Bones or ruff bits in chicken fried shame cause rice and curry was decent just the chicken friendly owner but when ur starving and bones or hard bit the chicken 2 bits enough sorry guys it's a no for me

Absolute charlatans and thieves! Missing items with my order and when I questioned the delivery driver he said, “ah we are out of stock on them”. I responded by telling him that I had paid for them though, to which he said “well, you’ll need to contact the shop about that”. I gave the lad a tip and asked him if he could sort it for me… he said he would but I’m still waiting on my refund. Needless to say that nobody at the shop ever answers when you ring. Absolute joke of a place!

Unfortunately we didn't get to even try food. We booked here for our wedding as my sister is coeliac and becomes very ill. We booked months in advance, budget, numbers etc agreed, list handed in. Told all great and be in touch. 1 week before wedding I called, still great although no time. 2 days before wedding still no call... so I called to be told they had no list (3 of us met in store 2 months prior) and not enough budget. Was told we would receive phone call in few hours.. if issues why weren't we contacted?! Its now Tuesday after our Sunday wedding and still waiting on call back... beyond disgusting terrible customer service not only to a wedding but to a take away providing for medical needs (gluten free). I work in customer service so have never gave a negative review as I understand things go wrong but this was too far. Not an easy fix for my guests and especially poor sister.

Raging is an understatement. Order at 5:45 for a collection order (coming from East Kilbride) just pulled up out side the place for me to get a text to say it was cancelled! After it being accepted and told would be ready for 6:15! No explanation… nothing! Terrible service and a waste of fuel

Very happy that the Bibimbap is back!! That being said we have always had a lovely experience dining here. There are more options now than a year ago also. When we takeaway, the food is always fresh and full of flavour - might need a bit of a moment in the microwave with hot items but that doesn’t make a difference. The staff are lovely, options are great and we come back for more!

Food freezing and late by over 30 minutes. Really disappointed

I recently ordered a home delivery from the Jasmine one because my regular takeaway was on holiday. I ordered 2 x special mixed curries a beef curry and a special mixed satay, all with fried rice sides. They were all awful. The curries had oil floating on top in the containers and the satay was unlike any satay that I've ever seen.! The satay sauce came in a separate container and it had oil floating on top as well.!!! It was also a lot more expensive than my usual takeaway. I will definitely not be using this restaurant again.....very poor.!

I would like to see a big thanks to this place placed an order on Saturday for pick up was on my was to get my order someone hit into my car had to go to hospital the next day I phoned the takeaway up and explained why I couldn’t pick up my order he said no problem i will deliver your order to your house he made my food again for me 10/10

We’ve been ordering from this place for a few months now and LOVE their food. Always great quality, always delivered hot, always turns up earlier than the estimate, and with a friendly smile too. Popped in to collect one time and they were just as lovely. (Atmos doesn’t really apply for a takeout, but didn’t wanna give nothing!)

Can not fault this chippy the food is always cooked to perfection n the pizza’s a delicious + the staff are always cheerful even when the place is really busy..it’s my go to.
