amazing food great service and welcoming environment

A very well priced and performance hotel. Clean room, hot water, stylish design and very cheap breakfast. Also, 3 different buses to the city centre pass from a very close stop.

Kids afternoon tea today was superb, as was the adult version. Large, tasty and varied portions and exceptional staff.

The stay was amazing, staff extremely polite and helpful, food was the best. The only downside was that the walls of the rooms are thin so we could hear the neighbours.

No food received. Disgraceful service. I require a full refund.

Troy, and his staff, are an absolute pleasure. In a well run establishment. Felix, Thomas, Beth and Dionne are so welcoming. But a special mention for Nadine. For her, nothing is too trouble, and it's always service with a smile.👍

Beautiful food- true authentic flavours. Reasonable price and lovely staff. Can’t wait to come back. 👍

The worst broasted chicken I've ever had. The fries was very soggy. There was no flavour for burger nor broast or fries. The oil fries and broast was fried is used/ low quality as it was clearly understandable when had the meal. Big disappointment 👎👎👎

We went there for a quick lunch, and were rather disappointed. The snack mix meal was quite greasy although the chicken tenders were ok. Than the Texas Brisket sandwich meal was disappointing. The sandwich’s structure barely held up, the BBQ sauce was depressing but the fries were better compared to the others. Music was loud with alarms every now and then.

HOPE THE OWNERS SEE THIS!! So this is the best Chinese takeaway but there's a catch they only open when they want to so it's so frustrating 😞 on busy days like Friday/Sunday and I wait for hours hoping that they open . And there's no way contacting your phone number just rings out So the food here is amazing but just wish they update there open times at least please Thank you

From ordering to delivery - the people are consistently lovely - especially the man on the phone taking orders - plus food, of course is delicious 👍❤️‼️

No flavour and No spice, they used to be so much better than that.... I git a hot and spicy soup there was nothing what so ever spicy about it... I ALWAYS go to royal china cos they're great but unfortunately they were closed this weekend. I won't be going back here it's a waste of money.

Id say more dog "accomodating" rather than dog friendly.. ... Food was pretty decent, albeit I got a phone call an hour before saying I couldn't have the Sunday roast as they didn't serve this in the "dog friendly" areas..... All very weird. Maureen sounded brilliant though, but the person I spoke to sounded very "head office". Hampton next door is much more welcoming. As said though, lunch was decent. 😁

Lovely ladies behind the the till enhanced my experience and made my day!
