Worse meal I have ever had, now I remember why I don’t order from here anymore!

I was served by Angelica. She was very attentive to my requests and even remembered me from my last visit a few weeks back.

Booked a table on Friday at 6pm. Girl on the phone was very helpful. Server - Cameron 😊 made us all feel at ease. Made us all feel very welcome. Got a large table and plenty of room for kids wheelchair. So pleasant and helpful and we all enjoyed the banter. Especially my mother 🤣😂🤣 Nothing was too much trouble and we were not rushed. The food was amazing, could not fault anything - except they had no chicken wings 😂😂 the only thing on the menu she wanted 😆 Took the birthday cake from us and brought it out after dinner, with candles and a happy birthday 🥳🎂 Everyone had a lovely time, especially my mother 🤣😂🤣 We will certainly return. Thanx again Cameron. U reali made our night 😊

Lovely food and amazing service

I went recently and got to experience the brand new menu with my family, i was greeted by one of the management and was very professional. I thought the staff was on the ball as any needs we had were met. The food was overall good quality and was satisfied with what we paid. Will be again

Went in for nice dinner. Food was great and chopped and changed multiple times which shows how fruitful menu was. I had seasonal special loaded corn dogs and loved the spiciest and crunch then followed by vegan spicy black bean burger. IM NOT EVEN VEGAN AND IT WAS THAT GOOD. For someone who is anorexic to come out and enjoy a meal shows how great food service and day really was :)

Got bbq skins and the sour cream dip was roasting , one of the pastas missing and the garlic bread was freezing

Service excellent from start ro finish big shout out to John my server this is 3rd time he has served me and he was excellent knowledgeable knows his job well and very good at his job a smile for everyone and very hard worker. Food.was excellent served piping hot and quickly. Great atmosphere although i missed the music in there tables and restaurant spotless

It was wonderful. The staff were lovely and patient, they really cared about the food allergies I have. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time there and we will come back for sure soon. The price is amazing for the quantity and quality of food you get. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very chill and family friendly on a Wednesday afternoon.

No taste Hot Dog, just standard chicken with bread(burger) costs 15,45 GBP. It's better not to try even.

What a wonderful way to end our day out at Glasgow Fort. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! Lesley-Anne was the perfect host looking after our table, she’s a credit to the company. All of the staff were lovely! We highly recommend it.

I went here yesterday by myself for a solo dinner after having a bad day, safe to say that the service is always pretty top notch and made me feel very welcomed even as a solo diner. My server Andezlika was very lovely and made sure that I had everything I needed just as much as other diners. Overall, I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience here, worth it 100% if you’re going to the cinema too (show your tickets and get a wee bit of money off as a deal) 🫶

Staffs are really nice. Seats are comfortable and vibe is good. Pizza and dessert are tasty. Spirali pasta is just so-so.

I put my flat number in the order and it somehow didn’t show up, delivery driver was kinda rude about it

We won a 4 person meal from their FB. The Servise was fantastic and the waiter super nice. The food was excellent, came out fresh and very tasty. Even had their very yummy tiramisu! Thank you so much!

Really went downhill. There's nothing appealing about the menu now and the decor has became so dull and uninteresting. Think I'll give it a miss next time

A lovely place to eat with friendly staff and an asthetic somewhere between a restaurant and a 50s diner which i find charming.

By the way onion rings on the menu means only two. Portion size a lot smaller than they used to be. Staff friendly, but not again.

Good food, served fresh and hot with generous portions, friendly staff and tables cleaned down as soon as customers were out the door.

