Deli ish, Glasgow in Glasgow City

Pretty grim, food came with bell pepper stalks and seeds in - you know the stuff that should've been in the bin. Soup v salty and it all took about 2 hours to arrive. Staff were very polite on the phone when I was chasing this up however. If it really was crazy busy like they said I'd question the sanity of any repeat customers. I have pretty low standards when it comes to what I'll chow down on... and this place managed to cross the line.

The worst food I have ever tasted. I wouldn't usually mind but the food was over an hour late and when I phoned at 2:15 the woman who answered was rude and told me very abruptly that the food had left when clearly it hadn't as it still wasn't here at 2:55. Chips were cold and the mac & cheese was stale also ordered lentil soup which never arrived. Portion sizes shocking aswell. Worst £20 I have ever spent
