Mcdonald's Restaurants in Newry and Mourne

Exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s. This one is smaller than most so can feel crowded at peak times and you may struggle to find a seat if your sitting in

Forgot the kids chips, two meals no chips kids are disappointed kids are hungry

our food never came we were also on the phone with this fella who wouldn’t go to the right house i expect a refund

when the food eventually got here, the driver was not using a bag that keeps the food warm. when I opened my order, both my burger and fries were absolutely freezing

Just not as good as it was a few years ago, no matter how they dress it up, it's not great and they've increased their prices.

Very poor service. Alwats have to wait for food longer than It should. Menagement should know that mc dobalrd is calles fast food for a reason

the order was delivered on time. there was no problem with the courier. the large fries looked like a small to medium portion and yet again, for the umpteenth time, the dip was missing

the chips i got were cold. I ordered 4 dips and only got 3. I had to throw the chips out they were that cold the kids couldn't eat them. very disappointed

2 bacon tasty burgers no bacon on either hardly any cheese no ketchup no bbq sauce

Food was on time and delivered straight to the door but got half a think off chips and ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a banana one instead child still drank it but wasn’t what was ordered and food was cold like it had been sitting for minutes before it was delivered very disappointed

Went to this McDonald’s and was not impressed there was a piece of hair in my Fanta and was disappointed.

Absolute disgrace. I ordered 1.32pm to be told 2.45 which is is find of course. Then it changed to 3.45 then 4.45 then 5pm. No option to cancel. Just for the food to get here and be freezing cold. I rang the restaurant 6 times to no answer.

Food was lukewarm at best but was so hungry we just reheated it. Was very disappointed

No drinks with the order, delivery driver said none was given to him, no refund for them either from just eat, how hard is it to get orders right, constantly being charged for items that don’t turn up. Food was freezing also

Food came cold. Driver got lost and I text asking was he lost. I gave him directions and still couldn’t find the house. Had to stand in the rain at the gate for 10 minutes so the driver could see me.

I placed this order at 17:13 for it to be here for 19:15 and it wasn't delivered on time . This was so a family member would have something to eat before a long journey which they couldn't wait for and left with nothing. What's the point in having a time selection when it can't be met . I understand times change etc but this was placed 2 hours early so there should be no excuse as to why. The food has been a waste plus my money .
