Took 2 hours for our food to come. Phoned the restaurant twice while waiting. Eventually came and food was cold.

Food was shocking, 1.5 hours wait for a large mixed kebab and garlic naan. Naan wasn’t cooked at all, completely dough and just yellow on other side. Chicken very chewy. Last time ordering from here.

2nd time order was misplaced and not on time. nan bread was very chewy and not usual standard, but curries were good

Never get an order right. Something is ALWAYS wrong regardless of how many times you ask for something, collection or delivery

I did not receive this order. It was over an hour late and I asked the restaurant to cancel the order. This was after they advised me that the driver hadn’t even collected it. So I have no idea when this would have arrived. I have requested a full refund.

We have ordered from Imran’s several times as there is something for everyone with the vast menu choices. After a delivery complication on Friday, Imran and team were very keen to redeem themselves which they did - full bellies all round :)

Ordered at 6:30pm on a Saturday, for myself and cousin called up at 8:19pm to ask if it had left, the guy on the phone said yours is next to go out should be with you in 5 mins I waited and waited so called up again 8:48pm to cancel I had work at 10pm, they said “FOOD IS LEAVING NEXT. WAITING ON DRIVER” I said no cancel I have work he responded “YOU CANCEL, WE NOT CANCEL” told him I won’t pay if it arrives he hanged up. Disgrace waiting nearly 2.5 for 2x Kebabs and Chicken Pakora

called just after half past 7 straight after a very stressful day at work expected an hour maybe for delivery but no. I got the message on this app to say it's being delivered (restaurant is 5 mins drive from my house) waited 45 mins, still no food so called to be told they're very busy but the food will be in the next delivery...35 mins later still no food so I call AGAIN. To then be told it'll be another 30/40 mins, I still don't have food 3 hours later!! ridiculous service. Honestly terrible

the delivery time is usually quite long, but tonight it was ridiculously long. over an hour and 45 minutes from ordering it to it being delivered. food was cold by the time it got here. the chips couldnt be reheated and the pakora was soggy. it's a shame as when it's good, its good. but the delivery was too long this time and the food quality wasnt great because of it

Ordered food a few days ago and the food was amazing. Delivery was quite long, but expected that that as it did say when ordering. Ordered again tonight, after 1 hour and 30 mins no food. Called to check on the order, was told it was on the way. Half an hour later called again, to then be told that I live too far away and they cancelled my order. Absolutely nothing on the app to tell me it was cancelled.

Considering it's Xmas eve food was hot and on time as always 🔥

The baked potato was not fully cooked and was hard inside, it had the smallest amount of tuna on it and every single item was cold when we received it. Everything was threw in the bin. Was a total waste of money and defo will not be ordering again

Food is terrible chip shops covered in grease. Mixed kebab is a joke for the price . Staff are cheeky and don’t like to fix a mistake they made and will keep calling asking if your positive that they made a mistake 😂 won’t be back

absolutely terrible service, ordered food at 16:30 for collection at 17:15 however we didn't get our food to 17:50. this place is anything but organised, last 2 experiences is here have been the same, several others appeared and they were waiting for just aslong as us. staff (cooks) seemed not to care how long everyone in the shop was waiting. they need to get a spring in their step soon or unfortunately I can see this place closed..

AVOID I have been a regular customer for 20 years until now. Delivery guy handed us a smashed pizza that he dropped, when I called and told them, the lady apologised told me to wait on the replacement pizza to be made and sent. I Waited hours but Nothing came and when I called back to get an update, Imran took the phone and called me a liar, he said the pizza wasn’t dropped and I’m trying to get free food and I’m banned. He didn’t want to see the photos. He said there was nothing wrong with the pizza and the delivery driver denied dropping it. Ran by aggressive, angry and unprofessional men. Save your money and your time by avoiding this horrible place.

The donnor meat has gotten worse since th3 last time i ordered. Cheese wasnt melted on the food either so not even hot enough to melt that. Th3 chicken pakora i used to absolutely love but thats went downhill too

Ran by a nutcase, sent us out a pizza that had been dropped and was totally wrecked then when we told them about it they said they were going to collect and replace the pizza, after an hour I called back to be told we were barred. Unhinged weird behaviour

Pizza cheese burnt. The ‘large mixed Kebab’ was 12 bits of burnt, cold, hard ??? Not even any donner meat. It looks like they had just thrown whatever was left at the end offhand the night into boxes and hopes for the best. Deffo avoid.

Chicken Pokora was lovely , Curries were really good would recommend the chasni & butter tikka masala. Nana was a little dry and more doughy than I like. Can of juice wasn't delivered with the order.

I pay good money for food and I get it half cooked and the cheese is out of date complete waste of time and will be in touch with my local papers and trade and standards the place should be shut down instead of things getting hid behind a few new tiles

driver bit cheeky I've a broken ankle and a disabled sticker at door so I was up two flights when door knocked. I was trying to get down quick he banged door hard 3 times so I had to wake my daughter who was on night shift to run down as I was only on second floor he hot cheeky to her said I've been here 10 mins when he was not . bec he chapped 3 times definitely was about 4 min not 10

Pizza was cold and burnt the kebab box wS dripping in grease also called up and asked for pakora sauce as my wee girl uses it for the pizza and stated can u please make sure sauce is in the bag will pay at door as ask time n time again and it isn’t he said yes tht not a problem and quess what no pakora sauce for my wee girl for pizza kebab salad on kebab was about four bits a greasy lettuce poor delivery for sure 👎

There's a staff member who just can't get an order correct. Went in for a peri peri pitta bread. Watched them cook the chicken, and about 20mins later, it was still on the grill (can only imagine how dry it would have been). Well, everyone else in the shop before and after us had their food and left. Food used to be good, but after finding a piece of metal in my pizza a few years back, it really should have stopped me from going back in the first place. Lesson learnt now.

Place used to be great. The last fet times I've been, the wait has been about 30/40 mins for the simplest items. 1 specific staff member is useless. She clearly doesn't listen then looks at you as if you're daft when she gets everything wrong. I've been going for many years, but after this constant issue, we won't be back again.

Sadly I just spent a tenner on the worse meal I have ever had for that money! I bought a kebab £6.25 and a bag of chips £3 I live 2 minutes away the kebab was cold I heated it in microwave as I was starving but then I get to the chips the amount of peelings with no potato in them took up more than half the bag but sorry just not good enough! Prices up standard down! Well I just came back from Imrans and the manager was apologetic and served me himself what a difference hot and delicious replaced meal! That is great customer service so upgrading my experience!
