food was cold and took to long to get here children were not happy had to microwave the food because it was freezing cold

Hey, if you're into ordering food online, I gotta warn you, this McDonald's is not the best. The staff doesn't seem to care much about the orders, and you'll often end up with cold food. They pack the food and then it just sits there for ages, like 20 to 45 minutes, because no one can get their act together and make the drinks on time. This happens all the time, especially in the evenings and late at night. I'm a delivery driver and I see it every day. The McDonald's on Shadwick Square is much better at handling orders.

Food was delivered within 10-15 minutes of ordering but was barely warm when it arrived, surprising for how quickly it came.

Did not send all off the order. One of the wraps had no meat on it the other had no sauce. A complete embarrassment that you can’t get a MacDonald’s order right.

my mcmuffins were burned and all black greesy stuff on them the cheese was all over thd place the mcmuffin buns were not full buns there was bits around the edges that had bits broken of all in all they went in thd bin there is no care in the food they prepare for u when u r paying the money u expect fresh properly cooked and wrapped properly when u unwrap the food it's all over the place wouldn't feed my dog with it

So, I have been to this McDonalds on a multitude of occasions, and I do have to say, this McDonalds is just the average experience. The food was unfortunately uncrisp. I ordered the standard nuggets and fries, yet the fries were floppy and the nuggets uncrispy. My nuggets where on comparison to a Knight without their shining armour. So much potential, yet wasted due to the person creating my nuggets not pouring their love and passion for my food. This is why I've put the food at a 2 star. The service was excellent when it came to time. In actuality, "Fast Food" was "Fast" making this realistic to what it is. Although, as previously mentioned this came at a price - the food quality. Unfortunately, I do have to say that with the design and daunting look of the new "Modern" mcdonalds, it doesn't make it particularly enjoyable to sit in. Especially when you have the "young team" shouting around the establishment. Additionally, my experience was triumphantly ruined by my receipt not printing at the self kiosk machine. The least you can do is put paper in the printer! Thank you for reading, I'm not a 65 year old man, just an educated young adult. They call me "The G Wagon Reviewer". Thank you for your time.

Every time I order from this restaurant there’s an item missing from the order. Tonight I ordered two large meals and didn’t get any chips or any of the 5 dips that were included with the meals and sides. Really lackadaisical and unorganised service.

I’m just off the phone to a very helpful McDonald’s as the courier arrived with half the order frozen 840pm on a private call he was rude I asked where rest of my order was he ignored me as he was too busy on private call I showed him in my phone where’s rest of delivery don’t care not my problem began shouting as first half order was cold not in usual just eat bag children got scared upset at that point my neighbour came out to see if I was ok ovi I wasn’t he was intimidating name Abysmal

This is the worst McDonald's going. Just went and ordered a burger at 3am. Place is empty. At drive thru. Told me to wait at next window. I sit there and 20+ minutes go by. Nothing. I drive back around and wait 5 more minutes and ask for my burger. Drive home. It's the wrong burger. I drive back and complain and ask for my order. They oblige. I drive home. Wrong burger again. Absolute clowns man. It's not like it was busy. I was the only car for the 25 minutes I was there. This always happens at this McDonald's.

what a disaster2 double mac bacon cheese burgers, nether had any bacon one only had 3 burgers and both were freezing cold fries were also freezing the whole meal inedible. the mcflurry was like a milkshake and the milk shake was like milk. Ordered the meal at 8.20pm and it was finally delivered at 10.05pm we asked the driver why it had taken nearly 2hrs he said the shop was busy. we tried to cancel after an hour but no option .... never again it was a disgrace nearly £25 into the bin
