If you or the kids state 'I want to goto a place where you are instantly hit with a smell like a sewer, overpriced lukewarm food, staff who look like they've had the life sucked out of them then Stirling Services Burger King is the place for you. Only stopped here intending to use the toilets which had a rank smell to begin with but convenience of a BK was too tempting do yourself a favour and just don't. Tables littered with trays and rubbish to which previous customers had left behind shame on them takes 30 seconds to bin it. Quite like a BK but won't be back here oh and the Special Offers on the app do not work or apply to this branch.

2 Hours and 50 mins after it was ordered (with an initial arrival time of 17:15) ordered at 16:45 delivered at 19:35 the worst I have ever had from anywhere. upon calling burger King I discovered the driver had failed to show up 3 times so I know it was down to Just Eat, I think I am due a refund as some of the food was for 2 of my children(aged 5) who where unable to stay up for their food and had to have something else.

Great service from a friendly and efficient team. Food piping hot and freshly prepared to order for every customer. Clean and tidy restaurant with plenty of seating available and multiple kiosks to order from.

Still superb as usual, Tho admittingly the "Large Fries" only had a little more than box filled this time around. a rare occurrence most likely but they still deliver on what was ordered.

Absolutely filthy, staff standing around whilst there is waste on almost every table and across the floor. I was sat nearby for 30 minute and the rubbish was there from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. If you are going to charge £13 for a burger, it would be reasonable to expect a decent standard of cleanliness and food safety.

Only 2 people in queue with me. Waited over half an hour for our food which was cold. Only one young lad working at front. Clearly clueless just walking back and forth. Not actually doing anything. Beyond ridiculous. Should have gone to marks and Spencer or Costa or Greggs for food

Food was still nice and hot.. arrived on time and staff actually pay attention to condiments within the order. Why anyone would order from the springkerse retail BK is beyond me.. This is hands down the only reliable fast food chain within stirling when it comes to delivery!

Absolutely brilliant. delivery was still fast and it was piping hot. and again i cant stress how much they remember sauces. It's the only fast food chain in stirling that remembers sauces when included in the order, Not to mention order is always correct and nothing missing. Deliver time changed and food was freezing when arrived, chips soggy also

for the first time ever. an order from the big chains arrived as ordered. delivery driver was FAST and for the first time ever. My food was actually hot, And everything was matched to order. They even remembered the sauces. How come the main BK location at the retail park cant get a single thing right and this MSA BK gets everything right. Props to everyone working there. absolute legends!

Restaurant changed my order time 3 times. They took over 1h to prepare my food. Delivery was quite fast.

Burger was so cold cheese didn't even melt. Was hungry and in a hurry so ate it. BIG MISTAKE come 3am when it was projectile vomited across the room.

It's a bacon double cheese burger for me everytime. Used the machine to order. Got to car, pulled out bacon double cheese burger wrapper...took a bite,something missing. Pulled burger apart found no bacon. Went back in said "you missed out the bacon". Staff pulled up order..to my horror only double cheeseburger on receipt. I haven't got fat fingers, must be something wrong with machine I said, staff started smirk8ng. What happened to customer always right. Didn't think they dealt with me professionally and burger was cold and minging. Rubbish

One lady I saw working was avoiding us for ages as we arrived at 7:40 and the place shuts at 8pm. I kept saying hello and she fully blanked us and walked round the back where I saw her just standing there. I was obviously trying to use the screens that had been turned off and was wanting to just order chips as we’ve been driving for hours and are starving. We ended up having to leave as she wouldn’t come back out. There were other people waiting for their food but they said they had ordered well before I got there. This place never seems to be actually open and staff are unbelievably rude.

Last twice we've been here about 9pm and has been shut when there timetable has said they close at 10pm and this has happened numerous occasions before this , not a happy customer

Arrived at 8:10, they were closed. Put the accurate times, I’m fuming. McDonald’s instead

Burger cold and very dry. Coffee machine not working. Don't use motorway services very often, won't be using again anytime soon .

Food was a little slow as one lad was doing the drinks and fries. Seem to be waiting on the burgers etc Food was great when it arrived so worth it.

Came to Stirling services at 10.25pm. No one around, shouted to find a couple of young lads pop their head. I said are you still open. They said yes but it will be a 20 min wait as cleaning. I said your not closed until 11pm, why is it taking that long when it's just us 4? He said we have to clean so we can get home. Absolutely shocking. Ended up going to Costa instead. Absolutely shattered from a long journey. To be honest glad didn't get any food heard the reviews are awful!

The floors are delicious and have a great smell, you should try it!

Poor service waited 6 minutes at counter before order was taken yet only one at the counter. Seemed drive through and delivery took priority.

It was swift hot,fresh and tasty, what more could you ask for? 👍

Not busy chips were only just warm. The lettuce a bit limp but I don't use them very often for this reason. Staff all 1 of him was friendly and pleasant enough though

The foods okay but the price they are charging right now is a disgrace, sit in a massive cue of cars then when you get served the prices are daylight robbery.

They have shot there prices right up after opening from covid 19 its rediculas prices and you cannot buy a burger separately its got to be a large meal its disgusting what there prices are

Just visit burger king at springkerse went back to counter 3 times. First with whopper which i asked for no lettuce it came with lettuce. Hubby ordered bacon burger which was cold. Then they gave us a new order and again the bacon was frozen. Not an enjoyable meal. Then coming out of there noticed a male member of staff with glasses on rubbing his nose then served food. How discusting thats why i only given one star rating

Went to use app and get 2 whopper meals at 7.99..got there and no burger buns ..so had to get 2 cheeseburger meals.. couldn't use app..had to pay £14..ridiculous..wont b bk..disappointed!!!

Eergisteren hier geweest. Belachelijk slecht. Kids box met nuggets bevat maar 4 kipnuggets. Service is verder ook niet goed. Als je een salade besteld krijg je er 1 met de datum van vandaag. Ook was er geen vorkje bij de salade. Wanneer je het vraagt aan de medewerker kijkt hij 2 seconden en verwijst je volgens naar een winkeltje in de buurt. Waar ze overigens geen bestek verkopen. Met dank aan Costa is het allemaal geregeld. Complimenten naar hun.

£5 for a double cheeseburger?! No wonder the place was empty! Daylight robbery for below average food. The King should hang his head in shame.

Friendly service, but those chicken chips were not good. I only eat from those fast food places when my kids want them from motorway services and I always feel rubbish/dirty afterwards, same again 😝

Classic burger king, it's pretty quite so you get your food at a good speed but it's not the best put together burger

Food was typical standard but the place was filthy, it was late at night when we got there and every table was dirty with peoples rubbish sitting on them, not once me.ber of staff made any effort to clean up. I used to go there when ever passing but won't gp back

Standard Burger King. Efficient service team. However the public areas especially the bins and tables not clean and overflowing with rubbish. This was a quiet time as I was served straight away.

Have been there 2 times and will probably never go again. On both occasions they were understaffed, which literally meant about a 20-25 minute wait to get our order of "fast food". This had a knock on effect which meant not one single table we looked for to eat was clean. This branch could be more successful if the area manager made some additions to staff during peak business hours.
