Just wanted to leave a review as this was the second time visiting Santa & Mrs Claus at Edenmill and once again it was amazing! Santa & Mrs Claus are always very personable and take time with each child. A young adult within our group has special needs and they really make the effort to make her feel special throughout the whole experience, she loves it! They also try their best to keep you just with your family/group. They do have a lovely dog but will always ask if everyone if comfortable with dogs prior to entering Santa’s grotto. Appreciate the grotto now being indoors too (wheelchair/pram friendly).

I ordered the venison burger, it was really awful. If one part of the meal was not good i would of mentioned it and given them the chance to sort it. But due to so many parts of the meal being really bad it made more sense to write a bad review. The food was what the food was. Chips were sickly pale and undercooked, onion rings were undercooked in oil not hot enough leaving it thick and soaked through the batter, oil was also not clean, it had black bits throughout. The burger bun was dry and freezer burned, either stale or hard at edges from being microwaved. The venison burger had been frozen and defrosted in the microwave, but too long in the microwave so it was dry and solid like a hockey puck. The woman at the bar was not particularly friendly either, not the younger girl, the older one. We spend £45 in there, we were extremely hungry from climbing so we ate it all but it really really was terrible and just to fill a hole.

Friendliest staff in any coffee shop I have been in. Staff take order then bring your coffee to your table! Store always impeccably clean and tables always cleared. Some healthy food choices would be great though. Post Coke takeover of chain quality of food has definitely dropped e.g the almond croissants never have almost any almond paste in them. All pastry. Overall, most comfortable coffee shop in Stirling and plenty of free parking outside.

Stopped in with a couple of friends after a morning's walking. It was after 'normal' lunch time and we weren't sure what, if anything, would be on offer. (We just wanted a light-ish snack.) We were pleasantly surprised by the flexible offer of a range of sandwiches, snacks and smaller portions. Each of the three of us opted for a half-portion of fish and chips. Tasty, well-cooked food served fresh and hot. The dining and bar area are spacious, well-decorated and comfortable. Welcome and service were notably friendly and efficient. I was also given an opportunity to view the Indian Restaurant (?Nanja) which is part of the Kirkhouse Inn. This is a delightfully styled space and I would really like to try it. So, overall, a really good lunch experience where the food, the drink, the staff and the environment worked perfectly in harmony. A place to be re-visited!

My husband booked us an overnight stay for Valentines night away. Drove all the way only to find the place in darkness. No email/contact to say they were closed even though we had paid in full. Tried to phone from car park but voicemail was full. Local stopped and told us marital differences and place had been closed for while. To top it off we are now expecting the £100 parking fine in 10 days time.

Went in to get a coffee . This is the first and last timebi will go here. Stood at the counter waiting to be served. 2 members of staff stood over in the seating area chatting. They looked over to see me waiting and carried on chatting and laughing. After 5 minutes I decided to leave. I go to Costa daily and never experienced this before . Customer service clearly doesn't exist here.
