Ordered a regular donner kebab & quantity was great value , sadly had to reheat it in microwave as arrived cold

I have ordered from Cafe India for many years, always friendly and food is scrumptious 😋

absolute barking food was freezing garlic sauce everywhere cheese wasn't melted on my kebab never again got to be the worst av ever had obviously rotten Donna sitting for hours zero heat in it at all dont order here

I've been going here for years + I'm sorry to say I was sorely disappointed last night in some of the food ordered I got the D menu + although my lamb buhna was really nice (as usual) The other 2 curries were so disappointing. Chicken Tikka curry was very hot, hardly any chicken + just wasn't pleasant at all My boys are autistic (they always have this option & have done for about 10 years + never complained EVER!) They wouldn't eat it at all The chicken pakora was like jerky + inedible Even the pappadums were stale I'm so disappointed as it's almost impossible to get another curry that my boys enjoy....what happened????? I travel quite a distance just to go to Thornliebank as usually the food is amazing The staff as per usual are lovely + polite/helpful/respectful Unfortunately it was just a waste of £40 It all went in the nin apart from my buhna which was beautiful as usual 😞

Best tandoori chicken tikka I've had in a good while, beautiful chicken, sauce was perfect, plenty salad and rice, doner kebab had loads of meat and salad, was lovely, portion of chips huge, will definitely order again, big portions, roastin hot, great value and early delivery

Fantastic! Probably THE best lamb Bhuna I've ever had!🤩 Delivered piping hot by a friendly driver. The vegetable pakora actually contained veg~ not just gram flour. Wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have waited over an hour and a half for my order and I still haven’t received it and can’t get a hold of the store for a refund

Clean and tidy shop with very pleasant staff. Food, spicy chicken pizza, South Indian garlic chilli chicken and a nan bread, were all simply awesome. Plenty chicken on a generous portion of cheese in the well cooked pizza was delicious. Now the star of the dinner was the South Indian garlic chilli chicken. Succulent chicken tikka pieces with a rich tangy spiced sauce that was not overpowering, you could taste the chicken yet it was a hot chilli sauce. Well done, to all, for a delicious Friday night meal.

This used to be such a lovely place. The pizzas were great and food fresh and lovely. Tonight we waited an hour and forty minutes for soggy cold chips and a cold pizza. So disappointing. Spoke to the restaurant and they said it’s because they won’t do single deliveries so our pizza sat getting colder for thirty mins while out for delivery.

Stay away from the Mac and cheese looks like something out Ghostbusters , was like a ball of flem in a sauce

to much cheese on pizza and burger had loads of sauce which I didn't want couldn't eat it.

chips tasted reheated not fresh couldnt eat. pizza and kebab was cold.

I ordered a kebab, as we have done many times before. Asked for it to be dairy free. When it arrived it obviously wasn’t dairy free so I called the restaurant and was told just not to eat the naan bread. So I was just to eat the chicken! Disgraceful response by cafe India. Very disappointing as we’ve always had excellent service in the past and have even used to cater for parties. No dinner for me as I couldn’t risk eating it 😢

Burger was like threw together all over place burnt and kebab and sauce went right threw the paper

As always Fab!!! Hubby loves Spicy Chicken Calzone. portions are brilliant. always arrives hot, and either early or on time.

5 star from me, first time using this place and it was good. veg Pakora crisp and full of flavour and hot. Mixed hoogie has to be one of the better ones ave had in a long time so thumbs up guys oh and delivery right on time and the driver was really nice and polite.

First time using it as it was new. Won’t order again. Ordered 2 curries and one of them was wrong. Far too spicy so over half of it was thrown away. Wasn’t cheap either so a complete waste of money.

Ordered the curry online to pick up for 7.30 pm. There appeared to a mix up with pick time so much so it was ready for 6 pm. Anyway both curries were nice and offered great value.

Don’t bother. Was told 45 mins for delivery. Called after an hour as no sign of delivery. Told another 30 minutes. Still no food.

Food quite simply shocking. Could break a tooth on chicken pakora bought tonight and rest was tasteless

Used to be absolutely sound for food. Been getting worse to be honest and tonight is the last straw. Ordered the cheese burger meal as I usually do 90% of the time. No salad or sauce on the burger, bone dry. Chips bone dry, not salted. Can of Irn Bru in the bag (without asking what can I want, always get the Coke but heyho) bridges burnt I’ll not be back.

Always decent food and the guys are always eager to assist.

I do not recommend the samosa. They had an unpleasant taste and we had to throw them away.

It’s a nice Indian takeaway. Friendly staff good service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worst customer service xperience in a long time. 45 minute delivery time and 2 hours later still no sign of the order. This will be the last ever business that they get from me. I will be taking my business to Merhan 3in1 at Boydstone Road in future, at least they deliver when they say. Cafe India and Food Hub sort yourselves out.

The food was amazing before but am not sure what's going on from not giving you the right things in your delivery and burnt pizzas and now the salad is a joke 50p extra to put in a tub am to make things worse salad is off

Been ordering here for years food is disgusting under the new management kebab meat tasteless, everything overcooked , they got my order wrong and refused to correct it would avoid getting anything from this shop

Shop is disgusting. Only went on for chips and haven’t even touched them. The wall are thick with dirt. The inside door handle has filth that would need to be chipped off with a hammer. No gloves on staff. Happy to touch money, food, face and phones while dealing with your order🤢

Offer a wide range of food : Indian, chippy, pizza and Turkish kebabs. All of which I have sampled and can confirm are delicious and provide good value for money

£3 for a 1.75 ltr of coke? Absolute robbery.

I got a Chicken Curry Bahura meal deal and tasted. It was good. I recommend it.

Honestly such good value for money, plus friendly service. Every time I've ordered (both collection and delivery) they've been on time and the food has been great.

This indian cooks every thing fresh,and has an authentic taste you would only get in top restaurants, the curry is absolutely beautiful,the various pairs are very fresh and very tasty,its a family run take away and every customer is treated with respect,nothing is a problem for the chef to cook for you,all in all top class take away.

Decent food at reasonable prices served in a diabolical environment.

Been getting deliveries here for 9 years at least once a week and really disappointed to see standards have slipped. Chicken has been overcooked and tough, nothing seems fresh and prices are creeping up quickly. Couldn't believe the cost of last order and asked driver to verify. We ordered nothing fancy and were not offered any kind of discount but were obviously not happy. Attitude was take it or leave it. Well we've left and will never come back. Best thing we've done as we have discovered an amazing place in Fenwick Road who are cheaper AND the food is delicious and fresh.

Would just like to thank the guys in cafe India, phoned to make a complaint, very professional whole new delivery delivered and lots of side dishes, thank you awesome service. A+++ Tikka kebab was lovely.

Food is good but the waiting time is horendus on delivery when they say the drivers left then 40 mins later he turns up with stuff missing from order and food freezing but when you call up the boss was really nice and gave us the food that was cold fresh and added food for free

This is an average restaurant with a average food. nothing much special about food. decent for the variety. Little bit more color in curries then expected. you can get this food on every next takeaway.
