i ordered 5 chicken wings with a corn on the cob and peri salted chips , the corn and chips where nice but the chicken was not cooked properly and it was pink. I have woken up this morning with food poisoning i am absolutely shocked with the food !!!!!!

Ordered take away from the website, they asked me to sit down and wait for 10 min when I arrived meaning that I got the food 10 min later than the time I had selected as the pick up time. They were also out of take away sauces so I had to go and pour them on my own into small containers. I asked them TWICE to give me butter for the corn. Once when I arrived and 2nd time when they packed it, and, of course, they never provided me the butter which I realised when I came back to the hotel. Never trust the order, always double check yourself before leaving the restaurant as this resulted in a huge disappointment for me.

Service was spot on food was lovely but for price a felt little more poaching size chips or even wee side salad helped with pricing and size poaching let down for me but the setting was nice lovely also .

Had a great meal here , we sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine.

place has went right down hill. no coke, no peas no rice. wings were cold? n salad we ordered said it had cucumbers but was literally none.. not satisfying at all.

Food was the usual Nandos experience - served cold chips, complained and they were immediately replaced. Not much atmosphere, but it was a weekday night.

I am from South Africa so it was a pleasure to visit a Nando’s restaurant elsewhere . I loved how the chicken was prepared . It was grilled without the sauce dripping from it .tge chips was not all that great , but service was . I was impressed to see how good the staff was in cleaning up tables and serving customers so quickly ., It was a quick meal . Even tho I didn’t use it , loved the refill for soda , - we don’t have that in my country unfortunately . Well done to stand. There .

Good service, and delicious food. It is one of the chains that I like the most in the United Kingdom, and this place serves it well.

Food was very tasty. I liked the free refills of my drink. The frozen yogurt I had for dessert was delicious and cool. I wish there were more frozen yogurt stores in Glasgow.

Was scared to go here after reading reviews but it was actually one of the best buffets I’ve been to, staff were welcoming and friendly and I found the food to be lovely - loads of variety and always kept filled. I ate my body weight in sushi it was so good! My kids loved it too as there was so much variety - I would definitely be back and I’m glad I didn’t let previous reviews put me off!

Staff were very friendly and the food was standard Nandos. Great location in the city centre next to St Enoch subway. Popped in prior to going to a match at Ibrox.

Came to nandos twice as staying nearby for the athletics. Very friendly staff especially the lad with long hair (didn't catch his name) as my mum is in wheelchair and couldn't do enough for us making sure visit was enjoyable. Knowledgeable and friendly, asset to nandos :)

I’ve been three times and I’ve always found the staff exceptional, they are very kind and welcoming, hard working and very polite. Only once did I have an issue with something and it was fixed immediately. The food is gorgeous, I’m not a big eater but the aubergine in the sauce and the salad and potatoes in cream are lovely. I just have two suggestions- please bring some cold pasta options like tuna salad and a bit more variety at the salad section. I’d also like to see some more fruit at the dessert section. Overall though well done, it’s great value, perfect staff and amazing food. Thank you :)

Very disappointed. Wednesday for lunch,food was absolutely cold,tasteless,and everything seemed to be chicken if you could call it that,except the shredded duck which was like someones wig. Sauces where watery. Defo won’t be back.

First visit yesterday will be my last . Very little starters all main choices of food was chicken. one pork one duck more like a starter . Food was cold to be expected at lids opened because of the tongs. Myself and partner ate a very little portion of food which was rubbish but as it was our only option we had to eat something

I was so disappointed with this place, I go to buffet’s often and the quality of the food in this one was very poor, normally I don’t know what to pick as the choice is too good but I found myself looking at everything thinking it looked disgusting and I’m not a fussy person, avoid this place. There was 9 of us and not one single person liked their food

Food was cold and not a lot of choice imo. I had a plate of mixed food. The sign said egg fried rice it was actually boiled rice with egg through it. Not impressed at all

We really were not impressed with the food on offer. Poor quality and lukewarm. Pizza was awful, salad bar was just as bad. We paid £21.95 each, you can do a lot better than coming here. 2/10. The only pass mark was you get cheap parking if you dine here.

I never know what to expect with a buffet, but I was more than happy with my visit. The food was tasty, plentiful and the usual bug-bear, how hot the food is, was fine. It is a bit of a scrum with people dashing in all directions but that's what happens in buffets. I would definitely go again and also try one closer to home.

