Booked Silk Road deli for this eve for 4 people. 2 could not manage due to illness. Manager advised by email that there would be a £10 charge per person who had cancelled as I had not given 48hours notice. She said this was clearly stated on their website and Instagram page. This was not the case. When I related this to her I said that I wasn’t happy as this was not made clear. We turned up at the correct time only to find the restaurant had its shutters down. When I called from outside I was told that my booking had been cancelled as they could not absorb the loss of the £20. I was barred in other words. We passed about an two hours later and our table was vacant. Two tables were occupied with customers. I’m sure the food is excellent. I’ll leave the reader to judge the attitude of the manager.

I was over the moon with our birthday trip to Bananamoon. The lady serving us was incredibly friendly, chatty and made our group have the best time. She was able to memorize 7 different drinks each time without evening having to write anything down, She was also very good at helping the fussier side of the group decide on cocktails that they’d enjoy due to their preferences. Will definitely be back for some more vanilla panther milkshakes!!!

This Costa is housed in Auldhouse Retail Park and not surprisingly looks like a converted warehouse. The inside is a bright coffee shop with lots of lighting. The staff are nice, the coffee and food is to the usual Costa standard. The same can't be said for the furnishing though. There's more cheap wooden chairs than is usual for Costa, so the place feels a lot less "upmarket" compared to the average Costa Coffee.

First time in for a quick bite. The food was okay, I got a pie that I though would be hot but it was barely warm. I had to eat it with a spoon, there were no knives or forks. It tasted fine. The seating are was not clean. Most of the tables had evidence of the previous customer and the floor badly needed swept.

Decided to take a very late lunch and went over to the local subway, a street away from the office. There was a particularly rude woman who was just tapping on her phone as i walked in. She had mentioned to the colleague serving that i was not allowed to eat in the store and should take my order to go - i wasn't going to eat in the dingy store anyway. Her attitude was awful and if she doesn’t want to work there, she should quit. Terrible customer service and Subway should do something about her - it is driving customers away

Unfortunately, I didn't find the usual service here, as is usual at McDonald's. Ordering via the terminal worked very well. When I wanted to pick her up because it was shown on the screen, she said she was turned away and pushed away. Then the shift leader flirted with an employee, it was cute to watch but inappropriate. About my order: Rosti burger with raclette (got a normal one) Unfortunately the chicken burger was way too old. The meat was so hard and I've never experienced it before Unfortunately, the cheeseburger wasn't good either and tasted old. It was a shame to have visited the rest stop. You have to make sure that the standards are adhered to in the store. The meat should also have some salt and pepper, unfortunately I didn't have that, which was unfortunately negative overall. I won't visit McDonald's for now, but I'll definitely visit again in 2-3 months. But you have to take a closer look at the store, especially the shift manager, everything is so relaxed and then flirting but doesn't give out the products properly. Too bad

I have given this kfc the benefit of the doubt too many times now. Order 12 piece bucket, 4 piece meal, coleslaw, tomato sauce through drive through. Charged twice for 4 piece meal twice (got a refund), got home with our food to find we hadn’t even received this meal, therefore had to split the food we did get between 5 people, no tomato sauce. I don’t understand why they can’t get a straight forward order correct they have never been busy anytime I have tried but 1 time out of 10 being correct is not acceptable. Total refurb and retrain is required there is no excuse for bad customer service and wrong orders!!

The pizza is good once you've reheated it, always arrives cold, not matter where you love (I've had two flats within the vicinity of this shop). The biggest issue is the staff. Apparently it's under new management, and you can tell. Amazingly rude, literally couldn't give a care in the world for any issues, they literally ask you to complain to Papa John's when they you call to query something. Truly amazing if whoever owns this franchise keeps it going, astonishingly bad customer service.
