McDonalds in Newtownabbey

Hottest part was the ice cold drink!! That food must be sitting about for a VERY long time……Gads!! Do urself a favour & avoid!!

Fast food? I don't think an hour and a quarter for a delivery to less than 10 minutes away is acceptable so I rang to complain and the response from the young lady who answered the phone was 'well its one less order we will have to worry about. Well OK Burger King it is from now on!

I used the just eat delivery this afternoon for mac Donald's connswater first time I have used this for here, I was disappointed with my meal it was cold and unbeatable, only thing I could eat was ice cream and apple pie chicken strips and fries were cold, I put my order in and they gave me a time, it did not arrive at the time they said, I went on to find out what was going on they then gave me another time over half an hour later, by this time I was getting even more hungry, then opened my package and it was cold not even lukewarm

Im not one for complaining especially on social media. However, the McDonalds on the Antrim Rd in Glengormley, has been consistently bad for a long long time. The service is poor, the tills are consistently broken.(painfully watching someone using pen and paper to calculate change). The food orders are wrong so often i dont even trust the drive through (burnt, incorrect, cold.. the list goes on) I know it sounds like km a regular mcdonalds eater which i am not but when you do fancy one you thi k it can't be bad again.. oh it certainly can. Simply put avoid if possible or complain so things can change.

I walked into this mcdonalds and i ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin and it was nothing less than brilliant, i was greeted at the till with the new employee Jack (i looked at the name badge) and they were very polite and down to earth, then after a short wait my Sausage and Egg McMuffin arrived with me and my Tropicana was cold and tasted fresh, my past experiences in this was very rough but this time it was extraordinary.

Went to mcdo newtownabbey for breakfast and ordered pancakes for my young son. Got the pancakes no syrup so ask for syrup and butter and was told that they dont do butter. What???

I don’t visit this McDonald’s often, but when I do there is always always something missing from the order (drive thru) ordered cheese bites, had to ask for the dip that comes with it (is it really that hard ‍♀️) previous orders had missing chips, missing nuggets. Can’t remember a time when I didn’t have to go back and ask for something that should’ve been there. Wouldn’t recommend

Not had a McDonalds in ages, thought I would try one now they can be delivered to your door in Swinton, Manchester. Delivery driver said he'd been knocking for ages even though it was a nano second I had been to the door and he wasn't there. The burger was almost cold, very messy, not presented well at all and the fries were small portion, dry, lukewarm with no taste and they forgot my sweet chilli sauce. The banana milkshake not as flavoursome as they used to be. The lemonade/raspberry slurpy looked better than it tasted, odd taste to it...I didn't really enjoy the meal and won't be ordering again...This is not the McDonalds I used to have back in the day....It was a better standard than this muck they gave me tonight...

Enjoyed my lunch in McDonald's even though I was alone but then I had a newspaper which kept me off my phone

They always deliver something wrong. The drinks are spilled , they give hamburgers in stead of nuggets. You pay for sauce but they don’t deliver it. Very bad experience

Call into McConnells of doagh on Wednesday, Cheltenham on ,great day had lunch beer bet bar full great crack. I have drink in this bar for years staff are brilliant food brilliant and great price. Bar well run clean highly recommend.* * * * * You must call.

A five star experience! Tonight's meal was excellent. The receptionist was very pleasant, patient and helpful. The fries were piping hot and the Jamaican chicken was beautiful. The tray was brought to us as we sat by a courteous young man. And I was given the receipt without having to ask for it. I'm writing this review being full and satisfied. Would I recommend it? On the basis of the meal tonight, yes indeed!

We go to mc ds on a Tuesday night after cinema we usely wouid have a coffee a t and an apple pie some time we have chicken selects thay r realy nice love them the staff r usely very nice x

Waited half an hour in drive thru, girl giving food out the window was very rude and threw the red sauces into the car. After waiting that time I would have liked for my meal to be correct however it was wrong!!!!!! Poor service and poor customer service.

This McDonald's always seems particularly busy , place is clean and well looked after , food is just typical McDonald's , if ordering through drive through make sure and check order before you leave as we had placed order of 2 kids burger meals and upon checking they hadn't put burger in one of the kids boxes , hard to believe they could get such a small order wrong.

Tried new Uber eats today what a joke order cancelled after an hour of waiting.!!!! Not good enough!!! They couldn’t find a driver!!!

This is the worst McDonalds ever. I don’t know why I give it a second or even third chance. If they’re not short changing you in fries from their drive thru, then they’re giving cold food. There really isn’t any excuse for this sort of service or crap food. They aren’t even bothered to follow it up when you complain via email to them. I’d rather drive to Connswater to get a proper, warm and fairly portioned size meal than buy from here again.

While the food is brought to you quickly, I found my chips to be quite hard and that made them harder to eat. The cleanliness here could be better. The seating at the tables is also a tight squeeze.

McDs is always a pretty standard affair. The decor here is 5/5. Staff are 5/5 And facilities 5/5

Tried the new signature spicy burger at abbeycentre, really enjoyed it.. then made the stupid mistake of ordering one at glengormley. Used drive through and got home and it had no jalapeno on it. So it wasn't a spicy burger, just an over priced cheese burger. Maybe inform the customer that the vital ingredient is missing next time.. last trip was a fillet of fish minus the tartare sauce. So if you want decent service go to abbeycentre. Too many silly kids work in glengormley!

Just another McDonalds awkwardly sited and serving the usual mediocre fare nevertheless loved by so many. I'm glad to be in the minority.

I got a bacon lettuce cheese and chicken sandwich and for £1.49 it was reasonably priced. There wasn't much bacon and the chicken was all reconstituted so u get what u pay for.

Tengo que decir que este es el mejor McDonald's que he tenido en Belfast. He probado otros restaurantes mcdonalds como Royal Avenue, Plaza Victoria, Boucher Road, el Kennedy Center y el centro de la Abadía (suena como u comer es McDonald's, pero que no! ). Y tengo que decir que aunque algunos de los otros restaurantes están muy bien, me parece que el mcdonalds en glengormley es el mejor.

Went for food, burger was stale and must have been sitting for a while, won't be back, if am going to Order food I still expect it to be of a minimum quality which it did. Not meet!!!!!

McDonald's is McDonald's but the service I got was poor went in the drive thru 2 cars behind me but they got their food before me and I only ordered a Big Mac meal and quarter pounder meal other 2 had more

Popped in for a quick brekky treat as didn't want to cook and was in a hurry. Ordered my double sausage mcmuffin and literally it was thrown onto my tray!!!! Not impressed!!!! Tasted ok, was only like warm, but what to do!?!?

You get what you expect if calling by for a quick lunch snack, nothing special but the same as ever, nevertheless a useful location.

El nivel de servicio pésimo, la actitud del personal, la entrega de la palabra hablado; todas las cosas que este "franquicia" falla en rotundamente.

Mi esposa y yo decidimos coger una delicia tarde por la noche. La máquina un batido no estaba en como de costumbre. Aunque el personal se disculpó y no era culpa suya.

Necesitaba proteínas después de entrenamiento gimnasio y todo estaba cerrado, así que metimos en dos magdalenas de porquería de huevo y estaban bien. El miembro del personal nuevo y bien cuidado disculparse él era muy dulce y obviamente fue tratando muy difícil. Ningún problema en absoluto lo suficientemente limpia y la ubicación era bien.

Having a young son McDonald's is a must, staff work very hard and are friendly even when place is packed. Staff always willing to Swop toys if kids already have the 1 given out for the week in kiddies meal.
