Amazing service, workers very polite and smiling happy to service me and my big family we had a big order. Everything came as orderd and fast. Clean and tidy areas even tho it was so busy. Will be back again

Delivery kept getting pushed but food arrived nice and hot and driver was lovely.

XL bacon double cheese burger was hella dry for some reason. fries were unsalted. also did not receive all my intended sauces. asked for 10x BBQ sauces. only received 3 and the rest mayo. more so i got 13 sauces for some magical reason

Best service station Burger King I’ve been to. Food was hot, service was quick, and they got my entire order correct which is quite rare these days.

20 minute wait for food to be given wrong order. When food was eventually served and was correct the fries and burgers were not good. £27 wasted and won’t be back

It's annoying, I can't go to burger king because of something that the staff in east Kilbride did to me there and burger king haven't sorted it out, so I haven't been able to use any burger king outlets, I have to rate it as very poor therefore.

Food itself didnt have any issues. but attention to detail was lacking again.. asked for 3x BBQ dips.. got 3x mayonnaise, asked for large fries with my XL BDCB, the box was only half full.

Well this is just dissapointing. not only did i not receive my "chili cheese "bites.. i got "onion rings" instead which i never asked for.. they also failed to provide the includes 3x BBQ sauces i asked for, first poor experience from this place!

Honestly by far thee worst experience. Ordered at 5pm, told it would be between 5:25 and 5:35. Went on the app at 5:45 to check as it was late to find out the estimated time changed to 6:30 - 6:45. Was told that 2 drivers had patched the delivery after only being a minute away from pick up. Burger themselves were brilliant, kept in contact and were very good to deal with. The driver must have took a heavy detour as the food was cold on arrival and looked like it had been sat on the full journey.

If you or the kids state 'I want to goto a place where you are instantly hit with a smell like a sewer, overpriced lukewarm food, staff who look like they've had the life sucked out of them then Stirling Services Burger King is the place for you. Only stopped here intending to use the toilets which had a rank smell to begin with but convenience of a BK was too tempting do yourself a favour and just don't. Tables littered with trays and rubbish to which previous customers had left behind shame on them takes 30 seconds to bin it. Quite like a BK but won't be back here oh and the Special Offers on the app do not work or apply to this branch.

Great service from a friendly and efficient team. Food piping hot and freshly prepared to order for every customer. Clean and tidy restaurant with plenty of seating available and multiple kiosks to order from.

2 Hours and 50 mins after it was ordered (with an initial arrival time of 17:15) ordered at 16:45 delivered at 19:35 the worst I have ever had from anywhere. upon calling burger King I discovered the driver had failed to show up 3 times so I know it was down to Just Eat, I think I am due a refund as some of the food was for 2 of my children(aged 5) who where unable to stay up for their food and had to have something else.

Still superb as usual, Tho admittingly the "Large Fries" only had a little more than box filled this time around. a rare occurrence most likely but they still deliver on what was ordered.

Absolutely filthy, staff standing around whilst there is waste on almost every table and across the floor. I was sat nearby for 30 minute and the rubbish was there from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. If you are going to charge £13 for a burger, it would be reasonable to expect a decent standard of cleanliness and food safety.

Only 2 people in queue with me. Waited over half an hour for our food which was cold. Only one young lad working at front. Clearly clueless just walking back and forth. Not actually doing anything. Beyond ridiculous. Should have gone to marks and Spencer or Costa or Greggs for food

Food was still nice and hot.. arrived on time and staff actually pay attention to condiments within the order. Why anyone would order from the springkerse retail BK is beyond me.. This is hands down the only reliable fast food chain within stirling when it comes to delivery!

for the first time ever. an order from the big chains arrived as ordered. delivery driver was FAST and for the first time ever. My food was actually hot, And everything was matched to order. They even remembered the sauces. How come the main BK location at the retail park cant get a single thing right and this MSA BK gets everything right. Props to everyone working there. absolute legends!

2 hrs for a burger. When customer, lives 5 mins away.

Burger was so cold cheese didn't even melt. Was hungry and in a hurry so ate it. BIG MISTAKE come 3am when it was projectile vomited across the room.

It's a bacon double cheese burger for me everytime. Used the machine to order. Got to car, pulled out bacon double cheese burger wrapper...took a bite,something missing. Pulled burger apart found no bacon. Went back in said "you missed out the bacon". Staff pulled up order..to my horror only double cheeseburger on receipt. I haven't got fat fingers, must be something wrong with machine I said, staff started smirk8ng. What happened to customer always right. Didn't think they dealt with me professionally and burger was cold and minging. Rubbish

One lady I saw working was avoiding us for ages as we arrived at 7:40 and the place shuts at 8pm. I kept saying hello and she fully blanked us and walked round the back where I saw her just standing there. I was obviously trying to use the screens that had been turned off and was wanting to just order chips as we’ve been driving for hours and are starving. We ended up having to leave as she wouldn’t come back out. There were other people waiting for their food but they said they had ordered well before I got there. This place never seems to be actually open and staff are unbelievably rude.

Last twice we've been here about 9pm and has been shut when there timetable has said they close at 10pm and this has happened numerous occasions before this , not a happy customer

Arrived at 8:10, they were closed. Put the accurate times, I’m fuming. McDonald’s instead

Burger cold and very dry. Coffee machine not working. Don't use motorway services very often, won't be using again anytime soon .

Came to Stirling services at 10.25pm. No one around, shouted to find a couple of young lads pop their head. I said are you still open. They said yes but it will be a 20 min wait as cleaning. I said your not closed until 11pm, why is it taking that long when it's just us 4? He said we have to clean so we can get home. Absolutely shocking. Ended up going to Costa instead. Absolutely shattered from a long journey. To be honest glad didn't get any food heard the reviews are awful!

Tasty new burgers on menu. Just a shame you cant buy the basic burgers anymore.

Not open at 19:12pm…needs updating they’re not open until 11pm due to a staff shortage.
