I was served by Angelica. She was very attentive to my requests and even remembered me from my last visit a few weeks back.

So I add pepper so all my dishes and my pasta cold and I said it was cold then they said will replace and came back 1-2min later and gave me same one because my dish was covered in pepper because I love my pepper and I called them out saying you just microwaved it and they said no no kitchen doesn’t have a microwave… Will not be back anytime soon Oh yeah and they asked for a tip at the end of my meal haha

I've taken off a star sorry but my fish was ok 1 piece that had been under the lights was good but unfortunately the freshly cooked piece was very greasy probably because it hadn't had time to drain 🤔

First time trying shop got meal deal c large 12 inch pepperoni pizza chips cheese kebab ans tub kebab tub pakora tub cheese garlic chappati was all lovely fresh tasty defo be bk and for price for it all under 15 pound good size portions to friendly staff to was shared between me my partner 2 kids

Tbh if we look with a pinch of salt at the service, which sometimes behaves as if it was a punishment, for this money you will not find fresher food in such portions. Breakfasts are filling and substantial (I regret that you do not serve Big Daddy / Buldiers breakfast anymore), classic fish and chips (ultimate) absolutely fantastic, always fresh, portions such that you will never leave hungry vs. the cost you incur. 100% better option than any fast food. Just remember this is not a full restaurant and not a fast food- something between.

AVOID I have been a regular customer for 20 years until now. Delivery guy handed us a smashed pizza that he dropped, when I called and told them, the lady apologised told me to wait on the replacement pizza to be made and sent. I Waited hours but Nothing came and when I called back to get an update, Imran took the phone and called me a liar, he said the pizza wasn’t dropped and I’m trying to get free food and I’m banned. He didn’t want to see the photos. He said there was nothing wrong with the pizza and the delivery driver denied dropping it. Ran by aggressive, angry and unprofessional men. Save your money and your time by avoiding this horrible place.

The food was okay (a beef burger with fries) but I was overcharged by 7 pounds for my desert. They put other item on my receipt I complained about it and they reimbursed me less than 2 pounds! Double

Place is a shambles. No consistency whatsoever. Shut every time we visit. Ye phone to order and they to you use the app. The app doesn’t work. Their timings are all over the shot. What’s the point in having a shop if you’re never open or reliable. Local area needs a better roll shop pronto. Would make a killing.

used a groupon for afternoon tea. we arrived around 1130am (had booked) no table free or ready, eventually got a tiny table that was over taken by the afternoon tea stand, tea pots, plates etc. cakes were delicious, same with scones. nice mix of sandwich flavours and tasted fresh. quiches were quite clearly microwave and had soft pastry. would not pay full price for afternoon tea.

Wee Katie makes the best chips get them every afternoon need her at night too as foods no where near as good

Haven’t been in ages. Food still amazing. Fish is so fresh and tasty. Chips cooked to perfection. Reading the other reviews you’d think they haven’t actually eaten here, cos it doesn’t stack up. Glasgows best chippy by far

Came here for a relaxing coffee on a very hot day, and the air conditioning was a blessing. There was a lovely array of cakes to choose from, although some were a bit pricey, but I was only there for coffee. The coffee was delicious and I was given a complimentary glass of water. Unfortunately, on my visit it was smoke alarm testing day, and I appreciate these things have to be done, but it spoilt the relaxing coffee moment and so I left.
