my favourite chippy in the whole wide world. I usually get chips and haggis or fish and chips and sometimes roll on chips but they never fail to amaze me. literally so stunning always freshly made always on time i usually order over the phone and pick up but sometimes when i go in just randomly there will always be someone ready to serve you and make you a lovely meal. best chippy ever. i had the bolognese tonight and it was banging. 5/5 ALWAYS
Tried the mixed kebab from this place and it was amazing! The chicken and lamb were both juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The portion was huge — plenty of meat, fresh salad, and warm naan bread. The garlic and chilli sauces were spot on and added loads of flavour. Staff were friendly and gave quick service. Honestly one of the best mixed kebabs I’ve had from a chippy. Definitely coming back!
Found this establishment whilst surfing the internet. Perused a number of good reviews, spoke with my friend and we decided we would go and see for ourselves. I booked us in and before long it was time to go. We arrived just after six pm and the metered parking time was over making it no problem to get a space. We went in to announce our reservation and were shown to a table but as we try several dishes at once we asked for a better table and immediately were taken to one more suitable. Our drinks order was taken right away and we were furnished with menus as well.We had a number of dishes we had to consider off the menu on their website and we confirmed our choices with each other. We have been indulging at Lychee Oriental the best chinese restaurant in Scotland and were not quite sure what to expect. From the top we started off with chicken satay starter and chicken wings honey sauce absolutely delightful and basing our meal on that we were in for a real treat. We followed with 1/4 aromatic crispy duck outstanding, very moist and full of flavour. Then we had fillet of beef in a black pepper sauce along with chicken with spicy honey sauce bursting with flavour. To finish off we both ordered a whole seabass with ginger and spring onion the perfect end to the best ever meal. The lychee oriental had better hope the food critics do not fine the ho wong or they will lose their crown in a jif. We would recommend the ho wong to anyone and we are going back this week.

Both two times i’ve went into this shop i’ve been met by rude employees, first i asked if they had a restroom that they clearly do as i can see it, they said no rudley, they put a hiring sign outside the shop then when i went in the guy proceeded to lie to me and say they weren’t and that there wasn’t a sign, very rude employees the sign was on the window of the shop that says to come inside and apply within the guy lied to my face and told me it didn’t. very rude employees wouldn’t recommend giving money to these people.
I stumbled across this restaurant walking back from Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum and University of Glasgow.
I had the £6.50 lunch special, choosing the Jacques Monsiour (Croque Monsiour).
I was so impressed with the quality of this sandwich. It was delicious, fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed the side salad and coleslaw too!
The service was lovely also and as I attended solo, the guy was lovely enough to seat me in my own area to the side which felt very private and relaxing after a long morning of sight seeing!
Food, value for money and service were all amazing. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate going again!
Nos encantó caminar por esta ciudad, especialmente su centro histórico, pero también nos encantó tomar descansos periódicos con un buen café. Este es uno de los lugares donde lo hicimos y encontramos que era una buena opción, y luego caminamos un poco más.
The ONLY REASON IM GIVING THIS GOOD REVIEW is because this lovely gentleman named PAUL was amazing! My pasta tasted awful but Paul managed to sort it out for me and he was so lovely about it!! Hope he gets the recognition he deserves as he is one of the nicest human / waiters I’ve ever come across. Get this guy a promotion!!

Actually a new and dynamic place on shettleston road, lots to choose from, Proper fish n chips, burgers kebab, specialist curries and open till 11pm - Fantastic for the area!
One of the worst starbucks I have been to. The drinks are not made very well. Take away only, it's a little hut in the station so it doesn't have as big a selection as normal stores.

Ordered Chicken Satay on skewers for some unknown reason in amongst the peppers and onions there was 4 big chunks of pineapple in it
I’ve never had pineapple anywhere else with Satay 🤷🏻♂️. It should never be on a Pizza never mind a Satay dish
The Satay sauce was pretty tasteless not really sure why as it had nuts in it. It also had more of a jelly consistency than a sauce. Was it frozen and defrosted and heated up in Microwave I’m not sure?
