What a gem,
20 minutes north of Portree and worth the drive.
Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good food and a fabulous view overlooking the Uig Harbour.
We really enjoyed our stay. We all had single rooms which had a decent sized bed, a good sized bathroom. Some hotels squeeze single people into a tiny space.
Enjoyed a wonderful three night stay here. The vibe in the outside area is awesome. Sunshine, river view, music and drinks, just perfect👌 Love coming to Dunkeld and you always get a friendly welcome at The Atholl Arms.
Best cheesesteak I’ve ever had! The beef was tender, the cheese perfectly melted, and the bread just right. Super friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back!

A fair 3 star hotel in the centre of Aberdeen. Fantastic value for your money. Spacious standard rooms, with fully equipped kitchenette. Impeccably clean.
Be aware that Google Maps wants to make you drive some weird way which lets you arrive somewhere wrong in the city centre alleys - use preferably Apple Maps instead. The parking garage entry is in the Flourmill Lane right at the end (yellow sign, hotel unfortunately not mentioned).
Absolutely shocking! We turned up at the door and the place was CLOSED! We had a reservation and even on google it told us it was open?!? No calls or emails to tell us anything and they even sent us an email reminding us of our upcoming reservation 2 HOURS BEFORE OUR RESERVATION! absolutely ridiculous and raging
My Daughter decided to take me for a day out to this Antiques Centre and cafe, I thought it was off the beaten track as it seemed so far out , I did not think that it would be busy , wrong on a couple of levels the car park was fairly full , I thought the antiques part could not have been more wrong , the second was my daughter had booked a table I did not think it was necessary wrong again, at the time of our booking we where promptly seated , and served shortly after the young man William was extremely pleasant and efficient , our lunch came pretty quickly , it was spot on no mistakes it was warm and well presented , after about 5/10 minutes William came over and asked if everything was to our satisfaction , it was , that is a nice professional touch that others should take heed of it is important that the customer should feel happy, the cafe was spotless , the tables spotless as where the cutlery and plates both my daughter and I noted the quality of the napkins we both thought they where linen they where not but felt like it , so many times you are given something that resembles a tissue , I usually eat the same meal so I am aware of the prices charged , the quality of the food was first class so was the attention to detail so I did not mind paying a bit more for lunch , it was not cheap but given the quality of the service and food it was worth it, and my last assumption no need to book by the time we where leaving it was busy a good sign
Thoroughly enjoyed fish and chips and burger and chips with a beer and a glass on wine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ate outside overlooking the harbour on the sunniest evening of the year so far, fabulous!
Food was pretty good and reasonable. We have been previously, it was nice to see that the premises had been given a lick of paint 🫟. Would definitely return.