Visited tonight after our favourite buffet in Glasgow was closed for an hour and my son was too hungry to wait. Queued up at cosmos and was advised 10 min wait.. we waited 45 minutes. I was ready to leave the queue when we were shown to a table. Meanwhile the managers friends walked in and were seated within seconds. Watched this happen twice. Had to wait 15 minutes on glasses being brought to our table. Food selection is poor and every lid is open making the food barely warm and dry. Naan is brick hard, as is the pakora. Frozen cubed chicken is used in all the chicken dishes. Onion rings were just batter, no onions inside. My son said the pizza was like rubber. I never review places but felt I had to today after such a disappointing meal. Also charged £45 for our visit, an adult and a child? Definitley won’t be back and will time it right for a nearby buffet that is 10x better.

Absolutely disgusting every dish we had was cold and it all frozen chicken they are using £16 each the food is disgusting would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Came in on a Friday night around 5.30, atmosphere was dead, kitchen seemed very rushed although there was hardly anybody in. The drinks we orders, one was out of date by 5 months, it was refunded and replaced quickly. All the food was cold and the wings were pink. One female staff member asked how our food was and when we went to complain she walked away. Very disappointed in her service. I understand they were short staffed but still not good enough. We ended up walking out.

Overall our experience was good the food was grate lots of choice and good value. However a couple of things that I need to bring up. On arriving the young gentleman took our booking was polite and pleasant. Then a young female “supervisor” came storming in in an bad mood interrupted him to ask “ whats this you need to tell me what’s happening cause I don’t know” she then took us and another party to our seat cue confusion. And when she yesterday ( did not speak) to both party’s to take the booths when we had to ask if that was our seat she huffed and said “ well just take that one then”. And left us the other party and the other staff member . Again another present young woman with glasses in shock at her attitude the young woman with glasses then apologised to us for the mix up to witch we said was not for her to apologise as she did nothing wrong and that it’s her “ supervisor who should be apologising. Thank goodness it was the young girl with glasses who took our drinks order as I would have had to say something to the supervisor about her attitude and behaviour if we were lumped withe her. Her attitude the entire night stank how she spoke to other members of staff. Also the manager and chef was having a heated conversation withe a costumer who was taking the p*** out of the grill station. I am withe the chef in his issues about the costumer but perhaps not the time or place to bring it up in front of young kids in a moved restaurant. No issue withe food but the staff attitude from some needs a bit of work and put a bit of a damper on an enjoyable night.

Visited last night, our son's choice after being at the panto and a wander round the shops. Wishing we hadn't bothered. Staff out the front (4 at one point) looked stressed and unsure of what they were doing. Two queues for bookings and walk ins. We were told we would wait 10-15 mins, but waited over half an hour. Once the booked queue cleared. More people arrived and we watched them booking on their phones and they were taken in straight away. We were about to leave and then they came and said there was a table for us. Lots of empty trays, food wasn't very hot at all and the chocolate fountain wasn't working, chocolate was congealed. The lids on all the hot plates were up so not surprised the food was only warm. Food spillages all over the tops. Empty trays never got filled in the hour we were there! The macaroni was disgusting. Won't be back!

The worst food imaginable. Most of the dishes were non existent, chocolate fountain has stopped. No vegetarian menu in the mains at the Indian counter and everything else was crap.

Great experience. The waiter with the manbun and tattoo on his left arm was very helpful, never caught his name.

Good food, nice server, you order your food on your phone. It was quite loud inside, but mainly because of one group.

The place was freezing; most diners had their coats on, and some were wearing hats. The food was mediocre. The service was also mediocre. They seated you but didn't take your order at the table or bring the bill to you. I'm surprised they didn't ask us to collect the food ourselves.

