Ordered 3 rolls and got incorrect/ missing items in all 3. When I called to query I unfortunately had to speak with possibly the roughest person I’ve ever conversed with who was zero help. Avoiding for the foreseeable

Food was cold garlic bread was solid chips were soggy didn’t ask for a wrap never got a chicken burger would never buy again

Will be ordering again food for as fresh and warm

Terrible delivery times With every order they’ve had to go back collect the juices.

Was an hour late but including ordering time and cooking this was close to three hours long. Not ideal

Order delayed 4 times tried to cancel but shop said they can’t it took nearly 2 hours to arrive

Food is nice and always on time but this is the 3rd time they have forgotten or mixed my order up I’ve paid for bottles of coke and got a can just silly stuff that adds up .

Only half the food instructions where followed meaning I couldn’t eat mine as allergic to cheese :(

Ordered stewed sausage, got a call to say they didn’t have any and didn’t even give any options of else I could have, so said that was the whole point in the order so didn’t want it anymore. Person was so short with me and said I had to go back on to just eat and cancel order however this couldn’t be done. Called back, told lasagna or steak pie, ok steak pie. Got delivered and wow! Chips undercooked, absolutely soggy. So bland, pastry soggy. Just rotten! Even panini wasn’t nice. Never again.

I ordered a latte along with everything else that was ordered, but the latte never got delivered to me a bit gutted as I had paid for it

Didn’t get what I ordered. Usually a ‘doubler’ is two items in a roll, not 2 of the 1 item. Disappointed my order wasn’t fulfilled as per the request to be honest.

Food wait was an hour, fair enough but that turned into 2 hours 45 minutes. Four onion rings in the portion of onions rings, rolls all soggy.

yeahhh, the chili chips are kinda awful without the rest of the seasoning.

The food was spot on, my only criticism is that I asked for ketchup on the breakfast wrap that I didn't get. Also asked for no tomato in the sweet chilli wrap, but there was tomato. Also spent the required amount for a free side, but they didn't deliver any sides at all. Bit unhappy at these, but food was still tasty.

Food was brick hard and cold left shop 35mins before it even got to me waste of money took them an hour to phone me to tell me they had no soup left

my order was £12.05p so my aunt told the driver to take an extra 50p which makes it £12.55 and he only gives us £5.50 back and he was meant to give us £7.45 back we give him a £20 note quite disappointed due being a regular customer who ordered in the past

Soup was cold and the cheese tostie was cold everything else was fine

Terrible food chips were half cooked and others were just soggy clearly different batches of chips mixed together, don’t order the curry or soup was the worst thing I’ve ever tried and the soup said lentil but yet I pretty much got water save you’re money and go to else where plenty of places round about that are actually good this place should be shut down

Food cold no juice roll egg cold will not be back

Order arrived nearly two hours late with no communication from the restaurant. When we phoned the restaurant the customer service was terrible. Don’t order from here.

Ordered at 11:47 it’s now 1:26 and still nothing 😭! Ano it’s been snowing I understand but had 3 diff delivery times now !

disgusting, I got salt pepper chicken with chips and curry , curry was a blob of jelly chips where half cooked and the chicken and rings soup was drenched in salt .

Breakfast munchie box was top notch and delivery was on time. Would definitely order again

Absolutely amazing stew peas and mash ,great chef,lasagne amazing ty.

My order was an hour and 40 mins late! It was freezing cold and the beans were all over the bag. When we called to ask how long our food would be the woman was so rude and unprofessional.

1st time I ordered it was ridiculously late with missing items and ordered bottles of juice and received a can. 2nd Time ordering the soup was the most villeee looking and tasting soup I have ever tasted in my life, looked like a orange curry absolutely vile. Waste of money and right in bin

Got stewed sausages option of mash and chips but when you click it doesn’t let you choose so came with chips so went in bin very dry hardly any gravy with it either

everthing seamed like it was deep fried black pudding was super dry everything ells except from the soup was great. the soup tasted really bad and even if it didnt 3 bucks for a soup that small it bad (lentil soup)

Never got right order, put on notes and phoned them still wrong no happy reheated chips limps in curry sauce

Stew mash and peas is absolutely amazing definitely will be back again

It has been an hour and 30 minutes and I still do not have my food. Calling the restaurant was a waste of time she told me she was busy and waiting on the driver to come back my order was going next yet the app says "enjoy your food." Frankly at this point I don't want the food because it is going to be cold if it is waiting on a driver.

