Just Eat what's the point F&B's? Just wait more like, complete waste of time ordered for delivery on just eat, nothing but increased time on the order status. Stop taking orders if there are no drivers!!! I eventually cancelled after 1hr 40 mins.

A friend and I popped in here tonight for a bite to eat. Despite there being an abundance of empty tables, we were asked to wait at the bar. That wasn't an issue. The person that served us was pleasant and accommodating. We have no issue there either. The food though? We ordered two classicbeef burgers with fries. The lettuce was the main taste when eating the burger and had to be smothered with ketchup to make it palatable. It wasn't a lettuce burger, it was a beef burger and tasteless. The fries were the kind of broken fries you get at the bottom of a bag of farmfoods cheap fries. To top it off, there was a tiny amount and mostly consisted of shards My wife was on a late shift, so I ordered a cheese pizza to take away for her. When it came to the table in a tape sealed box I decided to open it given the state of the burger and fries. I'm glad I did. There was nothing to it, it resembled a chapati with a scraping of cheese to it. This was to be £13 odds. I spoke with our server and asked if it was discounted given that it was a takeaway. She said no, it was full price. I informed her that it wasn't worth £13, it was poor. She agreed to return it. Overall this was disappointing. The food was terrible quality and tasteless cheap frozen reheats. There was no atmosphere to rate. Again, the service was fine and was reflected in the £5 tip my friend left. Neither of us will be returning to any frankie and bennies again in the future. Once bitten, twice shy.

Food was quick and tasty, services was friendly. Nothing to fault. Server manjit was attentive and friendly.

I have never been as impressed with a takeout as I am today. The food was absolutely delicious and my request regarding an adjustment was followed. Piping hot, despite how far away we are and everything was packaged super well. I will be ordering again asap. Absolutely fantastic all round.

We were served by Andzelika, and her customer service was excellent. We've been disillusioned with customer service lately, and Andzelika was great. She noticed us straight away, saw us to our table. Took our order quickly, noticed when the plates were empty and readied the next, had recommendations and a great sense of humour too. The food was lovely too, but Andzelika's attention to detail stood out for us. Thank you!

Great to visit again after so many years! Ended up recognising some of the staff from childhood, which was a nice surprise. The mac & cheese was spot on for my daughter, and the double becon cheeseburger was absolutely banging. Service was excellent—friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

I had an amazing dining experience at Franki and Benny Glasgow Fort, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful waitress, Angelica. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel right at home. She was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, always making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive—she gave great recommendations, and the dishes she suggested were absolutely delicious. She also accommodated all our special requests with ease and a positive attitude, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent, from being greeted at the door, taken to our seat and then our waiter was fabulous. The food was great also! We each had a starter and then we each dined from the Frankie's Fivers menu. Brilliant! Thoroughly enjoyed by all.

We're at this restaurant at least once a week if not more. My son, who has ASD has a very restricted diet, and the pizza, spaghetti, and choc brownie at F&B are among the few things he does eat. The staff have always been very friendly, polite and attentive to us over the years. A big shout out to Mr. Joe, the manager and Angelica, and all the staff at F&B at Glasgow Fort.

It's a pity, frankie and bennys used to be better. Their pizzas now are smaller and taste like a £1 freezer pizza with a bit of chicken thrown on top. First time I received the smaller pizza, I thought it was maybe a one off, but that's 3 poor quality ones now. Not good value at £13.45. Won't be in a hurry to return.

Booked a table on Friday at 6pm. Girl on the phone was very helpful. Server - Cameron 😊 made us all feel at ease. Made us all feel very welcome. Got a large table and plenty of room for kids wheelchair. So pleasant and helpful and we all enjoyed the banter. Especially my mother 🤣😂🤣 Nothing was too much trouble and we were not rushed. The food was amazing, could not fault anything - except they had no chicken wings 😂😂 the only thing on the menu she wanted 😆 Took the birthday cake from us and brought it out after dinner, with candles and a happy birthday 🥳🎂 Everyone had a lovely time, especially my mother 🤣😂🤣 We will certainly return. Thanx again Cameron. U reali made our night 😊

I went recently and got to experience the brand new menu with my family, i was greeted by one of the management and was very professional. I thought the staff was on the ball as any needs we had were met. The food was overall good quality and was satisfied with what we paid. Will be again

Went in for nice dinner. Food was great and chopped and changed multiple times which shows how fruitful menu was. I had seasonal special loaded corn dogs and loved the spiciest and crunch then followed by vegan spicy black bean burger. IM NOT EVEN VEGAN AND IT WAS THAT GOOD. For someone who is anorexic to come out and enjoy a meal shows how great food service and day really was :)

It was wonderful. The staff were lovely and patient, they really cared about the food allergies I have. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time there and we will come back for sure soon. The price is amazing for the quantity and quality of food you get. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very chill and family friendly on a Wednesday afternoon.

No taste Hot Dog, just standard chicken with bread(burger) costs 15,45 GBP. It's better not to try even.

What a wonderful way to end our day out at Glasgow Fort. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! Lesley-Anne was the perfect host looking after our table, she’s a credit to the company. All of the staff were lovely! We highly recommend it.

I went here yesterday by myself for a solo dinner after having a bad day, safe to say that the service is always pretty top notch and made me feel very welcomed even as a solo diner. My server Andezlika was very lovely and made sure that I had everything I needed just as much as other diners. Overall, I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience here, worth it 100% if you’re going to the cinema too (show your tickets and get a wee bit of money off as a deal) 🫶

Staffs are really nice. Seats are comfortable and vibe is good. Pizza and dessert are tasty. Spirali pasta is just so-so.

We won a 4 person meal from their FB. The Servise was fantastic and the waiter super nice. The food was excellent, came out fresh and very tasty. Even had their very yummy tiramisu! Thank you so much!

Really went downhill. There's nothing appealing about the menu now and the decor has became so dull and uninteresting. Think I'll give it a miss next time

A lovely place to eat with friendly staff and an asthetic somewhere between a restaurant and a 50s diner which i find charming.

By the way onion rings on the menu means only two. Portion size a lot smaller than they used to be. Staff friendly, but not again.

Good food, served fresh and hot with generous portions, friendly staff and tables cleaned down as soon as customers were out the door.
