Zero stars is more suited. Used to visit regularly for my portion of chips and visited again today after years of absence. Noticed it's being run by unfamiliar faces. Biggest regret! The chips which was ordered as a large was a tiny portion, the chips were cold despite being a 2 minute drive away. It was disgustingly greasy and now have a sore bloated stomach because of it. They ran out of certain food and didn't even know what was served on the menu. The worst ever chippy I've ever eaten. Will never step foot in this place again, should have went elsewhere.

Normally I’d give 4 stars across the board but I Called Provernmill more than 10 times across more than 20 minutes only to get nothing but busy signals forcing me to call elsewhere, a serious black mark on the record of a store I’ve eaten out of for decades.

Ask for pizzas well done, charred on the bottom! Best pizza in Glasgow. Donner, pepperoni and green chilli is different level

Just boggin noo, Curry was awful the pakora was rubbery. It's not long been done up but the food has took a nosedive. Won't be buying from there again.

Got to be the slowest chippy ever,and the food ain't all that good,my dog even refused a sausage from it,the place is a dump,but it us getting renovated,so the prices will be even higher,not getting any more of my money

Absolutely shocking ordered a pizza for my kids and waiting an hour and ten minutes ended up going up to the shop to be told they had no delivery driver on and the food was being made in a different shop to be delivered now while standing there they was still accepting delivery's will never use again also haven't received my money back from just eat and the man in the shop couldn't speak English

Never received my order after waiting over an hour to then be told that there is no driver on tonight also that my order was sent to another shop which I do not like to eat out of I had already called this place 3 times to be hung up on by a member of staff I will not be using this place again !!!!

Absolutely rip off take away, website states £10 for mix kabab but delivered and charged me £15, no shish meat and no salad. Said I should have asked for price and what's in the kabab and was very cheeky. Food taste awful and dry, never again, beware., go elsewhere. Very disappointed with their delivery today. paid over £23 for a fish supper with half a portion of chips, 2 fried rice, a spicy mushroom and a lamb curry with 8 bits of lamb. Been using them for over 6 years and food was great when Ravie was there. Now standard starting to decline. Last time I gave them another chance to try but after this, never again.

Order the 12 inch pizza but unfortunately it was a bit to greasy, as I'm starving hungry n what I've paid for a near £17 including large chips. Was not the greatest so therefore I won't order again. I am totally disappointed with my order as it was cancelled due to the unavailability of the item. But,restaurant shows it as delivered and deducted money. Not a good service .

Awful service, two quarter hours for delivery No apology / no discount. Service dreadful. Pizza 🍕 alot to be desired. UPDATE: daughter placed order last night (12/05) 2.5 hours for delivery on calling excuse they did not have driver / using one from another shop. When asked if refund will be given, as time scale is dreadful they hung up on call! Eventually when delivery arrived, no apology . Service provided by this place is lower than low . Keep your distance .

Delivery time dreadful. Food not too good. I would never use this place again. Delivery was 3 hours late despite phoning 3 times and being told it would be there in half an hour. When it eventually arrived I was on my way to bed and guess what. The order was wrong

My family usually order from here quite frequently but our recent encounter has left us not wanting to go back. When my mum went in to order she was met with an empty shop and no staff at the counter. Eventually a worker came out from the back, looked at my mum and continued walking past without acknowledging. The phone rang and he went to answer so my mum asked if she could be served as she had been standing there for 10 minutes already. The man very rudely said 1 minute, took the phone order and then proceeded to input the order in the till following the phone call. My mum was done waiting and said just to leave it and got the response of 'ok then'. Customer service is everything and this was not on. A simple hi, 2 mins please would have stopped me wanting to take to leaving a bad review.

Fish not the same special was good at 1time not now not been in give a miss

Friendly family run takeaway and cafe. One of the owners particularly good with grandson free lollipop 🍭 for good manners and the food is good too.

Food was greasy and pizza was burnt. When i phoned to ask where my delivery was, the phone was put down on me. Eventually arrived over an hr later. Will not be using again.
