Golden View in Glasgow City

Food arrived just on the later of advised time, however arrived cold. Chips like wars, chicken and prawns dishes also like warm. Not into reheating chickens and prawns or chips to that matter. Disappointing delivery, usually acceptable as well. Has this food been sitting awaiting a driver I wonder!!

Only ever order from here, food is great, best Chinese takeout in the area

The lady at the counter was delightful and helpful. The free prawn crackers were tantalising and the salt and pepper king prawn was divine and tingled my taste buds.

Absolutely rotten! The lady behind the counter should learn to be more happier and the food was terrible. The price was astronomical for what we ordered and we didn't even get free prawn crackers! We will not be back as this is the worst service and food we have ever purchased!

Ordered lemon chicken, it was very salty, barely any sauce and the chicken was like chewing rubber. I won't be buying from here again

Curries are always amazing but I wish the chips were chippy chips every week but sometimes can change to frozen chips if you order kebab meat

Wear do you start ? No flavour to anything I ordered honestly . Soup look and tasted like dish water by far the worst I have ever had wouldn’t recommend at all

Foods cold and the meat is really tough it's not nice at all even the chow mein has no flavour sorry deffinetly not coming back

Food is terrible everything was cold and the meat is not eadable leather looks easier to chew even my younger kids said nope like how can rice be cold when it's in a tin container

Food can be very hot or miss, some days the chicken is so hard it's inedible other days it's nice. I do eat from here but it's a last resort as there are far better Chinese takeaway in the area.

Food was delivered fast but the kung po chicken tasted like mushy canned chicken. Not a lot of taste or spice. The soups were the best part of the meal. Won’t be ordering again

Way way overpriced for what you get for the money . Over eight pound for a special chowmien compared to eves £5.60 and £2.90 for a portion of fried rice compared with eves £1.70 . Chowmien was good but rice seemed a bit aldenti or possibly reheated, very poor fried rice ( I do better myself) . I won't be back as it's way over the top for quality of food and price . Avoid Avoid Avoid 👎

Worst Chinese Take away we've ever had, and not cheap. Two spring rolls swimming in oil and King Prawn fried rice which was tasteless. Won't be going back.

Food was not edible, worst I've ever had. Chicken balls, mini spring rolls were soggy. Chips weren't cooked they were still hard. Noodles were cold and overcooked. Hot and sour soup was like water. First time I've ordered from here, very disappointing that not one item was edible

Used to use this Chinese Evey weekend for years... stopped using it a couple of years ago as it started going down hill.... Well stupidly last night I decided to try it again .... Thai Sweet Chilly Chicken and EGG fried rice.... disappointed to have waited my hard earned money....1 piece of onion...1 piece of red pepper...1 piece of green pepper and almost zero sause....no joke.....SO DON'T BE WAISTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE....I know I won't again 😠 oh almost forgot..... zero and I mean zero egg in egg fried rice 🤣😠😠😠

Bitterly disappointed with this place! Ordered online and waiting 50 minutes before we were informed that our order was delayed (understandable), we then waited another 50 minutes before they called and said they had to cancel our order as they were effected by the flooding. I understand that the flooding may impact deliveries but I don't want to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes before being told it our order was cancelled!

Beef Schezwan was completely tasteless. Small portions of chips and the chicken balls were tiny. Really disappointing as use to be good.

We got a home delivery last night i had chicken satay ,,husband had Thai sweet chilli chicken both delicious !!& Really fresh and hot 😊will definitely be ordering again !

Called about 10 minutes ago. And the woman on the phone was so cheeky it was unbelievable, sounds like she didnt want to be there. Ask for a menu in with my order and got told if you want a menu its a extra £2. SHOCKING Update 12.29 get a cheeky message on Facebook drpm your staff. Have got the proff tp show

chicken curry isnt for me but my other half likes it , ribs and chicken satay is very nice also salt n chilli stuff nice as well

the chicken smelled really bad and tasted like it was old. the food was bland and very low quality for the amount that you pay.

Phoned in order and at end of placing order asked for the price; as I didn't have menu to price myself. The girl on phone said "I'll just be a minute " however on setting phone down i heard her say " f@c@ing does my box in when they ask for the price ' .... wow ... she picked phone back up and was so polite giving me the price..... However I had to cancel order as not dealing with a business like that.

Chinese takeaway with very nice food the satay chow mien is great as is the egg fried rice would highly recommend the golden view

Our meal was inedible,,,,,delivered very quickly but that was the only good point,,,everything burnt,,,EVEN THE RICE,,,,all binned,,,dreadful that we paid for inedible meal

Food is excellent. Very generous portions even on there special offers. Last time I was in i was told that they deliver to my area. So I'm very happy will be using there delivery service. Staff are very nice even although the shop and phone is very busy. Thanx

Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken with fried rice got home and it was chicken balls with a splash of sweet and sour sauce and rice in the same tray.

Best Chinese in the area, always order from here and never disappointed. Staff always friendly and polite, even when very busy at weekend, would recommend to anyone Xx

Ordered a chicken curry and chicken chow mein. Got home and it had a satay instead of curry. Benefit cheat behind the till and the owner refuses to accept liability despite the fact the call was recorded and I'm allergic to satay. Avoid.

Got a salt n chilli munchies box. The worst I've had. Very bland, the box is filled up with chips with just 3 ribs 3 chicken balls n some onion rings n Sprng rolls. Oh n 3 chicken wings to. It's for sharing why put an odd number 😡 Last I order from there anyway...
