Spicy Govan in Glasgow City

Got munch box just had dry chips dry kebab meat dry chicken pakora no onion rings or anything else maybe just a bad night.

I was ill so my mum who has bad feet picked me up a sausage supper on her way home and the chips were hard and shrivelled and the sausages were pink inside i called and told them i wanted a refund the person on the other end told me very rudely i had to take the supper back to them if i wanted a refund but i couldnt due to the aforementioned illness Avoid this place like the plague if you want good food and customer service

Made my order at 11.30 would have been last order of tonight they told me 20 to 30 mins and now it's 12.34 and still haven't received my order absolutely shocking if u ask me

I am local there and the staff recognise me as I am their favourite customer. The burgers and pizzas are worth to have a good dinner

I was very disappointed with the prawn biryani, the prawns were so tiny couldn't find or taste them. Sauce was nice but was just like eating rice and curry sauce while paying for prawns

Not long away from this establishment, my husband order Large kebab Sauce and salad separate Extra sauce Chips Bottle of 7up £8.50 Gets home to find what can only be described as 1/2 portion of chips, portion of kebab meat, 2 sauces and chips Call to advise them as this is the second time we have had an issue (first time no chips in order) After some debate and being told we got what we ordered the gent callede back to ask what was ordered, I asked him to tell me how much it would have cost for my order, he wouldn't answer so I asked him if £8.50 was correct for the order we received. Was told he checked his CCTV and that's what my husband asked for!!! Does that mean that they are voice recording in the shop? No noticed advising of this. I was told to stop talking, at this point I was rude back to him and told him to get off my phone! Would NOT recommend this place! If there was a negative star rating then I would have chosen that!!!

Disgusting food, and nasty staff. very surprised at so many fake reviews!! Prepare for a very unpleasant experience!!

The staff make out that there just eat customers are thieves because just eat offered a discount that they were not prepared to honour if they had explained that instead of making out the discount was my fault I would of paid the difference but as it is for there attitude and customer service they have lost a regular customer

Last couple times only received part order and they blamed just eat for misinformation Microwaved burgers!

Absolute rotten and the way people get treated with staff is appauling id stay clear of this place got a mini munchie box n pakora tasted like it had been lying for days and kebab meat was like rubber wont be back the people that own n run the place need a few lessons in hygiene before touching anyones food absolte stinking n defo not worth the money steer clear guys they sell chilli cheese bites but to be honest think they buy them from burger king coz thats exactly what they taste like burger kings rank rotten x

Absolute bollocks! Dont order from here unless you want to wait 2 hours! Phoned last night for a pizza at 10:50 asked the guy on the phone how long it was going to be he told me half an hour, when I phoned back after an hour the guy on the phone TOLD ME to wait 5 minutes and phone back because he was getting a call on his mobile phone!!! So rude to say the least, ended up phoning back at half 12 and telling them to stuff it!

Great place for takeaway and now ice cream. Good quality food and very tasty. Downside, portion sizes not as big as previously,(new owners since mid 2015 or so) still big though.

Ordered a bbq kebab for pick up, when i got home i found it had been fried and not barbecued. The onions and peppers were dripping in grease and downright repugnant, as was the chicken. To make matters worse, they hadnt thought to include a pitta bread so i couldnt even make a pitta salad- the salad being the only edible part. Large portions are no use if the food is inedible slop.

The pizza was amazing and fantastic value foe money aswell + the portions are huge. :-)

Must agree the portions are unbelievably big and generous , food is also as good as any other kebab place but I would say the kebab is probably the only let down in the place taste wise
