AVOID I have been a regular customer for 20 years until now. Delivery guy handed us a smashed pizza that he dropped, when I called and told them, the lady apologised told me to wait on the replacement pizza to be made and sent. I Waited hours but Nothing came and when I called back to get an update, Imran took the phone and called me a liar, he said the pizza wasn’t dropped and I’m trying to get free food and I’m banned. He didn’t want to see the photos. He said there was nothing wrong with the pizza and the delivery driver denied dropping it. Ran by aggressive, angry and unprofessional men. Save your money and your time by avoiding this horrible place.

The donnor meat has gotten worse since th3 last time i ordered. Cheese wasnt melted on the food either so not even hot enough to melt that. Th3 chicken pakora i used to absolutely love but thats went downhill too

pizza munchie box was decent but chips wur horrendous

Order arrived freezing cold! Cold chips and cold pizza! Food is going down hill, portion sizes a disgrace too for what people are being charged. Barely a handful of chips in the bag of chips!

chips were undercooked, food was cold and onion rings were greasy delivery times are terrible ordered at 7:18 delivery time estimated between 8:35 and 8;50 , it was still late

Ordered 2 rolls and chips and the chips didnt even cover the roll.

Went the extra mile to make sure I got it. I don't know who you are, but I do know I'm very grateful. Neighbours child was hurt... "I thought I'll only be gone a moment." Naturally, I was wrong. Thank you, again, so much.

Only down side menu said it came with chips there was no chips so was expecting chips as a meal so left hungry wanted chips🤣😂🤣😂😂😂

so much orange greese of the kebab and the pizza was so blind no taste the cheese on the pizza wasent the same cheese that everywhere else gives u on a pizza no mozzarella cheese on the pizza just cheap orange cheese so all went to waste I won't order from here again

Ran by a nutcase, sent us out a pizza that had been dropped and was totally wrecked then when we told them about it they said they were going to collect and replace the pizza, after an hour I called back to be told we were barred. Unhinged weird behaviour

Pizza cheese burnt. The ‘large mixed Kebab’ was 12 bits of burnt, cold, hard ??? Not even any donner meat. It looks like they had just thrown whatever was left at the end offhand the night into boxes and hopes for the best. Deffo avoid.

I always ask for no cheese on the melt box and they get my order right every time <3

Chicken Pokora was lovely , Curries were really good would recommend the chasni & butter tikka masala. Nana was a little dry and more doughy than I like. Can of juice wasn't delivered with the order.

I pay good money for food and I get it half cooked and the cheese is out of date complete waste of time and will be in touch with my local papers and trade and standards the place should be shut down instead of things getting hid behind a few new tiles

driver bit cheeky I've a broken ankle and a disabled sticker at door so I was up two flights when door knocked. I was trying to get down quick he banged door hard 3 times so I had to wake my daughter who was on night shift to run down as I was only on second floor he hot cheeky to her said I've been here 10 mins when he was not . bec he chapped 3 times definitely was about 4 min not 10

Pizza was cold and burnt the kebab box wS dripping in grease also called up and asked for pakora sauce as my wee girl uses it for the pizza and stated can u please make sure sauce is in the bag will pay at door as ask time n time again and it isn’t he said yes tht not a problem and quess what no pakora sauce for my wee girl for pizza kebab salad on kebab was about four bits a greasy lettuce poor delivery for sure 👎

There's a staff member who just can't get an order correct. Went in for a peri peri pitta bread. Watched them cook the chicken, and about 20mins later, it was still on the grill (can only imagine how dry it would have been). Well, everyone else in the shop before and after us had their food and left. Food used to be good, but after finding a piece of metal in my pizza a few years back, it really should have stopped me from going back in the first place. Lesson learnt now.

Place used to be great. The last fet times I've been, the wait has been about 30/40 mins for the simplest items. 1 specific staff member is useless. She clearly doesn't listen then looks at you as if you're daft when she gets everything wrong. I've been going for many years, but after this constant issue, we won't be back again.

This must have been the worst meal I’ve ever had. Totally disgusting, very cold , very soggy and un eatable. Never again.

Sadly I just spent a tenner on the worse meal I have ever had for that money! I bought a kebab £6.25 and a bag of chips £3 I live 2 minutes away the kebab was cold I heated it in microwave as I was starving but then I get to the chips the amount of peelings with no potato in them took up more than half the bag but sorry just not good enough! Prices up standard down! Well I just came back from Imrans and the manager was apologetic and served me himself what a difference hot and delicious replaced meal! That is great customer service so upgrading my experience!

When booked order estimated time of arrival was 16:35. Called shop at 16:49, was told its almost ready won't be long. Arrived at 17:41 cold and soggy

Staff were unhelpful my delivery was over an hour late and the stuff that I got (most of it missing)was freezing the restaurant was no help manager refused to speak to me and I paid almost 50 pounds for this order I will never use this place again and I will be telling everyone I know not to use it as well absolutely shocking

Reason food is 3 is you need to put more sauce on the kebabs [small one i orderd]

Food was delicious thank you. Maybe tell your driver its in bad taste to complain about how he was on his way home when he was called in for another delivery to his customers, im not responsible for your job choices mate and I won't apologise for being hungry either 🤨.

atrocious. used to be great but it’s went really downhill the past few years. pizzas have barely any cheese and toppings are burnt to a crisp. chips taste like they had been left for days, they tasted like soggy crisps. You can wait up to 3 hours for food. Ridiculous will never get anything from there again!

Order was late due to a mix up but when I contacted Imrans it was sorted immediately and delivered within 15mins so thankyou for that especially on a busy Friday night. Ps. Worth the wait 😂

The chicken nuggets looked like they had been lying for days. also, there were 2 different types. They were dry and didn't taste like real chicken. The sausage supper wasn't much better. The roll and chip came with a brioche bun, which we thought was strange

Waited 2 hrs for my order only for it to arrive with hard cold chips...cold and very hard nan bread..curry was cold also..had to bin the nan..reheat chips in air fryer and curry in microwave...after all that i could have just made a home cooked meal..now I'm running late for work...oh and my can of juice was the only thing that wasn't cold... never will i ever shop here again!!

Ordered at 5pm never got order till after 7pm.

The food was fresh and first class…..but there are roadworks in the area so it was difficult for the delivery driver to get to us….but it came and it was five star 👏👏👏😘

Spicy chicken pizza, was good, delivery was on time

Order never turned up!! Waited till 12.30am then went to bed! Woke up at 3am and app said food delivered. Defo never came to my door as I would have heard it and have a ring doorbell and no one on there. Either never sent it out or delivered it to the wrong address. Still pending on my bank account! Had to give 1 stars for all as won’t let me save without it! Usually I enjoy the food from here as regular walk in customer!

Curry was great but 4.50 for rice is abit steep.

Waited nearly 2 hours and when it eventually arrived the 2 fish suppers and the single fish were all dried out batter was solid. It was probs fried when order was put in and left lying in range. The sausage supper was OK.

Nearly 3 hours wait is a joke don't keep taking orders if you can't keep up with them - simple! And every time you phone up its the same old 'it's on the way' - 'just waiting on driver coming back & your next'... 💩

My order was delivered 3 hours after delivery time and when it finally arrived after 3 calls to the restaurant my order was missing items, not happy at all

First time ordering usually avoid it when I’m looking for a chippy and stick to the ones I know but glad I gave it a shot. Pizza crunch was soft not dead crunchy just how I like it and kebab was good. Will defo be ordering again 👍🏻

Ordered at 7pm received at 9.00pm. Phoned them at 8.30 and they said it hadn't even been made yet. Absolute disgrace
