Had a chicken satay with chips and onion rings two days ago. Got a really bad food poisoning which still continues. Fever, diarrhoea and nausea. Onion rings were completely burned and disgusting. I bet they're using very old oil for deep frying and don't change it regularly. Stay away as far as possible from this place if you dont want to end up in a hospital...

Used to order from here regularly. Phoned up tonight to simply ask a question about a menu item and the guy who answered the phone was literally the definition of insane. He started screaming abuse at me and telling me that I was now barred from ordering after just asking how much the crispy seaweed was as their menu on deliveroo wasn't showing the prices or dish information. That's it. I was polite and he kept screaming at me and hanging up the phone. On two occasions he left the phone by what sounded like a TV. Clearly this man needs mental help and has no place in the restaurant business. He's jeopardized this business and whoever he is needs to be fired or removed from the business immediately. We are regular customers and I'm a known food blogger with 300 thousand followers across social media platforms who has only ever recommended this place to my subscribers and followers. Now I will be uploading the recorded phone call online and telling everyone to stay clear. Never ordering again and please take this warning to stay well clear of this place.

the guy who takes orders is absolutely rude. continuously. me and friends of mine have went there on occasions and each time were met with unnecessary hostility and ridiculous behavior? you’re a grown man? this is your job? theres no reason to be rude every time someone asks questions especially if you keep responding with vague answers leading to us having to ask more questions. idk if he’s fed up with his job but there is no need to take it out on customers.

Very nice chicken noodle soup, excellent Singapore Chow mein,plenty of it,the only thing,is put your soup prices up about 40pence,and give a small portion of prawn crackers,yes well done,I enjoyed it

We order from here very often as we enjoy the curry, I phoned tonight to ask to make sure the curry wasn’t spicy as the last one we ordered we couldn’t eat, before I had any chance to explain the man on the phone is the most rude person I’ve ever spoken to absolutely no care for what I had to say should not be on the phone taking orders such a horrible person. So to explain since he wouldn’t listen, we ordered ordered late at night, we ordered slices of chicken and got chunks of chicken instead of slices, it definitely was the extra hot curry as we tried it once before, so think it was faster to give us the one they had cooked instead of making it fresh, I’m a regular customer and I’m very angry and upset to have been treated like this

Ordered food at 18:55, didn’t get food till 21:15 even though food order wasn’t very big. Had phoned about it and was told food was on its way with the driver, once food was delivered it was horrible and soggy, tasted like it was re-heated. Would definitely stay away from this place and not even bother ordering as it’s not worth the hassle. Would give less than 1 star if I could.

Ordered chicken satay on skewers which was meant to be breasr. Was full of fat. When I called to complain I was told I would need to pay delivery driver to pick meal up as he wasn't sending driver. Very rude and denied chicken was fatty. And then told I was barred as said meal was disgusting

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! Absolute joke. Genuinely couldn’t be more shocked and disgusted by this place and the guy running it. I ordered £23 of food for it not to show up, I called the restaurant to ask where the delivery driver was as it had taken over two hours to arrive and showed as being delivered and it hadn’t showed up. The owner of the restaurant answered and was extremely rude and told me I have to take it up with the delivery driver as it’s not his problem or business. I spoke to the delivery driver on the phone for him to tell me that his daughter dropped it off to my house, blatantly lying and the owner of the place told me that he won’t do anything about it as it’s not his problem. So I took a visit to the shop that evening and I honestly have no words, this place is beyond a joke it’s absolutely appalling. The man again was very rude and told us it’s not his problem, we spoke with the delivery driver and both the owner and driver tried to pretend that they had several drivers and that it wasn’t him who failed to deliver our food. We argued to try get a refund or to have our food and ended up being kicked out of the shop. I couldn’t stress it enough to not order from this joke of a place.

Paid £12:30 for chicken fried rice, chips and gravy and it was cheaper on the website when i questioned them when I went in the (BIG) man got all defensive and told me I should’ve ordered online them with an attitude. Avoid at all costs if you want a friendly service food was also minging.

The prawns I ordered just tasted like flour, they had no dipping sauce as advertised. I asked for the satay chicken to be seperate from the sauce, which is was not. The salt and chilli chips, had no salt and chilli on them. Getting a Chinese is meant to be a treat for us, we actually felt gutted the whole time we were eating. 32 quid down, most of it went into the bin.

