Read it was a restaurant and it has big sign saying that. Went in with a friend and we sat at tables and chairs provided. I ordered Mongolian special and boiled rice. My friend ordered chicken wings, fried veg portion and hot and sour soup. I asked for tap water and was told they don't do that, so I went to car and brought my own water over. Whilst sitting we noticed one star only hygiene despite 5 star on here pic The surly enough lady who took our prepaid orders sat a plastic bag on counter. I said we were sitting down. She said we don't do sit in. I muttered but you've got a big sign saying restaurant. She shrugged. After a while they produced one spoon I asked for and never gave my friend one despite him ordering hot and sour soup. My portions were very small and dearer than other Chinese places I have used. There were 2 prawns and very little beef or char sui in it and beef was tough. It was a sickly sweet dish and I could not finish it. My friend just about finished his and the wings he had were raw at the bones. One of the worst Chinese I had the misfortune to use. Never again.

The food and portion sizes are not as good as competitors in the same area.

Ordered a Kung po . The colour was brown instead of red. They used peanuts instead of cashew. The food was absolutely gross. Never will I order from there again.

Had a home delivery from my daughter ordered at 6pm, food arrived at 8.10pm and was STONE COLD. Small portion sizes, not worth the price paid. Will NEVER use again and don't recommend it either.

Ordered food on a sat night, had a few drinks and was hungry, ordered a £45 pound order for me and my fam and it all arrived warm and early delivery driver was very nice and polite, food was very nice will definitely be ordering from this place again has beat every other takeaway I have had!

fantastic Chinese shop! better than the asian star in glengormly and the asian kitchen which is hard to beat i would definitely order from here again it is a nice food plac. :) 👍

Watery beef curry which was ready in two minutes????? With really cheap and tasteless cuts of meat which were like leather, won't be back there again!

Terrible do not order from here worst food ever chicken balls were soggy and chick chow mien smelt off and tastes of rubber

Delivery was 1 hour 45 minutes wait! Had to telephone to see where it was to which was told won't be long. Food was freezing when it arrived

Ordered a takeaway from Toto Justeat online, at 6:23pm. Was informed it would be delivered between 7:35 pm - 7:55pm! Didn't arrive! I phoned the restaurant and was advised it would be 30minutes later. I will not be ordering from this place again!

Worst food I’ve ever had. Beef in the curry completely raw and well past it’s sell by best. Nothing on the order was edible. It shows a 5 star food rating on its photos it actually has 2 food hygiene stars. This place shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Disgusting meal obviously given reheated chips from the lunch time service for kids. No place would be able to give you a fresh order in under 5 minutes. Will never be going here again

I have never left a negative review before but the service I received last night was the worst I have ever received. I ordered and paid for a delivery last night that never arrived. After nearly a 2 hour wait I phoned ToTo to be told “Yes, your order is on its way” To be told a downright lie when waiting on food I was led to believe my food won’t be long. Another hour goes by with an 8 year old son waiting on his dinner I try to ring back but this time their phones are not answered at all. All in all I waited 3 hours for food that did not arrive. If I had have known at the time, I would have ordered elsewhere and got a refund. But I sat waiting on something that was never going to arrive! DO NOT USE TOTO MONKSTOWN.

First time ordering from Toto's and well absolutely delicious meal . Good size portions nice juicy vegs and very reasonably priced.. will definitely be my new go to takeaway.thanks guys

Worst meal we have had in years , very small rice,, very small chip,, and a curry that tasted more like gravy,, worst meal we’ve had ever,,, don’t waste your money

Got our delivery within reasonable time, food was OK but drinks are 4 months out or date AGAIN as this is the 2nd time they have done this, currently I have been waiting an hour and half for replacement, phones are ringing off. I seriously question the freshness of the food if they cannot even maintain stock rotation on their drinks! Edit: they are now closed and my replacement drinks never arrived, will be reporting to food hygiene tomorrow.

Awful service... waited 2 hours, called twice, first time after it was 20mins late to be told it had been sent, second time told it hadn’t even been cooked and would have to wait another 30mins. Could hear staff complaining about the “inconvenience I caused” in the background. Cancelled the order!

Horrible food poisoning, girlfriend and I were sick for days after! Never again

Ugh. My son bought me a takeaway this evening as a late mother's day present. I had a strange beef with cashew nut dish with boiled rice. The rice was so overcooked it came out in one solid mass and couldn't be split up. The beef was cold and tasteless, the onions and brocoli still raw and all in all it was very unsatisfactory. My husband needed a magnifying glass to find the meat in his chow mein, and my sons honey chilli chicken tasted burned. Absolutely horrid. Would never order from here again. Do yourself a favour and avoid. 0

Special curry was awful.watery curry and lots of mushrooms with dry white meat? coudnt tell the difference if it was chicken or pork it was so rubbery.chips wer dry.i make a much better curry at home.and for order of 25 quid you should give prawn crackers free like everyother chinese .

Not only was it an hour later than was expected but came freezing even though the driver was here a half hour before and the food wasn't what I would call consumable pure disgusting if only I could give less than one star.

Cold food, Soggy chips, vegetables when asked for none, there was bone in the gravy. Sausages did not even taste like meat.

Consistently lovely products. Many dishes tried with friends and family, who have all been very pleased. But never open as advertised ( never open till 11pm or midnight).

Absolute disgrace! Last time I will order from here. Chicken was rock solid and the portion sizes are terrible for the price payed, don't reccomend at all as it's not the first time I've ordered and it hasn't been nice.

Good takeaway. Usual selection of dishes. Always very tasty, but spiciness of dishes can vary considerably from one visit to the next.

Toto delivers great foods with quality. I have had the cantonese style chicken which is fresh and delicious, as well as the soft noodles with beansproats which is a favourite. The honey chili chicken is usually good too. Out of the past 5 times I've ordered from here it has been great. The only issue is the sweet and sour sauce on occasion. It can sometimes has too much vinegar or can be too sweet, which was the case this evening. Hopefully next time it'll be better. Besides the sauce, toto exceeds the level of freshness I expect from a small town Chinese take-away. Hope you enjoy!

Stinking, slow and incorrect order 👎

Disgusting. Me and partner both got half and halfs. Far too much curry sauce had to scrape half of it off before we could even start eating. My boiled rice was so overcooked it was like a mouthful of mush - I couldn't eat it. The thick noodles were also disgusting - after a few mouthfuls the texture made me feel nauseous. Had to bin them. Disappointed we wasted £8 and didn't just have a bowl of cereal for supper which we ended up having anyway!

Watery curry, small portions and not even a free bag of prawn crackers when your spending over £20 which I find extremely miserable. Used to be good not anymore.

Delivery was ordered at 925 rang at 1015 said it would be at least another 25 mins .....far too slow
