Fast delivery i had only just ordered and the order was here within 10 minutes (Yes you read that correct) it was super fast that must be a record surely, Brilliant food as always fantastic service and highly recommended.

Used to be one of the best years ago now it’s absolutely rotten. Keep ordering every once in a while hoping it goes back to normal but just railed under new ownership so will never happen. Last 2 orders they’ve been using Chippy curry sauce which doesn’t taste bad. But if I wanted a chippy chicken curry I would order it from a chippy. Never in my life seen a Chinese doing chippy curry sauce as standard. Get it sorted. Paid £8.90 for chicken fried rice it was in a smaller tray than what standard in all other Chinese. Ordered a curry spring roll and it was a curry giant chicken ball that turned up. Sat and chilli used to be one of the best under old ownership now it’s drier than Gandhi’s flip flop. The most bland salt and pepper you’ll ever get. Just overbearing peppery, no veg no juiciness. Gave them enough chances NEVER AGAIN!

The food was cold only one item out the whole order had a tiny bit of heat in it which was the chicken balls, the beef curry, chow mien and the rice and chips were all cold

Caus you ask for extra sauce get less lettuce no lemon and paid over £6

Chicken and sweetcorn lovely. Beef and mushrooms not so good. Beef very pale and looked weird. Didn't taste good at all

Quality of the food is dreadful. Ordered in shop 2 chew meins, one chicken and one chicken and ham and cost £17.80 which is £17 more than the food was worth. Meat was the lowest quality I have ever had, chicken you could bounce off a wall and both chew meins were almost flavourless and dry. How do you make a chew mein dry? No quality, just bad food. First and last time I will order from this place. Almost all the food ended up in the bin. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Food was good although the pork had some fat in it…..I don’t eat fats on meats… but the chicken was the best I’ve tasted than the other chicken with pineapples I’ve tasted elsewhere. I will be trying more of your dishes soon.

Delivery was 3 hours late. If the restaurant knew it would be so bad they should have advised us to cancel. No contact was made and even when we called to ask they assured it would be in the next delivery. It then arrived over an hour after that call

2 hours late. Phoned twice but just got an angry person complaining about how busy they are, can’t rate the food as it hasn’t arrived.

Ordered from here as usual Chinese was closed but was really disappointed. All the sauces seemed thick and gelatinous. Ordered fried mushrooms as per the pic on the menu and they came in a thick jelly like gravy.

Chicken chow mein worst ever tasteless and not breast chicken. Mixed starter ribs tough prawn toast soggy and mini spring rolls soggy. Food was slightly warm. Sweet and sour sauce tasteless. Overall stinking for £30

Chicken was awful,dark meat rubbery mini rolls not great for price not crunchy all soft ,rice was good satay was ok definitely not be ordering again very disappointed

Curry Rice Chips. Every single item so disgusting. Fried rice RICE PUDDING GLUE Chips BURNT BEYOND RECOGNITION then microwaved just for me Special curry TINNED HOMEPRIDE SAUCE but reheated so many time was burnt. They advertise on Facebook the chicken is frozen diced, no thanks. Char sui is sliced thin pork chop wi food colouring, beef doesn't look like beef but it needs sawed so probably is I saved the best for last, as l was distracted because the 3 rottee chips l slipped in my mouth had to be spat out, the guey rice, so only put a little curry out. Magic massive King Prawn, sliced in tae it and it burst. What was left Didnae looklike anything resembling a prawn. Apart from that it was fantastic, because l had nothing to eat so l guess it was day 1 of the diet l never planned.

First time buying from Golden View, took advantage of the 50% off offer and so glad I did. Golden View has gained 2 new customers! Food very good, Rapid delivery! 1 star off, Spring Roll was huge but batter very greasy, dripping in oil. I scraped out the filling which was very good but the batter coating...no. Main Courses excellent, will order again for sure.

I understand use are busy tonight , when I received my delivery it was very look warm ' s/p chips were soggy and the sweet n sour chicken was defo not fresh. this is always our go to takeout, tonight was a bit of a let down .hopefully just a blip.

Food arrived just on the later of advised time, however arrived cold. Chips like wars, chicken and prawns dishes also like warm. Not into reheating chickens and prawns or chips to that matter. Disappointing delivery, usually acceptable as well. Has this food been sitting awaiting a driver I wonder!!

The lady at the counter was delightful and helpful. The free prawn crackers were tantalising and the salt and pepper king prawn was divine and tingled my taste buds.

Absolutely rotten! The lady behind the counter should learn to be more happier and the food was terrible. The price was astronomical for what we ordered and we didn't even get free prawn crackers! We will not be back as this is the worst service and food we have ever purchased!

Food can be very hot or miss, some days the chicken is so hard it's inedible other days it's nice. I do eat from here but it's a last resort as there are far better Chinese takeaway in the area.

Way way overpriced for what you get for the money . Over eight pound for a special chowmien compared to eves £5.60 and £2.90 for a portion of fried rice compared with eves £1.70 . Chowmien was good but rice seemed a bit aldenti or possibly reheated, very poor fried rice ( I do better myself) . I won't be back as it's way over the top for quality of food and price . Avoid Avoid Avoid 👎

Worst Chinese Take away we've ever had, and not cheap. Two spring rolls swimming in oil and King Prawn fried rice which was tasteless. Won't be going back.

Food was not edible, worst I've ever had. Chicken balls, mini spring rolls were soggy. Chips weren't cooked they were still hard. Noodles were cold and overcooked. Hot and sour soup was like water. First time I've ordered from here, very disappointing that not one item was edible

Used to use this Chinese Evey weekend for years... stopped using it a couple of years ago as it started going down hill.... Well stupidly last night I decided to try it again .... Thai Sweet Chilly Chicken and EGG fried rice.... disappointed to have waited my hard earned money....1 piece of onion...1 piece of red pepper...1 piece of green pepper and almost zero sause....no joke.....SO DON'T BE WAISTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE....I know I won't again 😠 oh almost forgot..... zero and I mean zero egg in egg fried rice 🤣😠😠😠

Bitterly disappointed with this place! Ordered online and waiting 50 minutes before we were informed that our order was delayed (understandable), we then waited another 50 minutes before they called and said they had to cancel our order as they were effected by the flooding. I understand that the flooding may impact deliveries but I don't want to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes before being told it our order was cancelled!

Beef Schezwan was completely tasteless. Small portions of chips and the chicken balls were tiny. Really disappointing as use to be good.

Called about 10 minutes ago. And the woman on the phone was so cheeky it was unbelievable, sounds like she didnt want to be there. Ask for a menu in with my order and got told if you want a menu its a extra £2. SHOCKING Update 12.29 get a cheeky message on Facebook drpm your staff. Have got the proff tp show

chicken curry isnt for me but my other half likes it , ribs and chicken satay is very nice also salt n chilli stuff nice as well

the chicken smelled really bad and tasted like it was old. the food was bland and very low quality for the amount that you pay.

Phoned in order and at end of placing order asked for the price; as I didn't have menu to price myself. The girl on phone said "I'll just be a minute " however on setting phone down i heard her say " f@c@ing does my box in when they ask for the price ' .... wow ... she picked phone back up and was so polite giving me the price..... However I had to cancel order as not dealing with a business like that.

Our meal was inedible,,,,,delivered very quickly but that was the only good point,,,everything burnt,,,EVEN THE RICE,,,,all binned,,,dreadful that we paid for inedible meal

Been coming here for 20 years. Rarely a bad meal. Really nice staff.