I don't know if it been taken over by new owners but the member off staff who we spoke to last night was very unprofessional he was going charge me £3.60 for one spring roll on just eat it says u get 2 and same on the menu the guy refused to serve me then had the cheek to call back and was very rude over the phone said he was going call the police total joke never order again from them

Was in the process of ordering from here via just eat then I remembered I had a menu ( just put through the door) had a look through that and then quickly realised that prices on just eat are more expensive than the prices on the menu, so me being me called up as some prices are 20p dearer some are over £1 dearer for the same meal, so I asked why this was to be told the new owner is just trying to cover her costs that’s why it’s more expensive on just eat? Seriously!!!! That’s just not right!! Plus the food ain’t all that good to be trying that one. Daylight robbers! Best Chinese out is MANZU great food decent prices and don’t try rob u. Removing my review from 2 yrs back because this place has gone downhill since and doesn't deserve my positive feedback no more. Firstly the guy at the front (he's new coz the previous lad was a gentleman) is awful and a bully. He has no scooby on decency in speaking to customers and offering a decent service. My account was on credit because l paid twice on one order.. Why coz your basket is never emptied from your previous order and if you don't remove it you end up paying twice. Came back to claim my credit and the same lady who advised me against getting my money back claims l had already used my credit! So l guess l made it up. You have no right to treat customers the way you treated me when l came to request for my credit of which l have proof of payment and you never showed me any proof of me claiming it. This used to be my favourite place but never going back and you can keep that money for all l care.

Ordered at 5.15pm via Uber app. Could not get through on the phone for an update. Finally arrived 2hrs 45mins after order placed (over an hour from when the Uber app said it was on way) and food was cold.

Pedido 1 hora y 40 minutos antes de recibir la comida. Los llamamos para quejarse y la mujer del teléfono fue extremadamente grosera y nos dijo que nuestro conductor de reparto había intentado llamarnos, este no era el caso y se nos culpó por dar el número equivocado, lo cual no hicimos. Luego procedieron a decir que "recalentarían" nuestros 30 chinos y pedirían 2 adicionales. 30 para la entrega. Esto fue un inconveniente y la comida ni siquiera era buena. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Don’t order from here!!!!!! placed an order at 19.10 and it’s 21.00 and still waiting on it. When the order was placed it said would be here between 20.00 and 20.20, phoned up at 20.45 and said should be a few minutes which was clearly lies because still waiting. So if your hungry then I would avoid ordering from here unless your prepared to wait atleast a couple of hours. Shouldn’t be taking orders unless they can actual carry them out.

We had Starters and mains, both were amazing, the best Spare Ribs we've tasted in a very long time and my husband is very fussy about his Curry but loved this. Can't wait for another excuse to order again!!

Sometimes good sometimes a bit hit and miss e.g beef chow mein pretty good the chicken pakora pretty awful, also the standard of the curry can vary greatly, the first one was excellent but the curry one week later was pretty much inedible, to be fair they did offer a replacement.

Ordered a simple meal of chili chips and three portions of chips, rice and curry sauce at 10:30, received the notification that it was out for delivery about 11:30, then it arrived at 12:40. I never realised such a simple meal could go so categorically wrong. Onions undercooked, chips soggy and sauce sparsely plopped on top of the food... Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

The woman behind the counter captured my soul in a magic amulet and sold it to a travelling alchemist out the back door. Now every time I whistle, my trousers fall down. Otherwise, the food is lovely and the delivery times are always quick. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately a substandard, overpriced meal which fell well below the mark and what turned out to be a costly & unpleasant experience. The king prawn batter dish was flavourless & soggy and this was put down to 'condensation'!? The curry & noodles dishes were also bland! When I phoned to voice my concerns & discontent, the owner promised to call me back in 5 mins and abruptly hung up, but I heard nothing and was forced to call her back one and a half hours later. She told me there are plenty of other takeaways in Springburn and to just not come back. She then offered me a free starter and rudely hung up again. My advice is to stay clear of this shoddy and unprofessional establishment!!! I will be voting with my feet and suggest you do likewise!

Appalling customer service. They were out of the cheesecake we had ordered and texted me to see what we would like to replace with. I responded but apparently they never got the message and rather than call me like a professional business would to discuss the change, they just picked their own swap and had it delivered. When I noticed the error, I called to ask to have the delivery driver bring a swap of a dessert we would actually eat. The woman I talked to absolutely refused. I asked for a refund for that dessert and said I would return what they brought us and she said no. She then promptly hung up on me noting another customer was in the store. She called back and after a few more attempts at asking for a refund she said fine but I had to call JustEat and go through them to get it. Quite a nightmare over a slice of cheesecake. Definitely will not order from here again until they take a class in customer service.

This is the only Chinese takeout place I go to. The food is just far superior to any other I have tried in my 26 year existence. Everybody I have asked to sample their cuisine is automatically a convert. The pricing is good, the quality is fantastic and the lady who works the phone is friendly and always knows who we are. Long time customer and will continue as such. Try it!
