Morrisons Cafe in Glasgow City

Completely crap! 11am, 10 tablets and totally chaos, missing items, both of coffee machines don’t work (no coffee bens, second one no milk). Staff totally don’t care “sorry we don’t have a time to fill up machines” ect. What will be happen in December? Apocalypse on the way…. Ehhh

Struggled to use the ‘order here’ screen couldn't find what I was looking for and when I asked for help from a member of staff they looked like they just couldn’t be bothered to help. Then when I tried to go over to the kid’s area another member of staff very rudely let me know she had closed it to clean it no sign’s up anywhere to let us know before hand as it was the only reason we chose there to eat. After sitting with a very unhappy toddler for a while I chose to just leave without waiting for the food and after already paying for it. Really uncomfortable environment and bad atmosphere from the rude staff.

Lovely, missing chips but apart from that it was fab!

send me wrong breakfast without toast and potato scones also and they for got my cake. the bacon on breakfast had a funny smell and when tried to call store, its not working! joke. never ever again. very poor service.

No link sausage no haggis, didn’t provide a substitute.

Two things that are good about the place: staff - who were polite and courteous, and the free kids meals. Food - Most vegetarian meal options were not available. We had to chose a plain cheese toastie for lunch. The food is of good quality but not the most flavoursome and the coffee is mediocre at the best. There are a few meal deals available but they are confusing and there isn't a main menu displayed at the cafe. You have to get to the payment counter and then enquire. This delays the ordering process.

Some staff there have seriously bad attitudes towards customers. They try to force everyone to use the self service machines but don’t ask if it’s only cash they can pay with. Some don’t know how to use them like the elderly people so why force people in doing so. No numbers card near the machine to say where you’re sitting, have to go up to the till to pick it up as they don’t bother to put them at the front. Maybe under staff and under pressure preparing orders but this doesn’t give you the right to take out your anger on customers especially the tall woman in glasses today If my parents weren’t there I would of dished out abuse back to your face.

The cooked food was great no complaints there. I ordered two different cakes but received two of the same cake.

Order was incorrect (half items missing), number listed to contact store redirects to a different number. Was stuck on hold for over 30 minutes being bounced between agents and ultimately disconnected. So if anything with your order is wrong, there's no fixing it.

Lovely breakfast, all cooked well really enjoyed, will be ordering again.

My breakfast was missing 3 poached eggs so I only had bacon and hash browns very disappointed. And the driver went to the wrong address first and suggested somehow that it was my fault not impressed

Delivery arrived Missing drinks the bag wasn’t sealed and the box was open the contents were freezing and inedible very poor

Food was good however coffee received all spilt within the delivery bag. Very poorly packed or handle by driver unsure

I was a bit shady about buying the pizza as it never said what size it was turns out i was right it was tiny it must have been a 99p pizza that they charged over £7 for including delivery it cost nearly £10 and I might as well have paid to be beaten up and had the money took off me for nothing. I am unemployed and cant afford to waste money on things like this. The delivery time was also poor as they took the maximum time to deliver it too and it was cold

Milkshakes machine broke down, refused refund.

Excellent quality of food. Best square slice I’ve had in a long time and it arrived piping hot. Will definitely order again.

Fried and Poached Eggs missing from my breakfast. Black pudding cooked too long.. Was so hard I couldn't eat it.

Paid for tatie scone, didn’t get flung together like a dogs dinner. Food cold, black pudding hard as rock

Ask for beans to be separate but full breakfast was covered in beans no idea when the other person doesn’t like beans, items were missing and egg shell in the scrambled egg quality of the breakfast was also very poor never ordering again

Woman in cafe is an absolute jobs worth and uses entrapment to try and embarrass customers. Hopeless, missing items, wrong orders, undercooked food. It’s okay though, put a complaint into head office so hopefully will get sorted :-)

This last order came with wrong breakfast pieces and 6 out of 8 orders for this caffee have been cancelled leading to long refund times as Apple Pay is used it's a real shame as I enjoy a breakfast from here

Just don’t bother. Poor service. Filthy cutlery. Short staffed. And the food was poor. Never again !

