cobrar £ 5. 99 por una hamburguesa fría y £ 2. 99 porque una lata de coca no es viable. El pedido de comida era incorrecto y frío. No tiene sentido volver a quejarse, ya que tendría que esperar en la fila con los impacientes repartidores de sacudidas. El dinero y la comida se desperdician.

SIEMPRE olvide las partes de su pedido. Es un sobreprecio cuando pides comida de Uber y luego se olvidan de partes de tu pedido y culpan a la entrega cuando OLVIDARON poner las cosas en la bolsa en primer lugar.

Pretty grim, food came with bell pepper stalks and seeds in - you know the stuff that should've been in the bin. Soup v salty and it all took about 2 hours to arrive. Staff were very polite on the phone when I was chasing this up however. If it really was crazy busy like they said I'd question the sanity of any repeat customers. I have pretty low standards when it comes to what I'll chow down on... and this place managed to cross the line.