I will never order from here again. After waiting almost 2 hours on a breakfast and French toast it was inedible... They had a cheek to send it out, everything was rock solid black, eggs were cremated. And to top it off it was cold! Everything in the bin... Think someone needs to check food before it's sent out, disgusting!

Only received 3 soups and they where lentil soup not the kind we ordered the company called and sayed they would come no with 30 mins as they gave our order to bother customer it’s now over an hour and I phoned back and they have sayed there too busy just to cancel the order on just eat for a refund I can supply there mobile number of this is needed thanks

The food arrived late. I called the shop and was rudely spoken too. The food was freezing by the time it arrived and the wrap was inedible due to the amount of grease dripping from it.

Food was cooked well although was very greasey to the point the bacon had greese dripping off of it and a puddle of grease on the bottom of the box.

Best wee shop ever I go there for my chicken curry and chips every home Celtic game 10/10

I recently ordered this restaurant and ordered the spicy chicken burger with an additional side of popcorn chicken, for which I paid an extra £1. While the food was decent, I found the portion size of the popcorn chicken to be disappointing. I paid extra for what I thought would be a regular portion, but instead received a kiddy-sized portion. Despite the disappointment, the chicken was cooked nicely and tasted good. Overall, the food was average compared to other restaurants or cafes I've ordered from

Ordered from here a couple of times and have not been disappointed once. The food was spot on, great portion sizes and great prices 10/10

Where do I start!! I ordered £23 pound worth of stuff at 11:45 approx, when their just eat stated you would deliver between 30/50 minutes you, I called at half 1 and was told I was next to go which I wasnt to happy about but I accepted it, for the meal to turn up at 14:10 which is totally unacceptable how you think the timing is accept I don't know, I then called back to inform you of my delivery being over 2 hours and 20 minutes, the food was abysmal and was stone cold and the soup I don't even know what that was I also then informed you I'm going to apply for a refund on just eat for my service and inedible meal!! Baring in mind I spent over £23 for the food and delivery. Just have had the Audacity to only reimburse me £8.33 how's that acceptable? So you make money from a absolute shocking meal and service and I'm out of pocket £17 for the pleasure how's that even fair? I do want this looked into and took further unacceptable. Ps I will never order from here again.

1 of my burgers was plain for my 4 year old but it had cheese on it tried to scrape it off but she tried to eat it but she ran in saying it was burning her mouth it was a spicy chicken burger

Shocking! Wrong order tried calling no answer! Over paid. Got a baked potato and a pie chips n peas, instead of a meal deal costing £10.95 and mac cheese ans chips

The food was cold and hard beans were that dried up stuck together juice wasn't cold also they put wrong address as 24 not 37 I understand that driver got flat pleasant guy but the resultant couldn't care less and should issue refund or offer free next order can't even best it now £15 at these times not cheap to waste on a treat very disappointed

Wouldn’t even give it one star food was disgusting over cooked mush chicken burger was solid & black think it was last weeks curry sauce all congealed french toast was like warm bread it’s embarrassing sending food out like that & expect YOUR customers to pay for that!! Yous need closed down or trained in how to cook!! Also coleslaw was missing & can of lilt!!

Dont normally leave these but had to as its Excellent quality food always had, links for 1 are dynamite, excellent value for money, kind staff go out there way to modify your dish to your preference even though they're so busy, cheerful happy delivery driver, this wee shop outdoes any out there, using quality ingredients from butchers, no like other roll shops using frozen and charging more, definitely reccommend you try, won't be disappointed....

My sister found onion and lettuce through her chips and cheese, my panini wasn’t a panini but a hotdog roll with filling and cans of juice are price marked at 59p or 2 for £1 and they charge 90p for it

Didn’t even turn up and they’re no answering the phone worst customer service! Ordered last week for them to tell me they’ve guessed my child’s dinner cos they haven’t set up the option to actual choose yourselves and had a pure attitude about changing it. 🤣🤣
