The best restaurants in Northern Ireland

The food was a 2/10. Staff 0/10. So rude and very dismissive. I asked for chicken gravy and was told they don’t serve this even tho it was on posters all over the store. And still told no it’s not on the menu which is a little funny as you can see photo attached. This is a place if you are extremely drunk. Staff couldn’t have been less helpful. Honestly was terrible!

While the lunch menu is simple--sandwiches and soups--the food is fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is pleasantly quaint and the staff friendly. A respite from city and highway, right on the coastal route.

Never had an issue at this place. Well run and the staff are friendly. Quick service too even when they are busy. The odd time the chips can be soggy and not as hot as you'd like, but I can turn a blind eye to it as the majority of times they are good.

Slowest service i have ever had. Staff didn't want to be there and didn't know if they did the rewards scheme.

The food is alright customer service is bad if you like bad customer service this is for you, the guy working there is probably not keeping with a proper hygiene code, his hands are dirty at times visibly not only that getting your money back for a order that is wrong is difficult and time consuming and emotionally draining the guy makes you feel at fault for it, just save your time and make your own kebab or just go to a different place, I hardly do reviews but I feel like this is deserved for how much money I paid. Atleast I got my money back, also he short changes you indefinitely if you've got coins, I hope this review serves as a lesson to not trust this place or any places especially if the reviews are not good.

First time at the ‘Mill Race Restaurant’ at the Dunadry Hotel and it certainly won’t be the last. The hotel is immaculately decorated surrounded by cultured, maintained gardens. Our table was booked for 19.30 and we’re seated on time. An easily set out selective (not too crowded) Menu of both favourite and Seasonal dishes; each making the choice difficult. However, following a gorgeous starter, it was Seasonal Mains of Lamb and Halibut with all the trimmings. These dishes didn’t disappoint; beautifully set out with every element of the dishes was; tastes galore. To finish, it was a light Lemon & Blueberry Cheesecake. Overall, the food and service was a 10/10 and staff deserve huge credit. Thank you

There was a large wart on the delivery driver’s finger

I did not receive my order I received someone else's order 12 hours I've been waiting. Will not be using this app again. And I have put a request in for a refund yesterday.

Absolute shambles. Food was soggy and cold the delivery took an hour and 25 minutes! What a complete waste of 30 pound

This had to be the single worst Burger King in the country—surely. Every visit, the staff were incredibly slow, as if they were trained to move at a snail’s pace. It became a running joke to hear, “Sorry, we don’t have that,” time and time again. The queues were ridiculous, and the service was always poor. To make matters worse, their opening hours never seemed to match what was listed online. Add in the fact there were no self-service screens—just painfully slow, face-to-face ordering—and it felt like everything was designed to test your patience. On the plus side, the physical location was actually great, with plenty of seating. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by how poorly everything was handled. It’s not surprising they ended up closing—especially once McDonald’s arrived. The only reason people used this Burger King before was that there wasn’t any other “burger place” around. If there had been two options, this particular branch would’ve lost out every time. Not a shame at all that it’s gone. Slow service, incorrect opening times, staff that always seemed disinterested—there was no chance of competing. I can’t say I’ll miss it.
