Burger king superb as always here. I had double whopper which was delicious but I don't think I will continue to justify paying the high prices of BK. It's just not worth it. 😭

Opening times on google maps doesn't match real opening times. Opening Times is 11 am to 10 pm. I wasted time going in there and see it's closed

Great for when im driving back from belfast and feeling a bit hungry. Always seems to be overwhelmed with orders however, even when there is only 3 or 4 people. Food is always good either way even if there is a bit of a wait. What i dont like however is that i cant use the vouchers from the burger king app just because its in an apple greens, i would eat here more often if i could as i travel past it quite regularly

I called in at 9pm on the 03 July 2023 on my way home after a long day in a Belfast hospital, I had been looking forward to a good burger for hours. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger meal, and as an afterthought ordered a portion of chicken nuggets for my furry friends. I collected the burger meal and to my surprise the male assistant took my receipt, I did think it odd at the time, I sat down, opened and laid out the meal, first thing I noticed was the chips were cold, I then unwrapped the burger. I don't know when this burger was cooked but it was far from fresh, it was squashed and the filling was basically soggy mush. To say I was disappointed is an understatement, I've dined here quite a few times and this was the worst takeaway burger I've ever had. Surprisingly the chicken nuggets were freshly cooked and hot, needless to say the nuggets and cold chips went down well with my furry friends. I think I will be trying Castledawson roundabout in future. I've eaten in quite a few BK's both here and in England and this was just awful..

Stopped at Burger King today after a family funeral, got one double bacon cheeseburger. Drove out to a space at the side to eat it and it was disgusting. The cheese was cold the burgers were cold for nearly 6 pound a burger it's not acceptable. It was laziness from staff.

Tannoy made it hard for the employee to hear me. The coke did not taste like coke. Food was messier than usual. Not busy

On two separate occasions I showed up one hour before closing and was told there was no food. When there has been food I've been met with poor quality service and product. I have also made a official telephone complaint . Worst burger king I've been to and a travel a lot.

9:15pm on a Saturday night, Closed sorry...

Portions are absolutely tiny, first i ordered some whopper, i asked if it was big, they said it was massive, but it was absolutely tiny, like for a 4 years old, and it wasn't good. Now i bought a burger and it was even tinier, you'd need around 40-50 quid to fill your stomach. The 3.89 burger is exactly the same as 99p mcdonalds burger. It's expensive, small portions, and doesn't taste good.

Staff are very ignorant. No queue. Order at kiosk even though you have to pay cash at the till anyway. No thank yous. No please. Wanted sit in and I got a take out bag. Never again

Paid for extra items on burgers which were not given. One burger was cold and chips over-salted. Burgers came in wrong wrappers so it was a bit confusing - it seemed like we had been given the wrong meals but in fact they were correct!

Burger was ok, does when you're drunk on your way home.

Time states 11pm closing time and its shut before 9:30pm need to update your times

Twice now I’ve turned up a couple of hours before closing time to say they’re closed and not serving food.

If I could give 0, I would. Missing half the things on the menu on multiple visits, forgetting to put dips in the bag, and plastering a whopper with so much red sauce it looked like a crime scene

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The burger was dry and the vegetables were old, barely got any tomato, onions, pickles or ketchup and did not get any cheese despite asking for it. The biggest excuse for a Whopper ever. I would understand if the place was packed however it was practically deserted, they weren’t in any rush whatsoever and to top it off the sprite was flat and the fries were over cooked. Not enjoyable in any way. If you are coming from Belfast you won’t regret driving another 15 minutes to the Burger King in Antrim, they actually have standards over there.
