Subway in Newry and Mourne

I'm a coeliac and ordered Gluten Free The Baller... asked to wait as meatballs weren't quite ready... 10mins later presented with my meal... I ate it but later discovered it wasnt gluten free... Utterly disgusted for trusting them. Never again

Went into subway today as I do about once a week just as a treat and handy snack the store says the close at 7pm I went in at 6pm and they said we only are doing takeaway I was curious on why they where only doing takeaway only so I asked why? The girl behind the counter was very unpleased and said with an attitude because we have to clean the shop, know bear in mind Buttercrane is opened till nine and they would have time after the shop closes to clean the shop. This is my first ever bad experience with subway and was very shocked.

Selection for vegetarian on the menue BUT is rarely ever actually available!😡 very unfriendly staff and not helpful at all!!! Don't think I'd bother going back.

Good food but tables were not clean. Literally had to push someone elses rubish on a side of table so we can have space to eat our sandwich.

Dirty, slow service... not recommended

After experiencing a highly stressed situation in here. 2.10.21,13.40. Girl was folding my sandwich where salad fell out.. she threw it in the bin. I aired my upset but she wasn't paying proper attention. Spent too much time making lettuce neat and the sandwich was getting cold.Management pls train the girls to have common sense. Thks,

Rude staff. Nothing on sandwiches and the place was dirty

This place is disgusting. With all the sanitising and cleaning taking place in eateries recently, these guys obviously didn’t receive the memo. There were no dedicated staff to clean down after customer, and it had dirty floors and seats too.. food is nice, staff are not as nice.

Dirty tables and sofas, staff really slow, no energy to work. Cold food/ preparation time too long/. Not recommended

Only noticed after ordering that ALL there veg was FROZEN, which is dangerous! I told the colleague behind the desk there and he said oh ok thanks....nothing was removed not sure if it was turned down or what happened but it made our "toasted" subs absolutely freezing!!!

Not enough space if you had a pram with you food is fine and staff are friendly

This Subway now appears to be in The Quays shopping centre. Clean and usual high standards expected of this chain. Will not knock points of for this store not being listed correctly but it does need to be sorted.

Clean? Yes ( smells of disenfectant), staff, couldn't give a damn, green peppers with everything whether orders or not. There are many other roll/sandwich take outs close by.

Good honest reliable subway food, good value for money!

The staff is very nice but I prefer to go to the subway in the quays because its not as busy.

Need a quick filling lunch, Subway is a tasty good value option and probably healthier than other fast food outlets. It’s nice now and again and today was one of those days.

As always when out shopping there comes a time whenever you need a rest and a snack. Subway in Newry can give you both. Excellent fresh subs, hot drinks all for excellent value. The £3:00 meal deal is supberb.

I've jus went for my lunch at work and went to subway on monahan street because it's quick, so I went in today and it was empty, happy days I thought, but no 8 minutes I was standing waiting to be served, and a family of 4 came in after me an was also waiting, I shouted excuse me and no answer so I banged the counter 4 times before a young black haired girl came out laughing, and saying sorry, I said it duzn matter I've to go back to work now and left! Need to sort your staff out! ! Absolute discrace! Will not be eating here again.

Very good price for eating on a budget. Very good choices of breads and salads. Very good for quick meal. Very good for health. Can be boring if you go too much. But unbeatable prices and value.

No soy un gran fan de metro. Me parece que el pan un poco demasiado suave y prefieren un pan crujiente. No está mal para un bocado, cuando tienes prisa. Los adolescentes escolares locales parece que me encanta, ya que está lleno de ellas todo el tiempo. Un poco ruidoso y no es mi taza de té.

Good grub pleasant service , both enjoyed are food nice and quite would certainly go back, bit surprised I couldn't get a Coke but I enjoyed the Pepsi firstone ive had in years

Imagine that, a reviewer saying that a generic fast food chain is generic, genius I know... the food is good and you know what you are getting. word to the wise, choose your time carefully as this is kind of the local hangout for after school teenagers who huddle together to share one refillable beverage for hours on end.

what can i say! the best sanwhich you can find for a great price! although staff are all very young, however they always seem to be v.friendly.

With Subway you get value quick service and reasonably healthy food. I prefer the Monaghan St branch fot atmosphere. But value and if in locality its good.

Very fast and quick service, lots of seats. friendly staff, value for money. Just one little bad thing was that there was no toilets, but there are in the shopping mall across the road
