The best restaurants in Glasgow City Glasgow and Surrounding

I visit there quite often and tried almost all of the vegan options. It's excellent.

We were looking for some "original Pakistani breakfast" after a long voyage from Ireland and we couldn't have gotten anything better. If you want a homemade experience of authentic Pakistani food, then this is the place to be. Everything from food flavours and the atmosphere made me miss home and at the same time feel very much at home. The staff are very friendly and professional with a very "apna" vibe- 2 chais (again amazing!) on the house saying "app mehman hain" (you're our guests) We may plan our next trip to Ireland via Glasgow just to come back here! I am disabled which means I am almost completely blind and I also have some walking issues. However I am very independent and like to do things for myself. On the evening my husband and I visited the restaurant I went to the toilet by myself without any problem when I returned to the table one of the waiters came to our table and whispered in my ear as my husband was ordering some drinks “you madam may have one glass of wine with your dinner and no more, I’ve been watching you” we left straight away and I’m outraged and disgusted by this behaviour. Won’t ever return to this place. Very rud3 and ignorant

Came across this place for the first time today. My friend and I had soup and main courses, everything we chose was vegan and delicious. The coffee with oat milk was one of the best I've had. Portion sizes were very generous and prices fair. Service was excellent, we had a great visit all round, highly recommend.

My fave dessert place! Would definitely recommend trying, the bingsu are surprisingly light and not too sweet :)

Recommended by our taxi driver we found this by chance and what a find - the food is very fresh, authentic indian with no colourings - absolutely mouth watering delicious and can't wait to go back/ order our next carry out from there. Reasonably priced and friendly , welcoming service. Our new favourite local. Restaurant is quiet ( so feel this is as yet undiscovered!

Really enjoyed this spot. Lovely hosts, atmosphere (we sat near the kitchen), and delicious food. Highly recommend giving it a go, and sharing some plates

Top notch lunch spot ! Fantastic; soup, sandwiches and coffee

Beautiful food, portion sizes were definitely only for one person most will.need 2/3 dishes. Quite pricey when you do this. Cocktails, drink and food service was good although there were only 1/2 other tables dining. Lights out in most of the gents toilets ....other than that Beautiful.surroundings and we will visit again.
