Great Food, Along with friendly staff but looking very tired and signs of damp which is a shame as only a few hours decorating would be needed to give it 100%

My partner and myself recently dined here and the food was 1st class. Great service. Well looked after at all times. Highly recommended. 5 star.
I miss The Robertsons, they were Simply the Best!! 💙💚🍺🍸👌🔥🏴
Lovely lunch in the Croft cafe and we did the highland cow tour. It was so enjoyable to get up close to these pampered and well loved highland cows. I would really recommend the tour.
Have been to farmer browns before for the ice cream which is always good. However, this time we called in for a light bite.
Ordered a panini and a sausage and egg cob.
The panini was OK but the sausage and egg cob was unbelievably poor. It came out with 1 sausage cut in half and a fried egg. That's it. For £5! What a rip off that was. Won't be wasting our time there again.
I absolutely love the wheaten scones. I would be sad if they stopped these. The hot cross buns are a second favourite. Never really but the sweet stuff
We came to Jura Isle to take a self driving tour of the isle with a visit to Corran Sands. Our family migrated from Jura Isle to the United States leaving from Corran Sands. Beautiful beach for finding little shells, wandering in the water and just sitting and pondering.
Easter Sunday Lunch/Birthday Celebration - we’d been looking for somewhere in the area that would be able to accommodate 5 adults, 3 kids and a dog :-)
We were seated in a side lounge/restaurant that was suitable of a party of our size and the dog, it was comfortable, fresh and rustic.
The staff were great, we were seated and a drinks order taken, menus given etc etc.
We chose just two courses from a fab menu,
Roast Lamb, Roast beef, Burger, fish and Chip and puds Lemon Tart, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Creme Brûlée, ice creams were our choices.
You could tell the food was freshly cooked and prepared and great care taken with the presentation. The Vegetables for the Roast dinners served seperate, which is in our eyes great so your not over faced with too much on your plate, plus I didn’t have to eat the veg I don’t care much for 🤣.
There was no rush for us to leave our table which sometimes can happen in restaurants. Front of house team very friendly and even willingly sang Happy Birthday to the birthday boy.
When we are back in the area, we will most certainly be visiting again.
Thank you
Gran ambiente relajado, personal amable y atento y deliciosa comida.
Popped in hungry and ordered two soups. Lentil , hot and delicious with a warm crust roll and proper butter. Perfect. Tried the fruit scone and wasn’t disappointed, warm with jam and cream ( whipped not clotted but still very good) really lovely homely food just what we needed. Would recommend
