The best restaurants in Newtownabbey North Eastern NI

Walked in and walked out, the smell was sickening, like damp.

Hard to give review. Opening hours says closing time is 11.00pm but when I arrived at 9.30pm they had already closed and cleaned up.

The food is actually good and it’s good value. Just don’t phone to ask why your order is late or you’ll get a sarky lecture.

Customer service skills terrible shouldn't be working with the public can't rate there food as didn't get that far told them there attitude stinks and to forget about the order and went somewhere else

Place should be closed all they sell is dog food absolutely disgusting

First visit for a while (not sure why) but once again everything was perfect. Fabulous building, quick service and tea and scones were exce6 - in fact, I would say the best scones we have ever had. Again prices were very good. Think we shall be back again quicker than before.

20£+ for a jumbo hot dog meal and a chicken baguette. Meal didnt combo with any chips, hot dog was absolutely drenched in sauce, chicken was overcooked and after calling customer service, there was no attempt whatsoever to compensate. Will NOT be ordering again

Ordered ahead of time we needed food delivered for and selected delivery time. Food was delivered bang on our selected slot!

Read it was a restaurant and it has big sign saying that. Went in with a friend and we sat at tables and chairs provided. I ordered Mongolian special and boiled rice. My friend ordered chicken wings, fried veg portion and hot and sour soup. I asked for tap water and was told they don't do that, so I went to car and brought my own water over. Whilst sitting we noticed one star only hygiene despite 5 star on here pic The surly enough lady who took our prepaid orders sat a plastic bag on counter. I said we were sitting down. She said we don't do sit in. I muttered but you've got a big sign saying restaurant. She shrugged. After a while they produced one spoon I asked for and never gave my friend one despite him ordering hot and sour soup. My portions were very small and dearer than other Chinese places I have used. There were 2 prawns and very little beef or char sui in it and beef was tough. It was a sickly sweet dish and I could not finish it. My friend just about finished his and the wings he had were raw at the bones. One of the worst Chinese I had the misfortune to use. Never again.

Food is cold, even when getting a delivery it is ALWAYS wrong (mostly short). It is a total embarassment to McDonalds and whoever is in management needs to be swapped out for someone better !!!!!!

Big mistake fish batter on one side was soggy and not much fish. Chips were anaemic and soggy. Go to Clarence instead

long waiting time for delivery. 50% of a kebab is just fat in which there are burnt pieces of meat. And for I paid extra fries, they literally gave 5 fries a failure. I'm ordering here for the first and last time

Very disappointed with the chips tonight - undercooked. Vegetarians and Vegans beware - the chips are done in beef dripping and this isn’t mentioned anywhere. Needless to say they don’t taste like they had.
