Everytime a pizza is ordered from this place, it's either stale, or smelly or un-eatable. Not a once or twice isolated incidences, but it happened 9/10 times.

Food took ages despite no orders or anyone else being there.

Café miserablemente tostado servido por un tipo bastante inaccesible. Parecía enojado cuando cortésmente señalé que el café que hizo era amargo y no se tostó correctamente. No hizo absolutamente nada diferente re: moler o apisonar e hizo la misma taza de nuevo - esta vez peor. Menos mal que el café solo costó de 1 a 3 recompensas. La cena absoluta del perro de un café sin embargo 🤷‍♂️.

Where to start..... no stars would be ideal or minus.... no fizzy drinks, as well as other...went tea......no milk, cheers...no services, couldn't work the till...service with a groan and a knightmare carpark....

Friendly service but slow probably due to a very slow kitchen. Clearly understaffed. We ordered the burger that had little taste ,and the chips were cold, the carbonara that were ok, the spaghetti n’duja that tasted ok too but had at best 1/2 teaspoon of n’duja meat - the waiter reassured me this was how the dish was supposed to be which was disappointing. I was offered a free starter to make up which was a kind gesture but I declined as we already had to wait 40 minutes for our food to arrive to begin with and I was not prepared to wait anymore - so overall this was a poor experience. The visit to the toilets just reinforced the feeling the whole place is not well managed or looked after as the toilets were dirty, smelly and grimy. Won’t go back and certainly won’t advise anyone else to visit

El personal estaba en la parte trasera y no estaba listo para servir. No hay bienvenida ni mansión, ensalada en sub en raciones. Hombre en la caja solo 1 con cualquier servicio al cliente sobre él en absoluto muy decepcionante

Con poco tempo a disposizione, abbiamo mangiato un mezzo panino con pollo tikka e verdure ( mezzo panino perché intero sarebbe stato troppo ... ). Siamo rimasti soddisfatti

Vengo con mi papá a almorzar. Pedido 2 mac n de queso (adultos) , la chef (uso esa palabra con soltura) aconsej que solo les quedaban los ni os, pero ella a adi papas fritas para compensar. Ambos platos llegaron (sin ensalada, como se indica) dispersos de patatas fritas y una cucharada de queso mac, decepcionados puedo asegurar. La joven que sacó los platos, no es graciosa, pero tal vez se necesite un cambio de carrera... actitud de compromiso terrible/fría/cero. Mesas sucias, sin embargo, sólo se utilizaban unas 6 o 7 mesas... totalmente inaceptables. ¿Vuelvo? Prefiero masticar los pies por los tobillos...

We had vouchers for afternoon tea with prosecco ,a special present.when we arrived we had to wait for 20 minutes in the lounge and had to tell the concierge that nobody had spoken to us.The room was really cold ,when we asked to be moved to another part of room we were told that it was colder in the other room.the afternoon tea was really very poor and we will not be back.

Acabo de gastar 4 libras. 25 en el peor chocolate caliente que he tenido. Es débil, acuoso y parece más una mala taza de té. Si no hubiera subido a mi tren lo estaría tomando de vuelta. Desperdicio increíble de dinero

It was many good times spent going out to shops in this KFC. Sadly, the page's turning and it'll become Burger King in a few months (I've been told around November? by staff on their last day). Was good whilst it lasted.
