The ONLY REASON IM GIVING THIS GOOD REVIEW is because this lovely gentleman named PAUL was amazing! My pasta tasted awful but Paul managed to sort it out for me and he was so lovely about it!! Hope he gets the recognition he deserves as he is one of the nicest human / waiters I’ve ever come across. Get this guy a promotion!!

I’ve been here on several occasions, the food has gone downhill. I got the chicken steak this time which was basically a piece of unseasoned chicken breast smothered with barbecue sauce on top. It was not good at all. In the past ive had the chicken Parmesan which has been pink from inside. There are times the pasta has been very good and other times its been awful and has made me feel ill. The pizza and loaded fries are generous and quite good the times ive got them. The Chapter IV interior is quite nice I must say and I was really happy that this restaurant provides Muslims with a lovely place to pray. I would come here again but just expect it to be a hit or miss.

Was looking for a place to eat after an evening at the cinema. Nando’s had an hour long wait and we found this restaurant were offering tables within 15 minutes. Their menu is not extensive (no alcohol or desserts for example) but the excellent service and food quality more than made up for this. The tables were cleaned and the queuing guests seated as soon as the previous ones left and the food also arrived quickly, even on a busy Friday night. The only slight niggle was that the ‘starter’ garlic bread arrived a few seconds after the mains. Would go again when next at the cinema

It was my first visit here and didn't visit nandos as they messed us around with the queueing system on the phone. I must say the chicken I had with the speciality sauce was lovely and juicy. It was well better than nandos. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Ordered wings and chips and the wings were dry with no cooking sauce used at all. Ontop of this the quality of the wings has dropped compared to previous years. Few wings were missing from two boxes as well. Phoned in the shop only for them to tell us they will take it into account next time. Whatever that means 🤦‍♂️

Looks like it has been taken over and food quality is on the decline. Pizzas are still decent but slight changes to things like the spicy chicken and the mushroom pakora, to name but a couple of previous favourites, are just not the same. The pakora, in particular, quite crispy and hard. Sadly, won’t be back as often as I may have been.
