Food was cold and you could tell it had been re heated and having the cheek to charge 8.99 for delivery, won't be using again

Absolutely shocking . Said it was on way for 1 hour and that it had “delivered” when it www no where to be seen . When trying to phone the shop it just rang out . I’m requesting a refund

Never had such a bad experience and have been a customer for years. I expect a full refund and will take this further. Please check your order history against my account. Really terrible and no excuse as it was early hours and absolute disappointment.

Excellent curry and very hot. The spices was normal and chicken curry was well cooked and delicious. Mix Pakora was very hot, fresh and tasty. I loved to order again and I recommend my friends and family to order this chicken curry from this takeaway in future.

This restaurant was made out to be one of the only reliable restaurant still open and available to just eat, I spent £40 in this restaurant just to be sent on a mystery guide, and absolute disgrace of a service and embarrassment

Did not think for a minute I would receive my order tonight I was wrong. I received succulent food still roasting hot no complaints on my end I received succulent chicken woooww! I will defo order again hats off to this restraunt 11/10 yesss!!!

Placed an order at half 1 phoned restaurant as hadn’t been delivered at 3 am the guy told us it would be 20 minutes, then kept cutting the phone off!! And no delivery arrived. Raging is an understatement as it has taken £30 out of my bank. Wouldn’t ever order from here again.

Got a grill box and the box was soggy and tearing apart also delivery driver was rude because i requested a refund on missing items on my last order as they always forget items, will not be ordering from here again poor service and not delivering on requested time, food was 45 minutes early for when i ordered it for luckily someone was in to get it for me as ordered it for when i finished work. if i could give this place zero stars i would, i paid over 30 pounds for food that never showed up. i called the owners and they were rude and kept hangin up on. i asked them for my money and they refused- the wait time for their food is horrendous, why am i waiting over and hour for food. i’ve learned my lesson and never gonna order form here again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Me and my partner placed an order over £30. Tried phoing the restaurant numerous times however we got no answer. After waiting over an hour since justeat said delivered we decided to head to bed but was woken up by the delivery driver phoning to say he was outside. (Banging the wrong door) When we opened the food it was a mess and freezing cold. Pizza was smashed to bits and stuck to the top of the box. All food was inedible and had to go in the bin. All in all I would say suggest to order elsewhere.

The items were not very hot when they got to me. The edge of the naan bread was cold and the pizza went cold very quickly. The items were handed to me at the door. They were not in a hot food bag like most just eat orders. theoretically the gentleman would have gotten out of his car and had to walk round the front of our building (our flat close door faces away from the road). With food not in a hot food bag. In -3 degree celsius weather. I'm unhappy.
