McDonald's in Glasgow City

The staff the worst in the world if i am a manager I kik then out or I give them a course in costume Services..

Very bad service and soda mechine didnt work and gave water instead very bad customer service

Been on nightshift the past 3nights, each night I've felt like a fatty so I've had a mcdonalds each night, tonight and for the past 2night the food has been stale and borderline stinking, do better or not at all

Burger is ice cold totally ruined

fries were cold and had been reheated in store as they were rubber in texture and hard at ends, big macs were warm but not hot milkshakes were too frozen and wouldn't go through the straw for a good half hour of melting just a total waste of money and after a long wait was very disappointing

Order missing items again such a disgrace every time you order there is always missing item joke I am fed up paying £40 and not getting what a paid for

No wonder they employ on minimum wage, couldn’t put bbq sauce in a bag. Selected 4 dips just so I could get at least 1 and put notes on the order. No sauce. Brain dead

Over 1 hour and a half we waited on food and when it arrived no straws no sauces also was frozen

What is the actual point of having a personalisation function if the staff are going to ignore it? I ticked to remove just the bacon from the burger and they sent it completely plain with nothing in it!! Also, don’t ever buy dips from McDonalds because they won’t send them despite paying for it!!

No chillie cheese burger no fries with the happy meal. And the 9 nugget and fries was cold. Joke.

Keep getting egg shells, even in the order where no egg was requested

No cheese or cheese sauce on both our Cheesy McCrispys. no straws, napkins or the sauces that we ordered. Never get an order right from previous experience.

You have given me the wrong order. Spent £35 on two meals and a side and have been given chicken McNuggets and a small burger. I want a full refund.

The chips were abysmal and nearly took my tooth out. And was missing some sauce to go with the rock hard chips was also missing a drink and the burgers were like something my mum would make n that’s not good at all.

Delivery was late driver called he cldnt understand directions then when got here was cold and as usual no sauces iv lost count on how much iv paid for sauces and never get any so was another wasted meal

Gave it two stars because during the day it's ok but the night staff are terrible. Order is always wrong, food is clearly old and cold, wait 20min for food and not even a "sorry for the wait". The Easterhouse franchise is 2min away and they're great, go there instead.

was oringally stated delivered between 10 past and 20 12 past arrived at 25 to 1 everything was frozen items missing and juice had fallen over when being driving for delivery over 34 pounds spent conplete waste of money

Our food arrived ice cold juice flat , was supposed to arrive 7.25pm and has just appeared at my house at this time almost 5 hours late . All went straight in the bin including juice. . Disgraceful service

Ordered 3 meals. Was missing 2 burgers, 1 fries and 1 drink. Phoned the store to be passed to the "business manager" who tried to blame the driver. When I told her the receipt matched my order and it was packed wrongly she said "deal with just eat".

My 17 year old daughter and her 17 year old friend were refused entry into this store tonight. They went shopping to Glasgow Fort straight from school and decided to go to McDonald's for a bite to eat. 2 of the most sensible girls I know, well presented with their 6th year blazers on, only to be turned away by the security guard, stating they must by accompanied by an adult if under 18 years of age ! Who knew you need I.D to buy a Bigmac ! Fair to say I asked to speak to the manager who claims it's part of their policy and has been for the past 6 months, due to anti-social behaviour. I find this to be discrimination against all teenagers, just because you have a handful of teens being anti-social doesn't mean to say ALL teens are anti-social. Stop tarring them all with the same brush !! This is why you have store security. And no notices of this new policy displayed in the windows or anywhere in the store ! Embarrassing to say the least for the disant kids who are being turned away !

I will never return to this McDonald's and would not recommend going there. Staff were uncaring and not interested in listening about the appalling food and service. Issues were: The online ordering did not provide a receipt so had to order again at the till Fries were cold, stale and inedible Big Mac was cold, only one burger in it Kids meals incomplete-no sauce and no fruit Books given rather than toys as requested No napkins available. The manager replaced burger and chips, but was less than interested and I felt brushed aside. Will never return.

The coffee I'd ordered came through the bag as it was completely on its side and my quick and easy breakfast became a massive clean up job. Not pleased.

this order was delivered to the wrong address on my behalf but had to order again so i want to request a refund as paid for 2 separate orders but only got the one

Ordered a delivery about 11:50, each time I went to check on my order it said “ ordered confirmed. Checked about half 12 still said the same so phoned the store and they said they never had my order while on the phone it changed to being processed, store didn’t care. Eventually after about 1hrs half my order was on its way. Would never order from here again
