Pizza Hut Delivery in East Renfrewshire

Absolute charlatans and thieves! Missing items with my order and when I questioned the delivery driver he said, “ah we are out of stock on them”. I responded by telling him that I had paid for them though, to which he said “well, you’ll need to contact the shop about that”. I gave the lad a tip and asked him if he could sort it for me… he said he would but I’m still waiting on my refund. Needless to say that nobody at the shop ever answers when you ring. Absolute joke of a place!

1 star is probably even too much. Got some pizza delivered last night from here; when I called, the junior worker (or whatever) didn’t have a clue what he was doing so I asked to speak to the manager. This man really put me off, as he was incredibly rude and arrogant, I hear shouting “alan” so probably that was his name. Anyway, I asked for 2 pizzas and questions about allergies, he was really bothered by that. The food got home literally frozen. We just left it off… same night, my wife called a really good place for pizza and we enjoyed it! Save some money and avoid these big chains at all cost, after all, it’s a frozen base pizza they have - will never come back!

3 separate individuals got together for pizza from different homes. These 3 individuals went to their homes. they carried on eating home food. they came down with the flu within 48 hours. Days later still suffering. Too much of a coincidence that they all got sick at the same time to avoid suspicion of poor hygiene and sickness at Pizza Hut, since that’s the only place they ate from together. There should be a review of hygiene policy. Won’t be eating here again.

Takeaway, standard. My garlic bread wasn't well done enough, they popped it back in and genuinely apologized which was nice

The assistant couldn't get the order right,despite repeating myself,he still couldn't get it right.I have ordered with the Clarkston branch before.I asked him how much,he said 8-99.I eventually found out it was for collection, I am disabled, but he said that is the price.Very poor,he even hung up on our telephone conversation.Very bad will not be back.

Pizzas are actually quite decent with associated pricing! Only issue is collection can be a nightmare due to parking so recommend delivery where possible.

Made a mistake and ordered wrong pizza. It was replaced without any hassle and delivered in half an hour. Much appreciated👍👍

Excellent pizzas but desserts all cookie dough based which we dislike. However always impressed by the quality of pizzas and speed at which they arrive. They are always hot too.

Manager had arrogant attitude when I picked up my order boy in kitchen hair not in hat very messy ...I paid for double toppings it was very poor ..will not return.

Una hora después no hay señal. . . . . . al llamar, acaba de salir del horno, me dijeron y estaré contigo en 5 minutos. . . . 20 minutos después no hay señal y otra llamada telefónica y aún no se entregó Nunca aparece y cuando llamo por teléfono nuevamente me dicen que se perdió el pedido y pueden hacerlo un pedido prioritario para la entrega en 30 minutos, lo que demoraría 2 horas 15 para la entrega Se rindió y los niños nunca obtuvieron la comida que esperaban Personaliza una broma con muchos "fingiendo" ser el gerente mientras se ríe en el fondo diciendo "dices que eres el gerente" No pierdas tu tiempo

Esta sucursal proporciona una pizza decente para llevar y, por lo general, puede obtener una oferta si puede navegar por el menú bastante complicado. Una especie de lo que cabría esperar, comida decente, personal agradable, servicio rápido.

Fantastic service within the shop used a few times, was easy to order and staff were extremely helpful on the best deals. Food arrived quickly and was excellent. Recommended to family and friends

Should not even get1 star.absolutely terrible service firstly i never received my pizza for 2hours,when the delivery driver finally delivered my order it was missing my drink which was all paid for online.Driver then looked for payment as shop had never attached a receipt to show that it had been paid😠rang to complain and they said they would send him back with the drink i couldnt see the point in this as the pizza would have been eating by time he get back to my address.Then the girl on the phone offered me a 10quid discount next time bearing in mind i paid 2quid for my drink that i never received so actually it would be 8quid a complete joke.wont be using pizza hut again after tonights episode