Food order was wrong. Square sausages when I ordered breakfast with link sausages. Also received fewer drinks than I ordered. Someone wasn't paying attention to the order. Disappointed.

Good food but not the first time an item has been missing. Considering some of the items on the list are pricey for what they are I expect them to at least check to make sure all the items are in the bag before handing over to the driver.

Food arrived on time but cold and muffin was stale. Coffee was also cold and cup was only half full! Wouldn't order from here again.

Food arrived after an hour and a half. Food was so cold it had turned rubbery. Quality of food was the cheapest quality possible, deffo not worth the price , just money wasted. Really disappointed as was hoping for a much better food experience

I ordered afternoon tea for two it came with £10 marked on as that’s how much it is In store however I was charged £15 plus delivery

Just left the cafe still hungry. Ultimate breakfast 4 items missing(potato scones and black pudding) another 15min wait for those so breakfast going stone cold, mushrooms uneadable slimy bad before cooking most of breakfast left. Side order of fries OK, onion rings complete grease. Only thing eadable was toast and beans (luke warm, just as well it was for a child). Complete waste of time and money! AVOID when certain cooks are in.

All was clean, nice staff, food was great nice and hot

I had visited to buy a few essentials during my lunch hour as an essential worker. From the outside they have a one way system in place, however on entering the store its very much up the individual customers to create their own safd space as there are no processes in place to support this; some people invading other people's space. Store was clean and well resourced, found what I was looking for, bug couldn't wait to get out. Luckily the checkouts weren't too busy.

The fish was ace but I was not keen on the chips but I still enjoyed my lunch.

Great selection ....you have to que in isle 10 and are directed to the first available till. There should be customer announcements on this it will save tempers flaring when people just jump the que. They do have signs but I guess people cant read. The staff are trying hard... it's the customers that are not getting it.

Terrible. Food consistently cold, or, if you happen to be lucky: lukewarm. Staff look like they don't want to be there either. Save yourself the hassle-and money-and get the 3.50 meal deal from the salad bar inside the supermarket.

We were in the cafeteria and the food was fantastic

DONT EAT FROM HERE!!!! Someone had sneezed on my plate that got served to my table and there was still splatters all over my plate and up the side of my salad... (I know what a boggey looks like) I didn't want to do this but after they asked if I wanted to change the salad i said give me the plate so I can take a picture and the staff member ran to the kitchen where I had never seen her or the plate again and because of my tone I then was asked to leave but im not letting this slip MORRISONS GLASGOWFORT IS PURE BOGGIN AND NEEDS SHUT DOWN FOR THIS!!

Absolutely abysmal service, the lady was abrupt and rude. The lady serving at the till was not very clear when she mumbled at me and was very unhelpful. What a disgrace to customer service. Not a small fish well you should have replaced with the large at Morrisons expense not mine.

Nice and clean with friendly staff. Good family deals and offers for kids to eat free. Standard food menu but with limited selection of healthy choices and can sometimes be a little over cooked.

Dropped in to get breakfast this morning. Cookers not working since Wednesday. Unable to get full breakfast, got bacon and toast.

Served by a unhappy person,who was a jobsworth,more interested in making us feel unwelcome than serving us.All we wanted was a teatime special, 4meals for 4 people. All we got was grief,never again will we go there with her.All the other staff are friendly and helpful.

Had to return food scandalous took photo.

Not great! There wasn't any left of the first 2 hot meals I tried to order. My daughters spaghetti bolognese was dried out, with hardly any bolognese on the pasta. My husbands extra toast was forgotten and my meal was cold. We won't be back! 20 pound that could have been better spent elsewhere.

I like to sit at window seat. They have good deals at 3pm and a kids eat free when an adult is paying. Staff always helpfull