Food was actually Piping hot and just as good as in the restaurant. portions if fries where a bit short but they done a swap for me which I was so greatfull for. defo order again

The server I had at the strat was lively , she seemed cheerful , but after I was given my dessert she disappeared ( possibly for a break ) and passed me onto a gentleman who couldn't have been any worse . He completely ignored me , only taking away my plate after a good 10 minute wait . And expecting my bill afterwards I waited patiently . Only to have to wait an hour until I actually motioned to the manager . Whilst this gentleman was on his phone . He really needs to start doing his job it wad one of the worst times I've ever had at that F&B I usually love the service there . I entered for the lunch 2 course at 1pm , did not leave until 3:30pm

Server couldn’t have been nicer but it didn’t compensate for the fact the food was disgusting. “Arrabiata” is basically just tomato pasta with a few leaves and onions slapped on it and the chips tasted as though they had been reheated in butter. Lovely server but we won’t be back

Got a 2 course meal for £13 which was good, Drinks are more expensive than other places though. Almost £6 for a pint of corona and the last 2 times the peroni on tap was not working. They brought our mains out while we were still eating our starter. My friend hadn't started her starter yet as she was feeding her baby so clearly the staff weren't paying much attention, so by the time we got to our mains they were cold

Having been to different Frankie & Bennies in the past and not really loving the food, I was apprehensive to try this but my was I mistaken! We have pizza & pasta to share, it was delicious, even the chips were lovely. So reasonably priced for 3 meals and drinks too.

fist time ordering, the gralic bread with mozzarella was good! i would miss the "spicy meat feast" it was just pepperoni and nduja not even half a meat ball. it was packed well just disappointed with the pastas

Food was a joke, the portions were absolutely tiny especially for the price. Would not recommend at all. Our server was lovely but that’s about all I can say.

I went here for valentines and we had spicy meat feast, I'm sorry to say it was the worst meal we've had for long time. The meal says meatballs and what you get is mushed up meatballs about enough meat from maybe 1 meatball then they asked if we wanted a pudding and all food is vegan friendly which means all the cream and ice-cream is not fresh cream it scushy cream and icecream can't be ice-cream as it is made with cream milk so I wouldstay right away from here go elsewhere.

Think this is my second visit since it the menu and staff have changed over. The menu is a bit simple, OK variety. The server was really nice and his service was perfect! The food was OK, and it came to our table pretty quick and ordering. It's alright for like a catch up with some friends type of meal and drinks.

Outstanding food quality and service was fantastic one of my favourite places to get tasty food and a great experience 10/10 perfect if you have a little one aswell aswell they bring the food out for them in and matter of minutes so you can enjoy your food a bit more.

I ordered a full breakfast but asked for the eggs to not have any soft yoke. The young server arrived and the eggs had a slightly soft yolk. I spoke with the server and she took them away and replaced them with two eggs with hard yokes. Great and friendly staff. After medical treatment l am no longer, able to take any raw egg or raw egg foodstuff as it runs straight through my body. I do miss eating soft fried eggs and coleslaw. But l know l cannot eat, them now and its not worth the pain and discomfort that follows. The medical procedure keeps me alive so l am not complaining, l am grateful to the NHSGGC.

No breakfasts . No heating .. but I did get a hair in my carbonara

worst burgers ever! Barely toasted buns, tiny bit of chicken and two strands of lettuce and a few bits of onion on bbq burger and uncooked bacon, tiny piece of chicken and hardly any salad again on the buttermilk one. Didn’t even taste good and at £15+ per burger really poorly prepared and lacking in quality. Don’t waste your money!

Fantastic service tonight , the servers were so attentive and helpful Atmosphere was electric as it was the fireworks display so everyone on a high 💥 The food was to die for . We had the rack of ribs and it’s honestly the best place for ribs , full of meat . We will most definitely be back again 🩷💥

1st visit today Saturday October 28th 2023. Restaurant was busy but we were attended to immediately and seated. Table was spotless and were ordered food and within minutes it had arrived at the table. Couldn't fault it. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was really good. Staff very friendly. Would recommend 👌

I am Celiac. The gluten free pizza and brownie were lovely, no issues with it. My friend accidentally ordered the wrong thing and the staff were lovely and immediately sent him out a replacement free of charge. Would highly recommend the staff were lovely

Very expensive for food and drinks

Fantastic service, hot food, fresh & fast. This is the second time we have been here and both times been amazing and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

Food was warm and we didn't have to wait long between courses. Atmosphere was nice but Service was the best thing for me. Waiter was funny, charming and made us feel welcome.

Food was great (a little on the pricey side, but tasty nonetheless!) and service was superb (very attentive and knowledgeable! Manjit is a credit to this place! ).
