Order 20mins late. Food ok but everything was a bit cold and chips soggy, think because of the delay. I tried several times to call the restaurant but no answer. Just Eat also tried but could not get an answer. They even tried other numbers they had but again no answer. Have to say terrible service. Also when the delivery arrived they said it w because our buzzer was not working. This was not the case as we had checked it earlier and after the order arrived. Worked perfectly both times. Also they never called to say they were having problems. If things are going to be late then change the time on Just Eat or text/call. Don't make things up. That is the most annoying thing.

food didnt arrive on time and when we tried to phone the number wasnt in use. the burgers were burnt and the plaing chicken burgers were too spicey. the chips were the only good thing about the meal- will not be ordering from here again

Chicken Tikka had a strange Rubbery texture, not sore if it was over cooked or undercooked but i couldnt eat It

I ordered a shish kebab and got given a lamb tikka kebab. It was also quite cold.

Cancelled. Over an hour late and had to cook dinner and didn't answer the phone.

Terrible. Tried calling restaurant 5 times with no answer. Had to contact Just Eat who also failed. They ended up having to contact owner. Once food arrived it was cold. Will never order here again.

Asked for no sauce and they put chilli sauce on ruined full meal

The wrap wasn't what it said on the menu was wrapped in tandoori roti not wrap and flooded with too much sauce binned the lot

half peri peri chicken is 2 breasts and couldn't tell the difference in flavour ordered mild and lemon herb but both were just spicy hot not what it says

Confirmed to deliver at 23:40, it's been almost an hour and am still waiting. The app says "Delivered" even though nobody has showed up yet. Tried calling them, but no answer at all, besides the app says they shut diwn a while ago. This is ridiculous. If you cannot manage to provide a service, kindly refrain from committing. I'm still confused whether to wait for someone to show up at 3 in the night with my food or just let it pass. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!!!

Sadly the order did not arrive on time. I did let the restaurant know that I didn't want any onions on the pizza, and there were loads - making it inedible. On the upside, chicken pakora was nice, they used fresh chicken and was cooked to be tender.

Tikka Kebab Good. Achari Curry nothing like an Achari. Lamb had very strange taste.

Food came was not as advertised. We requested a full refund due to the time taken and unwillingness to wait for redelivery but were refused. They offered a replacement but by this stage we did not want anything. A new member of staff in the kitchen was the excuse for substandard food. No way to treat your regular customers. We will not use this premises again. Very disappointing. Used to be the best kebab in the West End.

The most food for ten pounds I have ever seen in my life! As value for money it was incredible!

Two pieces of the chicken were tough and chewy (?reheated) so I didnt eat them but it was itherwise good.

Overall the experience was wonderful ! The food was of sufficient quality and was more than expected, unlike some other venues in the area. I would definitely recommend this place and will order again !

Took a long time to arrive for just 4 pieces of meat

Poor service - took 2 hours for 2 kababs that have still not arrived. Now how to find out how we cancel this order. Joke

The burger I ordered was a greasy saturated mess with the bun almost dissolving in my hands. I took one bite and couldn't eat anymore. The chips were tasteless and so greasy I could squeeze the chip fat out of them. Would ideally like a refund it's the worst takeaway I've ever had.

I gotta say this kinda blew me away, decent, decent prices, superb char on chicken, nice meat too, noticeable, nice peri peri chips. Salad excellent and came way quicker than expected, will order again.

i ordered a burger with salad and garlic; and doner without salad, but chill sauce. What's I got? The doner with salad but no sauce, and a burger without salad and chill sauce. However food was good. How ironic!

Everything was up to standard, even more than expected !

Food was nice but delivery was 90 minutes. I phoned the takeaway and they told me they were waiting on the chicken donner to cook and were very nice about it. That's fine but they could have made a curtesy call to advise earlier.

The burger was lovely. Tasted like real fresh beef. I love my salad,which was average. Good advice and food though all round

Excellent fresh, tasty tikka chicken chargrilled with salad and a choice of sauces all sat on a yummy naan bread to use as a parcel of sheer deliciousness!

Burgers were really good but chips were a bit bit under cooked. Read reviews before ordering so didn't expect delivery for at least 1hr but food arrived in 30mins.

