The best restaurants in Glasgow City Glasgow and Surrounding

After almost an hour of waiting for delivery, I called up to ask for an explanation as to why my pizza was late, and cold. I was asked what my job was/whether I was a lawyer (clearly irrelevant to the situation), whether I was on drugs/had been drinking, and then hung up on, simply for asking for an explanation as to why my pizza was cold/late. I proceeded to ask the name of the man I was speaking to, so that I might report this despicable line of questioning, and was spoken over and hung up on. After ALL that, the pizza was not even good quality. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

5 star as always. Little on the pricey side but food is great so worth it.

ZERO, POOR customer service. Today afternoon I came to Tesco cafe in springburn with my two toddlers and my autistic son to have some food. Because of the challenges of my autistic son, i asked the one of the waitress to help me to order food, but she refused, telling me i had to get it myself. So I left the toddlers at the table and took my autistic son with me to order food. At the till the other waiter was giving me cold service when I was trying to order food while trying to soothing my autistic son. Then when I asked her for 3 drinks, the waitress told me to go and get myself even though she saw me struggling soothing my autistic son while my other toddlers are alone at the table. At the end the two waiters were giving us straight looks. TERRIBLE customer service.

Personal encantador, pero la comida era deficiente. Tomó un croissant tostado con huevo revuelto, tocino, queso y cebollas primaverales. ¡Insípido! No se veía tocino. Mi esposa tenía un bagel integral con queso crema y salmón ahumado. El bagel era duro y como comer cartón. Tomamos el té para 2. Pagamos 26 libras por el privilegio de este almuerzo inaceptable. Huelga decir que no volveremos!

Los porteros son las personas más conflictivas que he conocido. No dejé entrar a mi amiga, ya que tuvo un ataque de pánico menor y sufre de diabetes y tenía azúcar en la sangre baja. Ambos salimos a tomar el aire y sólo yo habría podido volver. Estaba muy decepcionada y ella estaba visitando mi escuela universitaria y tuvimos que ir a casa con poca antelación.

spring rolls were freezing and food Luke warm and got fried rice I don't like I ordered Steamed. I shouldn't have to microwave food I've had delivered. roll went in bin. not happy. however when food is reasonably hot I do like it. Also I expect at least a smile I did tip before on line next time no tip till I know it's correct order and on time. I should have just cooked this isn't a treat

Not been in the takeaway for months, don't know if it's been taken over but I won't be back in a hurry. Ordered a crusty spicy pizza and got a half baked (not even half baked) pathetic excuse for a pizza,loads of green and red chillies and about two pieces of chicken on the whole pizza, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

Esto es en el West End de Glasgow justo al lado de Byres Road. Esta es una cafetería que tiene una bonita exhibición de pasteles bajo vidrio. La zona de estar está muy bien equipada con sillas y mesas muy acogedoras. Los pasteles son deliciosos y las bebidas son buenas. El servicio es bastante lento, así que si tiene prisa podría retrasarse. El personal está bien.

Nice little coffee shop with lovely homemade meals, small inside, cosy and nourishing.

At this location staff members are constantly touching their faces, touching money and scratching themselves without sanitizing their hands afterwards. There are also staff cleaning, who seem like they want to be helpful and step in to hand out orders, but they are doing so immediately after touching bins, mops, and brooms. I have even seen a person who handles the fires grab them from the top constantly brushing their hands to the top of the fries. This is very unhygienic. Shockingly, hand sanitisers are not situated throughout the kitchen as a reminder to staff to remain hygienic. Today, my order was given to me on a tray when I ordered it to be taken away. The person working the counter was touching the fries at the front with his bare hands after touching several other things. He was baffled by my request to change the fries, which he didn’t honour. When I insisted again, he put the fries I received immediately back in the display, (THIS is indicative of a lapse in training from management and has many implications that management should explore). Then he got me another fries again touching them face on. I think another employee told him to throw those fries he just put back in the bin. (He should have done this already, in his head it was acceptable to give contaminated fries to another customer). I was frustrated at this point and just left. I threw the fries in the bin immediately upon getting home even though I was looking forward to them. The aloofness of this employee is also indicative of an unsuccessful training program.

Nunca me quejo de la comida, ya que a veces hay un error o lo que sea error humano, pero esta noche entré, no estuve aquí por un tiempo, pedí un entrante para dos, literalmente, frito duro y costillas asquerosas. Pequeños trozos de carne dura cargados de grasa y satay de pollo casi me rompen los dientes. Las alitas de pollo se quemaron en un crujiente y tan diminuto que nunca vi alas así en mi vida. También tengo sal y alitas de chile. Me encanta la onoína, pero había más onoína que cualquier otra cosa. Las alitas de pollo diminutas se quemaron en un crujiente. Tengo fideos de arroz y sal.

TENGA EN CUENTA QUE ESTA NO ES LA COCINA DE KILMARNOCK ROAD CATHAY, Pedí una comida pequeña para uno que mi amigo recogió para mí y le cobraron 60 p adicionales, no es gran cosa, aunque no fue la primera vez que esto sucedió aquí, sin embargo, mi comida no era la habitual. Yo era un leal de la cocina de Cathay, aunque las últimas media docena de veces tuve quejas cada vez, una mordida y en el contenedor pude plantar las cebollas en la parte posterior y crecerían y la salsa de curry es muy caliente.

Terrbile coffee and incredibly underwhelming atmosphere. What a waste for such a great location!

Overpriced, tuna bowl was dry and spinach was definitely not fresh
