Food was great and the staff are friendly

The waitress was amazing and friendly, the food was so good definitely worth the price. The atmosphere was very lovely not too loud just a lovely evening dinner.

Good selection on menu at good prices, cooked fresh and very tasty. Busier than usual putting a bit of pressure on staff who worked well.

Great food. One of the best kebabs i have ever had. Went back recently and nothing has changed great food and great beer.

Had the platter, frankfurter and bratwurst, excellent meal, would recommend to order those platter only if you’re very hungry.

OK, let's be honest, more of a pick for my 21yr old student son than somewhere I would pick. Place looks nice, so I expected more than bog standard donner and frankfurters, sadly that's what you get. No better than an average donner kebab takeaway.

My big sister and I visited yesterday (21/03/2024) and after hearing about this place and having had a look at the menu online it looked good, good food descriptions for reasonable prices and in a good area of Glasgow. I had good expectations having travelled for Dundee. So, we got seated promptly at a cosy looking mini Booth type Table. Didn't take long for our orders to be placed. I had Checkpoint Cheesy which was a "Smothered in Cheese" Donner Wrap which only came with a few bits of Cheese here and there. My big sister had the Cluck Haus which was a Chicken Shawarma. The food was good, I loved the Decor but where were the Drinks? 10 minutes after ordering the Waitress came to my table saying they had no Nutella left for Milkshakes (Though i seen two at the Bar 10 minutes later when the drinks still hadn't arrived!), but I wasn't fazed by this. The Salted Caramel Milkshake I had was beautiful, my big sisters Mojito was a let down. It was like 3 teaspoons of drink and WELL OVER half the Glass filled with Ice. For that quality of drink I thought £4.70 was steep as I thought the same for price for the side of Sweet Potato Fries being £3.70. When I went to the Bar to enquire about the drinks (30 minutes after ordering and we stopped eating though halfway done so we could atleast enjoy our drinks.) I asked the Bar maid if she was backed up (I work in a restaurant myself... I know the stressful feeling)... but why stress? when you have a full restaurant with one person doing the work and the waitress and bar maid talking constantly. This resulted in so much food being kept on the pass, tables taking 15/20 minutes to be wiped and reset and my waitress going past my table constantly giving my sister and i looks, keeping us in the dark about our drinks but yet chit chatting. Oh, they also ran out of Ketchup and though my waitress (Small girl with the blonde hair) said she'd get us curry sauce.. She never came back with it but was fine serving other tables. I felt bad asking the only person working for it. Anyway onto final price, for two meals, two drinks and one side all came to £36. Which was alright. In the future I'd only go back for food alone as the majority service wasn't good at all and needs heavily improved especially for first time customers not even recieving a goodbye!. My 3 star rating is for the food, cleanliness and hard worker. The other two need punctuality in service to understand that customers come first!

Visited today with my husband, we tried the vegan sausage, it was smaller and more expensive than the meat version and nothing special either. Service was quite poor as well, considering the fact that we were the only customers there. Vegan schnitzel kebab seems dry and a bit tasteless.

Perfect house for Doner lover. Variety of food. You will have quality food with good quantity. I would recommend to go anytime for quick bites

Excellent food, massive portions. The Haus Shawarma tasted amazing. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Decent grub. The frankfurter was delicious. Lovely staff, but there wasn't enough of them. Two of them were waiting the whole place. And it's a big place. One criticism of the kitchen, my plate was ice cold. It meant some of the doner meat cooled pretty quickly. I'd still go back.

Brilliant little restaurant with a wide variety of delicious food. relatively healthy also. customer service brilliant everyone was kind never felt in any rush to “eat it and beat it”. good lighting about the place and a good atmosphere too. prices also amazing well worth the money and time to visit.

Nice! Had to wait abit for a service but I guess it was a quiet day, so they had other things doing before the busy hour!?!?? My mate can only eat halal meat and they had it and was very helpful on telling him what wasn’t.

I’d like to say came here tonight with my wife and the food was great but for us the 2 members of staff we met Leon and Caitlin made it for us these 2 from the start made us feel very welcome not rushed took time to chat to us whilst still serving and cleaning up tables all over the restaurant. There personalities were infectious and if a ran anything in hospitality trust me I’d be trying to snap them both up thank you once again Donnie and Lisa the ones in the corner ha 😜👍👍👍

Great venue for large groups of people! Second time of taking my team here this year and food is always served in good time and to everyone at the same time! Food is excellent and the selection of German beer just as good! Highly recommended

Had a really nice kebab, everything was really fresh and all the other meals that where coming out the kitchen for others looked amazing too. It's a pity I couldn't fit anymore in. The sides where nice and the dip great. Tasty German beer, and very reasonably priced.

Very tasty kebab and great atmosphere. The waiter and attendant were lovely very friendly and attentive. The prices are not high and the place have a beautiful decoration. Our baby was amazed with the staff :) We will definatelly go back for another meal. Thank you xxxxx

Quick service, tasty food and good selection of drinks. Was doing mulled wine in December which was well received. Toilets are a bit if a trek but helps burn off the calories!

Döner Haus handled our big group well, though booking ahead is definitely recommended for bigger parties. The food and drinks were solid, nothing mind-blowing but definitely did the job. The vibe was casual and relaxed, good for catching up with friends without any fuss. Overall, a perfectly fine experience for a casual get-together, maybe not a special occasion destination

10 out of 10 for food and service, will return again when back in Glasgow.

Nipped in fur a wee lunch. Amazing atmosphere, staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic. We had the Haus Donor and Shawarma and shakes 😃👍 With a wee Kreuzberg side. Highly recommend this for a quality bite.

