Fantastic food, every item we had!

Food arrived ice cold after taking an extra hour than it said it would. It’s usually late from here but not usually cold on arrival.

By the time we got the food it was cold, chips were soggy and uncooked. Very expensive for poor quality. In house it’s good, as a delivery - very poor.

First visit and it will not be my last. I had the Wolf Burger and buffalo fries. Absolutely delicious.

Really nice sandwich’s but were barely luke warm. For the price I would have expected them to arrive warmer!

Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Arrived on time

My delivery driver stated he left the bag of food at the restaurant so I never received my food. My milkshake (which was the only item delivered out of a £55 order) had spilled all over the bag so had to be binned immediately. I get human error occurs, but I submitted a report about the milkshake, then when I attempted to report the missing food, it stated someone was already on my case and I couldnt submit any more info.

Order was cold on arrival, wrong poutine sent and burgers none of the instructions were even read - literally asked for no mayo hardly difficult

It said delivery time would be 30 minutes. It took 2 hours all in for delivery and the food arrived cold. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Loads of choice of burners, and the one I had was excellent. Good choice of beers too.

Food is good, but SO overpriced. The Oreo milkshake was a lot more milk, a lot less oreo than competitors, and the burger, while good, had a misleading image of a burger with two patties being sold as their "bacon cheeseburger" - but came with 1.

I've been to other BMB restaurants before and thought we'd give the Great Western road one a try. Service was awkward, The burgers were very bland and unseasoned, the burger was all toppings and bread and not very much meat and not what I've had from other branches for the same burger before. When you paying premium price for a burger without fries you expect more. The large fries were mediocre too. The Three stars come are given for the drinks because they were nicely presented and ice cold.

If you like your burgers then you will not be disappointed, albeit the extensive range of burgers and fries will bend your mind a little.

A large selection of burgers! I opted for the Wolf burger, and the combination of tuna and bacon pleasantly surprised me, with a spicy side that added flavor. The raspberry milkshake was delicious. The service was quick and pleasant. An excellent experience, recommended for lovers of original burgers!

Excellent place for a burger. Staff were very efficient and friendly and the spicy chicken burger was excellent. The chips were freshly made and piping hot as well. Half price for students on Mondays as well.

Brilliant food and service. Our party of 6 was really well looked after by the staff and the burgers and poutine were excellent all around.

The quality of the food did not match the high prices. Charging £6 for a 12oz milkshake would be fine if it was thicker, more flavourful. Our chicken burgers were on the dry side too.

Marky mark burger is absolutely amazing

Tried a chicken fajita sub and it was lovely! I’d previously visited the Edinburgh branch and wasn’t a huge fan of the katsu poutine but I really enjoyed this meal. The staff were really friendly too and we got seated really quickly on a Saturday evening😊👏🏻

Ordered through Uber Eats 9 burgers, some sides and salads. Food was great, no complain here. None of the packaging was marked, though. We had some folks in the group with allergies. Very unconsiderate.

First time ordering from here we got two tiny boxes of chicken that were very over cooked it was really chewy and hard to cut and very dry. After delivery i payed nearly £20 for this and ended up binning it i would definitely not recommend 👎

Alright I got to say I've hated tater tots all my life until I went here. They were so crispy and fluffy on the inside that now tater tots are now off my naughty list. Service was impeccable! He was so kind and his smile was genuine the entire service. Amazing milkshake (even has vegan options) and my pulled pork sandwich was fresh and flavorful. Didn't even have to wait long for the food and drinks either. Overall great location and would definitely stop by again.

We fancied a great burger but our usual haunt didn't open until later. After a search online, we found Bread Meats Bread's menu and it looked promising. Great welcome from friendly staff, quick service and really delicious food. Decor was interesting and well thought out and our booth was comfy with a bit of privacy. We'll be back to try more of the menu! Well done!

Unfortunately the burger meat was seriously dry and overcooked so I couldn’t eat it. Buffalo fries were fine though. But overall disappointing.

Best gluten free burger I’ve had in the UK! Soft bun, delicious sauce and patty. Great fast service. Highly recommend.

Always a pleasure to indulge at BMB. Staff are always exceptionally nice. Best poutine in Scotland. Update 2024: we went back to BMB, where we used to frequent, while living in Hillhead 2018-2022. We were surprised at first, as it used to always be fully booked, but on Friday night it was at less than half capacity. Sadly we came to realise why - BMB seems to have lost a bit of its former glory. Portions have shrunk, service was not as outstanding as I remember (wasn't bad, just I remember them being extra nice). It was actually quite cold in the venue. Full points for the halloween decor though!

