Went here tonight and it’ll be the last. I ordered salt and pepper shredded chicken fried rice curry sauce a bag of chips. Got home to find the shredded chicken in what I can only describe as a horrible sweet and sour sauce: I called the takeaway right away to explain that what I got wasn’t what I asked for and that could I come back round and change it. Only to be told I’d be charged for the replacement. The chips were cold and reheats and the curry sauce was like dish water. Every bit when in the bin. We Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered here before and enjoyed it not sure if it’s been taken over as curry sauce was awful so watery and I found 2 hairs in my veg fried rice def not mine I’m short blonde these where longer dark didn’t even try the spring rolls whole meal went in bin so disappointed won’t order from here again only nice thing is counter staff was lovely.

I've bought food from here before and had no problem. I even left a 4½ star review before(unfortunately i cant edit it or delet dont know wjy), but today I was very disappointed, I bought Singapore chowmeng and shredded beef, I love spicy food and I grew up eating spicy food but I couldn't eat the chilli they added to my chowmeng the spiciness was so overwhelming, inside of my mouth and outer lip and roof of my mouth were sore 🥵 from the heat,this kind of spiciness is not good for anyone's health , I had to literally throw the whole thing away, the shredded beef was fried to hard and I couldn't even tell if it was beef it was crunchy and had no flavour, except from the overwhelming sweetness of the sauce, and I couldn't be bothered eating the sringrolls because I can't trust the taste of today's food

Absolute joke of a take away, 1.5 hours for a delivery for me to call up to ask where my order is for them to tell me it wasn't even cooked, avoid at all costs this is now 2 times this has happened there's plenty more Chinese takeaway restaurants in the area to choose from don't order from here

Ordered a standard sweet and sour chicken balls fried rice and salt and chilli chips and the whole order was awful as if it was reheated the chips where brown and over done plain chips with a cpl chopped jalapeños scattered and the chicken balls where all soggy and the size of a chicken nugget , scraped straight in the bin

Edit: our last meal from here wasn’t amazing; flavours were quite bland, and the beef and chicken meat was pretty spongy and stringy. Wonder if the cost of meat has impacted the quality. Would think twice about rushing back here, which is a shame because I’ve loved it for years. ————————— Great Chinese beside Shettleston station. The shredded crispy beef is excellent, as are the chicken balls and fried rice. We’ve had several meals from here and they’ve been consistently good - and feedback from friends who’ve also tried it has been similar. This would be our first choice if we were looking for a Chinese - everything is made freshly and it’s usually busy, which is always a good sign!

First time trying and food was amazing counter staff pleasant too

I got a Chinese from here waiting over 3 hours the Chinese taste horrible I used to love it not now

That’s two orders in a row now that’s been wrong and got an attitude when phoned to rectify it,then had to wait over an hour and a half for the correct stuff to be sent, used to really enjoy this place but think that will be the last I order from here

We got a delivery order, was over an hour, the delivery driver blocked the street, there was very little bbq sauce, the curry sauce looked like lentil soup with the lentils missing and the chow mein was disgusting, and the chips were very bland and tasteless

What has happened to this place, beef curry fried rice and chicken balls were all disgusting with a terrible after taste. Will not use again.

Got my order wrong , waited about 20 mins from me going in and ordering to receiving it a simple order(chicken balls/rice curry) for them still to get it wrong (gave me chips instead) chips were hard chicken balls were dry and chewy definitely not worth £6.60

Bought some items from here most were fine but I ordered a munchy box thinking this was plain items. When it arrived it was covered in hot spice. If I had been told it would come covered in spices i would not have purchased this item. When i phoned the restaurant they were polite but didnt seem to understand and were of no help. Food now in bin, a wasted purchase. Will think again about using this restaurant in the future.

Went downhill since new owners took over , Horrible congealed curry sauce and the beef was like chewing an old boot , Won't be back,

We have been very long term customers; every Saturday (for many years)...reasonably big order and always delighted. Seems they've changed ownership though...so...tonight; food very long in arriving with several items missing! After we phoned; the items arrived but not what was ordered and then we had a phone call to say items missing had not originally been ordered!! Are you kidding? We would have accepted an apology! Feeling quite disgusted to be honest...our order should have been refunded, at the very least with a massive apology! So...very sadly, after many, many years of being faithful customers to Dragons Way; I'd avoid this place now! We certainly won't be ordering again; there are numerous local places so ...time to look around! 😉 We've already been given a number of options! 👍 Always more than happy to support local businesses but expect satisfactory service and manners at the very least.

Chips were solid and the sauce was tht lumpy the misses had to put water in the sauce only thing we could eat was the crackers tbh I think the chips were last nyt chips they were tht bad

Got a meal last night food was absolutely disgusting NEVER AGAIN

I placed an order for delivery it was at my table in less than 15 minutes ..the stuff was great on the phone and it's actually the 3rd time I have ordered from them and the meal came on time and most of all the taste was great unlike most Chinese restaurant where you feel and taste the food was in a microwave but they actually make it fresh and it tastes and smells fresh..am yet to taste and try out other things they have on their menu and still comment some more ..what I had today was chow meng and chicken wings ...

The food in here has went downhill very fast and twice I have had rank food. My chicken curry was so bland and the curry sauce was so thick and powdery and chicken had a bad taste from it and my friends chicken chow mein was equally bad. The fried rice was stodgy and tasteless. The prawn crackers were not fresh and stale.far too much thick chopped onions in curry sauce.

Always a long wait but food is not too hsd

£5 surcharge because it is Christmas. I'm okay with that as they're paying staff extra to deliver the service. Marked down because they managed to forget something from a relatively simple order so really it was like an £8 surcharge. Food was nice though!

Food is ok but the girls at the counter are quite rude to customers. Their delivery times are off by an hour as their system has not updated the clock change. Customers complain when their order is 2 hours late and are met with quite a cheeky response. I've told them twice now what the issue is. I won't be using them again.

Really enjoyed my meal from this place

Called at 11:10, they promised to deliver 2 special curries, they never even called back to say they wouldn't deliver Sittin munchied up waitin they might have let me know if they aren't delevering. I only stay in Sandyhills c'mon just along bit off courtesy fone customers back if you can't deliver to them. Thanks for leaving me hungry 🤔

Poor access for wheelchair users

Place is a joke to slippery for delivery drivers to take food to customers houses was the words of the telephone person at reception date 24th Nov 2017 temp out side is plus one at 8 pm should just shut place down as it's not customer focused only money matters

Used this shop for nine years and I don't use any other the staff are great and delivery service driver's are a friendly bunch of guys

Great chinese takeaway,good service.

Food was acceptable however the delivery driver charged more than was on the just eat app. He said it was 12.60 and then proceeded to say that my order was 10.00 then add on the delivery charge of 1.60. When I showed him the app. He clearly can't do simple mathematics because it wouldve just came to £11.60 if that was the case. To save the food getting cold I just paid the extra 40 pence so it then came to 12.60. Not happy with the driver making up his own prices.

This use to be a good place but past 2 times food was cold and ask for slice breast of chicken got it chopped it's not nice at all was so cold and no heat to the food use to love this Chinese but went down hill past year not be back again! Try salt and chilli in Tollcross as food is hot and made way it should be made the way you ask!,

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Very poor service. Won't be using again.
