Without a doubt the best pub in Edinburgh! Great staff with an even better selection of drinks and pies. Always busy on a match day. Wonderful lively atmosphere and polite, experienced service. Not to mention always showing live sports on a number of different TV’s! Seriously the place to be for any sports fan! Also, £6 aperol spritz - not to be sniffed at! 🙌🏻

Lovely restaurant bar. Staff make you really welcome. Set menu of cold and hot tapas. Asked if any allergies or dislikes ie seafood. Waiting staff explain dishes to you. Lovely jugs of sangria. We liked it so much we went twice when we visited Broughty Ferry for a couple of days. Food was really lovely. Definitely with a visit.

Service was great and a cosy Christmas vibes however the food arrived cold and tasted old like it had been sat there a while, With how expensive the menu is i had higher standards than what we received.

Excellent cafe in a great location with beautiful views from all tables. Service was fast and polite, drinks arrived quickly with the food not too far behind. Food was all quality products. Will be back for another visit

Excellent cut noodles in broth - my favorite in Edinburgh. The selection of condiments to season the food with was nice, too, if you enjoy your food spicier than it comes.

My husband and I will 100% be returning! I'm not a steak fan but my husband is, they have other options so I decided to book for our anniversary. They bring out a tray of all the different cuts and explain what's what and how they recommend it to be cooked. Th food was phenomenal! And the desserts oh my yum! If you haven't been I would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed! EDIT Not a steak fan me, had rump tonight (21/9/23) and it was delicious!! Would definitely have it again which isn't something I thought I'd ever say about steak! Fantastic restaurant!! Always leave feeling full and satisfied! Highly highly recommend! EDIT (14/10/23) They have a new small selection of cocktails now available which just adds to all the reasons why this is mine and my husbands favourite place to go! EDIT (6/3/24) Pinion rings and corn on the cob are fantastic sides to accompany your stake. Which I have quickly became a fan of! If you haven't already definitely give this place a try, you won't regret it! EDIT 24/12/24 Had our Christmas eve dinner here and it was fantastic! HUGE portion of turkey and plenty veg with a big Yorkshire pudding! Tables were set with christmas crackers for and extra wee festive touch Honestly this is the best place to go in Musselburgh!

Great soaps. Tragic cafe. Some staff are just lovely. Some exude arrogance.

Visited with a friend for tea, booked for 5.30 and it was very busy, greeted by a luvly man who showed us to our table (no 20) through the back. Ordered our food, a mushroom and halloumi to share which was very nice. Then a Iskender + chicken shish and an mixed Iskender also very tasty. A great atmosphere in the restaurant as a lot of party tables. All the servers worked very hard. Will return :) :)
