long waiting time for delivery. 50% of a kebab is just fat in which there are burnt pieces of meat. And for I paid extra fries, they literally gave 5 fries a failure. I'm ordering here for the first and last time

I ordered the kebab and chips separately and got it all in naan bread

This is our first time ordering and it was disappointing. My partner had steak kebab and chips really hot and my chicken tikka on nan not warm and not even all the accompaniment. I asked for all salad and had a tiny bit of lettuce, onion and there was no tomato. There was very little garlic mayo so very dry. Was so looking forward to it as the reviews were very good but was disappointed. The only good thing was it arrived before the time it said. Sadly disappointing 😞 I would like a reply as it was not the cheapest takeaway

If I could give less than 1 star I would, honestly hands down the worst kebab (if you can call it that) I've ever seen in my life don't get me wrong portions are big but by god this was the worst meat I've tasted and seen in my life, not to mention the fact it arrived cold and in a tin foil wrapper which made it all completely soggy and the fact it cost £25 for two kebabs that had one bite taken out of them, would not recommend whatsoever.