Have been here a few times and have had wonderful experiences from Mia, really pleasant and always has a great smile on her face. Keep up the great work Mia! Thanks, Jimmy

Before i begin my usual critical assessment, i must say for a good proportion of the time i was too busy enjoying my food and the pleasant atmosphere rather than concentrating on what i could put down for the average users of trip advisor to read. This i must say, is definitely on the pricier end of buffets. However i want this not to deter you as the price 100% matches the food quality, I’ll of course, let my review begin with the general appearance of the restaurant - which is great. The decor is pleasant with an adjusted modern interior spin with hints of oriental style here and there. The tables rather small (we were just a couple so i didn’t imagine we’d be seated at one of their gigantic booths) clean and not sticky. Service - fast and efficient. Left me truly with no room to complain and whether you chose to believe this or not i’m not here to not pick faults. Now of course, onto the star of this review, the food. I am pleased to say i took my fair share of plates, making sure to at least taste a smidge of every dish provided. Even venturing outside my usual comfort zone and food preferences. The food choice ranged from usual British carvery to Japanese fusions to westernised oriental cuisines to more south asian delights and of course a delicious range of desserts. The menu selection consisted of various meats, fish, veg and even vegan options - which if i can be honest with you did impress me. Will be staying for dessert.

There was a very disruptive, violent and intimidating argument among two parties during our meal. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe due to this as there was racial slurs and swearing being screamed across the small floor of the restaurant as well as chairs being thrown and glasses being smashed. The staff tried to contain the explosive situation while police entered and exited the building. We thought we’d of been offered some form of compensation for this terrifying experience. We were sat very near to the whole ordeal and it wasn’t until I got back home, reflecting back that I realised how frightening and wrong this was. I would like someone from the Nandos team to get in touch with me as it is completely unfair for us to PAY (bearing in mind we spent upwards of £50) for an experience like this. I was in fact put off my food after the whole uncomforted feeling we felt in the restaurant.

The location IS idéal and the service was excellent. Thé staff are very helpful and well organised and very nice and polite. Thé food was delicious but rather expensive. Imo thé value just wasnt there.

Worst, dehydrated food to date. Absolutely would not recommend. It's a shame as we've been to a different Cosmo and it was incredible

I have been in this buffet restaurant a few time before; the quality and the variety of the food is really great and was the reason I came back each time but the last time we were there was in September 23 and the helpful waitress made me thinking I should write a review for this restaurant for sure… Definitely recommend it..

As expected like other branches it serves the food with the same quality, quantity and with their traditional taste... If you are going with a bunch of friends the centre table is a great pick while I went with 2 and we had an eye for that table😉 Try using their app for more offers and grab the card

Been to a few Nandos over the years and this one is probably one of the top of my list. Food is always spot on. Definitely worth a visit if you fancy some tasty food. The loaded fries are perfect for sharing or as a stand alone munch.

Highly recommended buffet. Foods were very tasty. Staff are very hardworking, friendly and accomodating. Matty gave excellent service. He deserves to be recognise.

We’ve been to Cosmo Silverburn a couple times before, but never the St Enoch one, so when my kids chose to go for my birthday dinner we thought we’d try it out. I prefer Silverburn’s layout, to be honest, but that’s not really a complaint...

Can't believe we stood in a queue to get in here. Food was not fresh or tasty and certainly not palatable. Indian section just tasted the same, and overly salty. Desserts were warm. Trifle wasn't it was just jelly and warm false cream. Cheese cake...

I really liked this Nando’s outlet in St Enoch. Good vibes and good food ( P.S I have always been a Nando’s fan😉) We ordered 5 Chicken wings in Lemon and herb sauce along with Garlic bread & corn in sides. Also, a kid meal - in mains Chicken burger and lots of chips as sides. I have no complaints in food and service as it was similar to other Nando’s outlet I have visited in past. But I would give 5 star to the open and fresh atmosphere here. Would surely visit again 👋

All you can eat buffet , desert . Really nice food lots of choices for 20 pounds per person. All sort of goodies and popcorn and ice cream machine not to forget chocolate fountain 🤗

Food is no different to any other Nandos as expected but the place is in desperate need of a deep clean it smells awful. Staff seemed friendly enough but when standing at the till to order there was an awful odor. It also smelt pretty bad at the table, assume this will be covered up once it gets busier as the grilling of the chicken will cover it up. I did notice a waitress serving a table balancing a bowl against her t-shirt and yep, the food was touching her t-shirt. 12:10 on a Wednesday afternoon and it is dead.

I received treatment that seemed racially based and it came to me as a shock, having lived in London for over a year, I’ve never received treatment that left me wondering if everything was fine.

Particularly tasty Nandos and staff were great with our three year old.

I love nandos sauces.. great fun ok price and ok food
