Amazing place! Best pancakes while on tour with my band! Definitely a great restaurant plus coffee was on point.

Lovely place with friendly service and delicious food. We shared eggs alba and pistachio and raspberry pancakes which were both fantastic. Good coffee, and great non alcoholic drink options.

The food and drinks delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment. The lovely staff —Esme and Krystian were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend

Best place in Glasgow for a yummy brunch or some unique heavenly cocktails! Camilla was such an amazing person and she went beyond and above to please us! Thanks Camilla! Gorgeous decor and staff very efficient. We had the cooked breakfast and the pistachio pancakes. Breakfast was great, but I found the portion size of the pancakes to be far too big, and a bit overly sweet for my liking - although the pancakes themselves were light and fluffy, and appreciated the generous amount of fresh raspberries. Would happily come again, and try something different next time.

I had a brill brunch this morning. super tasty. not too mention how accommodating the staff esmé and erin were, who made my stay all the better! 100% recommend!

Wanted a quick lunch stop in the rain and found this great place. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the service was good and the food was excellent. Seemed to be all kinds of exciting things to try on the menu. Music wasn't bad either.

This was my first visit to Derby Lane and it certainly won’t be the last. I ordered the Eggs Alba which going on the description on the menu sounded lovely, the food was even better than I thought it was going to be. I had a lovely hot chocolate too. The food really is as good if not better than expected. Shoutout to Erin and Jamie too, I was dining on my own, they made me feel welcome and were so friendly.

Very disappointing overall. Food really poor- grilled cheese halloumi was dry and bland. Predominantly dry bread crusts with very little filling. Expensive too (I assume they automatically added a service charge with what the bill came to). Definitely wouldn’t return.

Very quaint, extremely friendly staff, excellent food, fabulous coffee. If you like cream with your coffee (not milk, cream!) they serve it here and it’s delish!!

We went to derby lane for breakfast/ brunch. What a lovely looking venue, decor is amazing. Staff Paula & Erin were friendly informative and great service. The breakfast (my wife and I both has The Rosti Stack, with sides of bacon and tato tots). Food was fantastic big shout out to kitchen staff. Best breakfast I think ever. Keep it up guys well done

Great cocktails and cool concept! We came to the 2D speakeasy after the Van Gogh experience and felt like a nice continuation of the art theme, Jamie and Erin showed us a great time

I've been to Darby lane for food and downstairs for a party. Food it so good! For a party it's a great space for a small party. Highly recommend. Staff are lovely.

Amazing atmosphere and service. Turkish eggs were nice. Pancakes were very doughy and cakey, we couldn’t finish them as it is a challenge to cut them.

What a stunning cafe/bar. The beautiful exterior drew me in. Inside is stunning too. Service was quick and efficient. Lovely ambiance..... as I was eating alone I felt comfortable and safe. The food was lush. I opted for a Dirty Chai coffee (delicious and pretty)! Then a Scottish Breakfast .... I did have to ask what certain thing were .... and Jamie explained (and to be fair being from Wales I couldn't understand a word so smile and nod)! Boris and Cassy man the kitchen and food was cooked and presented beautifully.....I didn't like the potato scone thingy.....but I also don't like hash browns ( not the same but fried potato so for me it's a yuk)! Parking right outside the door as well which is a bonus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called during the week the waitress was curt and kept repeating herself. Looks like we got the same one at dinner. The day was saved by an absolutly charming young man . Whos knowledge of the food industry was exemplary. His people skills were excellent. His listening skills also He turned a bad experience into something lovely . Nothing too much trouble for him . Lastly his wine recommendation simply devine . Lets hope hes in next time xx