Pretty much the worst food I've had for a while!! All meat was very dry & not edible, we tried the lamb & chicken kebabs! bread was burnt & our accompanying chicken wings were not edible!! Pretty disappointed and waste of food & money!! Sorry won't be back :-(

Very poor meal. I had a chicken kebab and it was like eating dog meat , it got tossed in the bin. Disappointed. Won't be eating from grill house again

They had run out of the burger ordered, called up almost immediately to offer alternative. All the food very tasty and they didn't skimp on the portion sizes!

Very bad customer service, manager phoned to give a lecture about misunderstanding of a comment left in the order, do not know the definition of "good customer service". Would not order in future . Avoid!!!!

Extremely poor customer service. I simply left a comment to GrillHouse in my order stating: "Please can you deliver the food as soon as possible, thanks" and shortly after I received a phone call from them saying that my request for a quick delivery was "highly disrespectful" and that I should be more "understanding". After the guy on the phone rambled on about how he had 3 deliveries before mine and that it takes time to prepare food he did not understand just how unprofessional he was being. If you have a lot of deliveries maybe look to employ more people as I paid £2 for delivery and to be perfectly honest, the delivery service which was offered as well as the demeaning phone call I received was not worth £2. In addition to this, I found the phone call highly rude as any business should know that the customers always come first. The time spent phoning me and giving me a lecture on how disrespectful my simple message was could have been spent making my food and delivering it on time: the only reason I wanted a quick delivery was because last time I ordered food from here, it took a full 2 hours. I am just very disappointed and upset that I received unnecessary drama for requesting a fast delivery. In terms of food, the chicken was extremely dry and chewy and overall I was very unsatisfied with the standard of food. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

This is the worst place to buy. The meal take more than hour and the quality is very low. We have called for an explanation and we have recieved a extremely bad treatement.

Hate to gush, but chicken tikka wrap with salad & sweet chilli is amazing. Tons of flavour, fresh and very filling. Delicious. My son had a large chicken kebab and with a massive appetite, he wolfed it down & was full. An f word not heard very often! Loved it. Definitely order again. Highly recommend.

Will definitely order again from Grill house. The chicken was really nice and tasty although the Naan bread was slightly overcooked. It was still very nice!

Second time ordering from this takeaway, once again the kebab was amazing, however as with my last order I was very dissapointed with the side dishes. Also do not order if you are in a rush, placed the order and was told a 45 minute wait for delivery but the food didn't arrive for over an hour

Middle East Chicken Tikka Kebab (with salad): Very disappointed. Immediately greeted with a bad smell upon opening the container. The chicken was very fatty and didn't taste of much. The 'salad', which consisted of gherkins, shredded beetroot, olives, lettuce and chillis was also awful; probably the worst I've ever had. The pita bread was soggy from a combination of salad and chicken juices. The chilli sauce was the only decent thing about the meal. Portion size was shocking, 60% salad, 30% bread, 10% chicken - I think I was given 4 small pieces of chicken, one of which I was unable to eat from it being just too fatty. Delivery time was OK - the food arrived 5 minutes before the estimated time. Still, 1hr for the quality of food I received was pushing it a little, considering it must have taken 5 minutes or less to make. Sadly, I will never order food from here again and would recommend that you don't either. Sorry.

Donner Kebab very hot and spicy. Expected it to be mildly spiced

I ordered the veg kebab + grilled skewer & sauce. and also spiced rice and salt and pepper chips. The kebab was absolutely delicious cooked to perfection and full of flavour, and the spiced rice was also very tasty but be warned very spicy. The salt and pepper chips were the only disappointment with regards to the food and tbh I'm not sure there was actually any salt and pepper on them they tasted very plain and were a bit soggy, I would not re-order these. When placing my order at 8:15 on a Monday night and being advised of a 9:00 delivery time I was very disappointed with the order not arriving until after 9:30 more than half an hour later than it was due. I was given a couple of extra free dips with my order when I called up to enquire as to why my order hadn't arrived.

The chicken was well marinated, tasted pretty good. Very good overall. Would definitely recommend.

The food is great... but, I did not received the Coca-Cola I paid for.

Amazing food.... Must try!! very satisfied and the best tasting kebab I've had in years.. I can see this becoming my favourite takeout if they keep up high standard of freshly barbecued food.. The bbq taste was pure bliss!

The food took nearly an hour and a half to arrive, was not hot enough to enjoy and the delivery driver offered no attempt at apology or explanation.
