German Doner Kebab in Glasgow City

Unbelievably bad restaurant, we ordered dinner from here and are vegetarian and they sent Donner meat, we paid £40 to have to tell the driver we weren't accepting it and sent it back, they have messed up every order we have ever had from this place, my daughter, also veggie at a different address, got sent a chicken kebab and because she ordered this late on after work there was nothing she could do to fix it apart from pick the meat off it and try and eat the salad. They are incompetent morons and deserve to be shut down, worst restaurant in Glasgow overpriced garbage you'd be better off going to one of our many brilliant Indian restaurants and getting kebabs from there they taste better and are much better value and better staff, avoid gdk at all costs, we won't be buying from them ever again!

Have ordered from here on JustEat quite a few times, more often than not the order is wrong with items missing. A couple of weeks ago I ordered on the GDK website itself with deliveries allegedly deliveredy by Uber Eats. Received no delivery update, rang store twice within 2 hours. Manager couldn't even be bothered apologising. Was told my food was on hot plate for 45mins. Told twice they would chase up the delivery service but never bothered getting back to me. Been chasing up a refund for almost 3 weeks and customer service are dreadful, still waiting on money back. This place is a total shambles and I will never order from here again.

Placed order via the machine. Customise order which was checked by myself and my wife. Got order headed home and sauce missing from my daughter’s order. I wanted just hot sauce on my order yet I got the 3 sauces on my order. It’s read and make up the order it’s not rocket science. For the price that’s you charge at least get the order right. Never again, also I’ve never seen kebab meat that’s cut as thin as paper. So very little meat in the order.

I come here for lunch most day.. can be busy sometimes but no wonder the foods amazin and the garlic sauce they make is the best ive had . ill never eat from any other kebab place again foods banging

Head and shoulders above any Kebab I've ever had. Will never be ordering from any local kebab shop again. Brilliant.

Saw some poor reviews and was not keen on coming here but kids wanted to try for ages ! I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely revisit this branch and any gdk for fact ! There is sooooo many different choices I was very impressed with the service .. soo friendly much better service than most other places these days ! Will be back very soon looking forward to trying the doner spring rolls next !!

Well it’s a 5 as it’s not what I expected from a kebab place it was more like Nando’s with better food and service. I was welcomed when I arrived shown menu guided through it . Service was slick food fast . And good and healthy all made to order and great quality . Service was good but not intrusive

Ordered the OG kebab, food was amazing. the staff explained the menu. They looked really busy but took the time to tell us what we needed to know. Was great value

I ordered to click and collect from this place on saturday night, was told to be there for 7.45 but order was not ready until 8, which is not really a big deal if you get the correct order and the food is enjoyable sadly this was not the case. I ordered click and collect because reading reviews it said when ordered for delivery the orders are always wrong. My order of 4 meals came without the sauces that were ordered and paid extra for,the food was lukewarm and there was hardly any meat in the kebabs. Definitely not good value for money, my advice to anyone thinking of going here is stay away and save your money go to one of the many other kebab takeaways in the area and get far superior food at a fraction of the prices charged here or maybe just go to your nearest supermarket and get a kebab from the freezer isle.

Food was actually good but the staff and service was bad. Ordered 3 meals and they were all served at different times. Orders were wrong had to be sent back. Not a lot of meat compared to the salad etc. I would visit again just not this store.

Appalling service. Ordered through UberEats. Received a phone call mentioning they didn’t have Ribena as a drink, so I confirmed Irn-Bru as my preferred drink. An hour later, I checked Uber Eats and the order was was showing as confirmed as cancelled without notification. Completely unprofessional.

Poor quality, almost no meat, poor value for money. Closing on the horizon. We'd highly recommend to avoid this place.

Ordered 21st November a couple meals from here. Through Uber eats. Arrived 20 minutes late. I literally live 3 streets away. Got my food and took it from delivery driver knowing it would be cold was not in any bag to keep warm apart from the brown paper bag they come in. On my order o made sure to tick off NO TOMATO as I’m allergic to them. So got to my work canteen say down opened the first box up and what a surprise “full of tomato” so 5 / 10 minutes after I received it from driver I contacted Uber eats and I’ve had nothing but lies and excuses and still never received my refund. I eat takeaways nearly every night as I live alone and hate cooking . And spend a lot with them and other delivery apps. The food lay in my works canteen for 4 days as I told them come back and collect it. Would never ever recommend this shop to anyone at all. Save you’re money and hassle and get a £3.50 meal deal you will Enjoy it much better. Place is a shambles. I should have read the reviews before placing an order but learn from you’re mistakes they say. I’ve definitely Learnt. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Brilliant kebab, excellent service. The nice girl helped me pick the kebab I wanted. Top notch, mad symmetry on the German boss box when you pop that ting open. Would definitely recommend

A more upmarket kebab place, not sure what else to say. The place is well branded and got that chain feel about it as it is. Kebabs are okay but little expensive but i guess that is what you pay for in a branded chain.
