Caffe Nero in Edinburgh, City of

I have just spent £4.25 on the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. It’s weak, watery and looks more like a bad cup of tea. If I hadn’t just boarded my train I would be taking it back. Unbelievable waste of money

Moved some plates and cups from the tables so we could sit down , there aren’t the usual bin stations around so placed them on the empty counter , 3 staff stood behind talking . Response was an eye roll and then one of the staff proceeded to tell me I shouldn’t place rubbish there when there are clearly bins behind the counter I could have used . Pointed out I was helping them by clearing the tables and there are no bins to get further rude response , would never visit again . Unclean too .

Mientras esperábamos nuestro tren a York, decidimos tomar un café. Optamos por Caf Nero. Inicialmente, me decepcionó que usaran vasos de papel, lo cual no me interesa. Sin embargo, el café era excelente. Estaba ocupado pero encontramos un asiento. Muy conveniente.
