2 cheeseburgers came wrong of course, asked for no red sauce.

No chips with meal no straw with drink chicken dry and burnt

Missing food again 2 days in a row

ordered the nether sauce and it didn’t come with it, also forgot my straw 😓

I asked for no cheese on my burger and they gave me cheese on it anyway

9 piece chicken nuggets didn't come with my order

I make an order for more than £40, and I didn’t receive any of it. Instead I got small fries, nuggets and some dip. It’s a joke. I don’t even mention to waiting more than 2 hours for delivery.

Toilets are a mess loads of water on floor. And had no toilet paper and Disabled toilet was a bigger disaster

no fries and dry burgers, no extra sauces that was paid for,always an issue with this place and it never gets rectified

No cheese on the Philly cheese stack again

food was good. the new shamrock ☘️ shake was nice also. the delivery driver was very friendly

I received the worst service ever at this mcdonald’s. Went through the drive thru at 12:55am on the way home from Dublin and the staff were so astronomically rude. The guy at the speaker and window was also extremely stupid and impolite, he barely opened the window because we had an app order. After passing that window, we reached the food window and were basically thrown the drinks. No cupholder no straws, nothing. As it had been hours since we went to the bathroom, my dad asked if we could use the toilets and since they were closed, I expected them to at no since I also work at mcdonald’s but the woman was extremely rude, she said “no” in a rude tone and told us to park round the corner. No please, no manners, no respect whatsoever or customer service in this restaurant. I understand we went through right before closing but come on customer service should still exist, if you’re not closed, you’re still serving people. While parked out the front, it took over 20 minutes for our food to be brought to us. Shockingly it was warm and tasted normal but that doesn’t take away from the horrendous service we received. Additionally, I ordered two happy meals and the chips were ice cold but the rest of them were fresh. The quarter pounder burger looked like it had been chewed up and spat into the grill by about five different people and the box was COVERED in oil and grease. Whoever trained the staff in this mcdonald’s should not have a job anymore. This location should be shut down.

Stone cold sent it back not my fault they can’t find address not taking cold food and 25 minutes late

although fast, some food was cold beyond eating when it arrived and the apple pie I ordered was replaced with a cherry pie. delivery driver seemed dead on

So half my food was misssing 2 burgers weren’t there , 2 of my kids got nothing so thank you

when the food eventually got here, the driver was not using a bag that keeps the food warm. when I opened my order, both my burger and fries were absolutely freezing

Just not as good as it was a few years ago, no matter how they dress it up, it's not great and they've increased their prices.

the order was delivered on time. there was no problem with the courier. the large fries looked like a small to medium portion and yet again, for the umpteenth time, the dip was missing

the chips i got were cold. I ordered 4 dips and only got 3. I had to throw the chips out they were that cold the kids couldn't eat them. very disappointed

Food was on time and delivered straight to the door but got half a think off chips and ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a banana one instead child still drank it but wasn’t what was ordered and food was cold like it had been sitting for minutes before it was delivered very disappointed

Went to this McDonald’s and was not impressed there was a piece of hair in my Fanta and was disappointed.

Absolute disgrace. I ordered 1.32pm to be told 2.45 which is is find of course. Then it changed to 3.45 then 4.45 then 5pm. No option to cancel. Just for the food to get here and be freezing cold. I rang the restaurant 6 times to no answer.

No drinks with the order, delivery driver said none was given to him, no refund for them either from just eat, how hard is it to get orders right, constantly being charged for items that don’t turn up. Food was freezing also