First time visiting and it was fabulous

Food is good, but the prices don’t justify the portion sizes. Previously one portion is chips would’ve done 2 people, now price is up and portion is half the size.

The classic burger is amazing, be careful though as the 2-1 deal apparently isn't on when it is a Tuesday. the loaded fries are really tasty, the small portion is more than enough.

Had a fab meal, was served by Dermot and Cerys. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure our party had a fab time. They helped make our friend’s birthday special!

Very over priced. 14.50 for a toastie and it comes with a serving of regret. Everything is extra, even the dipping sauce for the chips was billed at 1 quid. The food was great but just not worth the money. Shame really.

really poor quality, the chips with gravy and poutine was bistro gravy and for a very highly recommend restaurant was extremely disappointing as for the burgers beef and chicken can get better form MacDonalds and the price £49 won't be back

When BMB first opened in the West End, it was a banger. I remember not being able to finish a burger with chips that were almost a meal in themselves. Today the burgers were different, and pretty disappointing. For £11.40 you get a smallish cold bun (luckily still toasted), actually alright pickles and mayo, and a small single bone-dry and actually smash-burgery crispy well-done "hand-shaped dry-aged beef burger". The £5.5 "Big Chips" were made from perhaps a single potato. Taste-wise, it was alright, but nothing to write home about - it rather reminded me of a chain. The size is something I'd associate with a stand at a rowdy festival rather than an actual restaurant. The chip portion was just pure disappointing for that price. The service and the beer are the only two things that have remained good and unchanged, for the large part.

Lovely place, great service and delicious food. Kids friendly restaurant , the kids loved the hot dog and the chicken burger from the kids menu 👌

We went for a late lunch to BMB only because I had seen a recommendation at some hostel or hotel earlier that week and in another place. However, for some reason it caught my attention and there we were. To make it short: It was worth it! I had a burger with pulled pork (don't remember the name) and was very pleased - and still am. The only really downside, if one could say so, was the table we were assigned. We would have liked another more quieter spot but since we were two we had to use a smaller table. Yet, the next customers were allowed the spot we wanted (didn't seem to have a reservation either) despite other two-seat tables still unoccupied. But really, go there if you fancy a good burger!!

First time at this one (been to Edinburgh and Fort K) and didn't disappoint. We were on a time crunch and the server understood and accommodated us brilliantly. The food was awesome as ever.

Had the most amazing burgers and poutine. Luther burger with two dougnuts instead of baps is incredible. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Loved it.

The staff are lovely, attentive and know what they are doing. I ordered a Reuben and small Poutine. Way overpriced for a sandwich consisting of two bits of bread and a few slices of pastrami. Taking the mick tbh. Staff were so.nice but avoid.

Not a big fan of the meat flavour in the burgers. All very well presented and the bacon tots were delicious.

Used to be a favorite spot few years ago. Today we visited it after long long time and we were really disappointed. Same burgers changed a lot over the time. Beef patties are smaller then ever,thin and overcooked. Pastrami the same and portion got smaller. Used to be really WOW moment when waiter brought it to a table,nowadays that's not a case. For price of almost 16£ for burger without any side is just too much. Bacon fries are 7.5£ and barely enough for two people. There are much better burger spots in town now.... Hopefully will be better next time.

Great burgers - lots of unusual combinations as well as the classics. Chips and sides were generous and good quality - delicious coleslaw for example. Food and drinks seemed fairly priced for a premium burger. The service was excellent - friendly, accurate and they fixed a couple of small issues without making a fuss about it. Overall a great place to hang out and enjoy the street scene though the big windows. Nice easy atmosphere where you feel very welcome.

It was the one place in Glasgow that we made a repeat visit to. Comfortable surroundings with great food and friendly service. Mocktails to were delicious!

If you're in the mood for a burger, this is the place to go! Highly recommend getting the tater tots alongside your burger, these are delicious. My favourite burger from here is the "Cali Burger". Simple, delicious and always hits the spot.

The chips were cold, but tasted okay despite that. The burger was lovely! A bit salty, and I couldn't eat it everyday, but definitely a delightful treat. :)

My favourite burgers in Glasgow, despite being quite expensive. Worth it!

Everything parents and their toddler could ask for: quick, friendly and fast service (a high chair was offered immediately and the host brought some crayons for our son to draw with). Our burgers, halloumi fries and beer really hit the spot too.

WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF POSSIBLE!! WAS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT SO TOTALLY WORTH IT. THEIR HOUSE COLESLAW IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, THEIR HOMEMADE BEEF GRAVY IS EVEN BETTER THAN MY GRAN USED TO MAKE!! BBQ BACON LOADED FRIES ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD THE FLAVORS ARE AN AMAZING COMBINATION AND THE PORTION WAS VERY GENEROUS TOOK 2 OF US TO FINISH THEM. STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKES ARE THE BEST OUT THERE, MADE THE PROPER WAY WANTED ANOTHER AS SOON AS IT WAS DONE!! STAR OF THE SHOW WAS THE BLACK AND BLUE BURGER. WOW WHAT AN EXPLOSION OF FLAVOURS, BEST SUCCULENT BURGER I'VE EVER HAD, PERFECTLY COOKED MUSHROOMS AND THE MELTED CHEESE BROUGHT IT ALTOGETHER IN A SOFT BRIOCHE BUN. THIS WAS BEYOND A TREAT!! Dry meat in my burger. Taste was decent and fries were good. Bit disappointing to be honest.

Very poor indeed. Service was very lacking in alot of what you would expect. Place was given hype and it's truly disappointed massively. Food was shocking and tasteless and so expensive. £11.50 for a hotdog with just a little bit of bacon and some sauce. No sides as they are extra???? So just the hot dog and roll. They tried to charge over £16 for a orero milkshake 😒 what on earth. Kids hot dod was exactly the same as the normal hotdog but they got chips. So apologies but stay away its expensive and very poor at the quality of food and the service sorry very bad

Really disappointing again so I won’t be back. The lunch meal deal seems like a good deal, however the angry bird burgers were all over cooked and chewy with hardly any fries which were all over cooked and tasted like they were reheated. That’s the last 2 visits that we have had the same poor quality. Not sure why both the quality of food and the service have gone downhill. I was asked if I wanted my change the last time which I think is really cheeky when the server didn’t bother to ask about the quality of the meal. 2 stars for the service because the guy with the clear frame glasses at least managed a smile.

The customer service was okay, we both had the Bbq pulled pork, which was too sweet for us. The bun was nice though. Then we had a side of kimchi fries, we were really looking forward to this as lovers of korean food. The kimchi has to be the worst we've ever had. The flavours were off and it was not fermented long enough. We decided we'd go back to try other things on the menu because the ambience and mocktails were really good.

I ordered the: HONEY ROAST HAM CHEESE TOASTIE. Described as: Grilled artisan brioche bread cheese toastie stuffed with layers of sliced honey roast ham. It was greasy, and their definition of "stuffed with layers" and mine are greatly different. It was, in my opinion, a slice of packet ham folded in two. I was expecting something a little more substantial for what I paid. Our party of four had to wait a good while for the food to come out, whilst we watched order after order go out the door via various delivery drivers. Will not be returning.

This is our favourite burger joint. Been going since they opened in the city centre years ago! Every burger, poutine, wrap and sandwich is sublime. We ordered the hotdog and katsu poutine and they arrived piping hot. The flavours were off the chart and well packaged. BMB are simply the best. Would recommend 100%. Not just for ordering but for the restaurants and for special occasions too. The knock it out of the park every time.

Food was lukewarm when it arrived. fries were skimpy on the serving size. 100% not worth the money anymore.

Quick delivery. Food looked lovely but it was far far too salty! Almost inedible! Disappointing especially as it’s not the cheapest.

My first time there. Lovely ambience and staff. Got the privilege of enjoying the Monday students discount, 😌 lucky me. I had the Luther Burger, its a "must try". Says so on the menu, and I wasn't disappointed. I enjoyed every bit of it with my strawberry no-hito and a side of chips

Went for lunch at the BMB near the Botanical Gardens. Price was very reasonable (£11.95 PP) for a quality lunch - burger, chips and a soft drink included in the price. Smashed patties were spot on, good toppings and a great bun. We both had the bacon and blue cheese burger.

Burgers are now fine when they used to be amazing. Portion size of fries is almost half what it used to be. Shame cause I used to be a regular.

Milkshake missing. Tiny portion of BIG poutine and the chicken bites were so dry and overcooked couldn't eat them. Very poor experience compared to the city centre venue

Well the chips with cheese and bacon seriously over salted the bacon was like solid salt had to remove them the burger could barely taste anything other than salt removed the bacon as well as solid salt the patties greasy couldn’t taste anything past the salt the onion couldn’t tell. The only good thing the can of iron bru I had high expectations given some reviews but was let down completely with a sold block of salt: avoid if you have high blood pressure or any respect for your taste buds obe