Been a few times before but was amazing once again. Food arrived fresh and quickly and tasty as ever! The sharing platter recommends for one but did 2 people perfect. The staff really made the experience though as they were attentive & really went out their way. The team on today was a credit to the company!

Super delicious and authentic food. As a german I can confirm the kitchen is very Berlin like and the drinks list the best of Bavarian beers.

Really tasty warm food, very quickly prepared. The staff were very nice at all times. The only downside is the venue was cold.

First ever doner kebab I’ve ever had and am I glad to say I had it here. It was immaculate, I got the mixed chili I believe, and I might have had an out-of-body experience by the end of it. It’s a lot on the plate sure, but you’ll have no problem clearing it. Good stuff.

Good German food. Variety of options other than the ones that you would expect such as doner or currywurst. Good priced drinks especially steins which come in an ice cold glass improves the experience of drinking it. Reasonably priced overall. Plenty of seats, well-lit environment.

Food was delicious and so worth the money. Their smoothies are the best around.

Been a couple of times and noticed as the portions are getting smaller and smaller , make a meal cost 10 something and you still hungry, have been in the summer and my kebab was delicious and large not like couple of times now.

Was really a great surprise my son wanted to come here after his university graduation with family and friends 16 of us for dinner and drinks it was lovely place. Great spot! Lovely and clean on the inside, staff were warm and welcoming...even provided us with some recommendations for our visit to Glasgow! Food was great, especially for the price. Would highly recommended and will revisit if in Glasgow again! 😊

Beautiful place and food was stunning, but what made its so great was the service. We had travelled from Ireland over and decided to go we were treated so well . The staff deserve a bonus honestly!!!

I went there for dinner in my second night at Glasgow. The place is clean and no cooking odor so you will not be worried about your clothes. The place is spacious as well, the lighting is very good and of course the food is delicious and perfectly done. The staff are lovely and friendly.

Bedienung so unfreundlich wie es sich für einen guten Dönerladen gehört 10/10. Wartezeiten am Tisch bis Bestellung 0/10. haben eine Ewigkeit gewartet. Eine richtige Dönerbude hat keinen Service. Wartezeit von Bestellung bis Servieren 7/10. Döner 6/10. Fleisch war ganz gut, Brot war auch sehr sehr lecker, aber es gab keine Knobi-Joghurt Sauce. Scharf ist hier auch eher Justin Bieber statt Rambo. Schade. Veganer Schnitzel Kebab besteht aus einem Gemüseteigling, der mich von der Konsistenz an eine Fischfrikadelle von Nordsee erinnert hat. Die Kreuzberg Pommes sind durchtränkt mit irgendeinem Öl..schmeckt nicht. Der Vegane Döner war nicht so gut. Kann die guten Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen. Ist eher eine stabile 3.2/5

tbh für mich der schlechteste vegane Döner den ich je gegessen hab, mag aber auch einfach keine Chili Sauce auf Döner.. mir schmeckts bei jedem räudigen Bahnhofskebap besser wer mag kann dazu noch ein teures Minzwässerchen bestellen das zu Zweidrittel aus Eis besteht und sich als Virgin Mojito tarnt

A great Doner place. The food is delicious, prices are reasonable and staff are excellent. The food comes out pretty quick too which is a huge bonus (especially if you're starving like we were). Would definitely recommend a visit.

Good Haus Doner with excellent beer selection! Delays in service represent an opportunity for improvement, falling short of even typically reduced expectations in Western Europe.

As a vegan, perhaps a Doner Haus is not a natural choice but my friends wanted to go (3 of us ate vegan and one veggie). Luckily there is a great vegan menu with plenty of options for us meat and dairy dodgers. Staff were really lovely, attentive enough but not over-bearing and the food (and drinks) were all tasty. We visited at around 5pm so not massively busy or atmospheric.

We ordered the haus shawarma and doner and were underwhelmed, to say the least. Both meals were lukewarm, and the shawarma was closer to undercooked bacon. Presentation pointlessly quirky. Salad clearly packaged. Cardboard-tier flat bread. But, excellent Pinot Grigio and beer🙃

Had a very nice meal with friends, and it’s local in the city centre. Service was good and definitely would be coming back.

This is my favorite restaurant to eat at. The food is top notch, if you are a fan of German Doner, this place is a must visit. The ambiance is great, the staff are great & the prices are reasonable. I really look forward to dining there again!

Food was tasty, but portion size was small for what I maybe expected. Staff were pleasant but slow to serve. Great city centre setting and nice place to sit, probably worth another visit on a quiet day.

I would recommend everyone to go here. Me and my Mrs came here for lunch and the food was terrific but im writing this review about the fantastic customer service I got from James!!!!. He went out of his way for us, we will be returning again on our next trip to Scotland.

Food here was amazing. Make sure to give this restaurant a go! We got The Mustafa, Mixed Chilli Doner, Cluck Haus, Bratwurst and Frankfurter platters. They were all amazing.

I really like the döner here, but the only thing that should be updated is the sandwich bread they use. They don't let people take away the wrap, which is weird. The only option left is that bread and feels and tastes like dish sponge. I wish their bread quality catches up their döner quality.

Personale fantastico, bratwüster meglio che a Berlino, sfiziosi kebap. Il locale è arredato con gusto. Considerati i prezzi e la location, è una fermata perfetta nel centro città! Alcuni piatti sono senza glutine, basta chiedere.

Food is sensational if a bit expensive. Only thing lacking is the atmosphere - warehouse style setting is cold and quiet if place isn't rammed.
