Dry burgers, no extra cheese added when I paid for it, overcooked and chewy chicken. Bad overall food- unfortunately there isn’t a lot at Belfast international airport, you’d think that Burger King - A chain would be acceptable but I paid £19 for a burger by itself and some Doritos chicken bites, both were rubbish
Food here is pathetic compared to the southern franchise, why is this ? Nearly half the portion size and soggy. Shop floor screens weren’t working either tonight while the shop was packed out by the new chicken shop next door. Bad impression needs major improvement fast or new management
Evitar. Un lugar horrible. Esperó 20 minutos para 2 cafés. Las mesas no se limpian durante siglos. Luego está ese sonido de golpeo extremadamente cargado cada par de minutos, viene de baterista haciendo café creo, se puede escuchar incluso arriba, muy irritante y molesto, . No volveré a ir nunca más.
El servicio fue un asco ya que solo hablaban entre ellos, nadie estaba en el mostrador y solo se quedaron ahí mirando. Tengo mi comida y se olvidaron de mi salsa y mi queso. No podía regresar mientras me lo llevaba a casa.
I’ve visited this branch at least 5 times over the last 2 years but I’ve never managed to have warm fries - even once.
Today the fries were stone cold, as was the chicken wrap just thrown together and managed to come apart in its box. My husbands double cheeseburger and fries were cold also.
Honestly this place isn’t worth it and is dragging the brand reputation down in my opinion. In my last 2 visits here are the issues…..
1. Cold food
2. Thrown together
3. lacklustre service
4. Fizzy drinks that were flat
5. Incorrect order
I would say not to bother stopping here. There’s better run franchises if you like this brand. If this place was my only experience of McDonald’s- I’d absolutely hate it.
So I got a box male was a singer Todd male when I got back home I opened it on the burger has been reheated this is not the first time this is the second time on the monitor was on to night he was so rude he said it was not hated up but I told him I know it was hated up I used to work in KFC so I know when it's been hater
This place is putrid. The toilets are the foulest thing I’ve encountered in a place serving food. I hope this isn’t an indication of how the food preparation area is.
No toilet paper, no soap, the smell is horrendous and you have to ask staff to open the door. I passed this on to a staff member and she looked almost annoyed that I was speaking to her… “I’ll pass it on” was her response. I was trying to take my 3 Grandchildren to the toilet, this is disgusting we had to deal with this. Shame on you KFC. I know you don’t care, but we will NEVER step foot in one of you filthy stores again.
we ordered chocolate raspberry pie. I would have given it to my daughter right away, but I noticed that it expired at 12:26. It was 15:06.. we gave it back to the lady at the window, who consulted her manager, then brought another one, which, as it turned out, was the same, only the date was changed... :)
La atención al cliente espantosa no sonríe en absoluto, en particular el personal femenino habitual que trabaja allí. Sin embargo, si te gustan los cafés de Starbucks como a mí, te recomendaría probar otras tiendas para mantener tu energía positiva durante todo el día.
Ordené salir de aquí la semana pasada y me dieron lo incorrecto en el drive through, volví después de unos 10 15 minutos cuando me di cuenta de que era el pedido incorrecto y me negaron un reembolso o incluso una corrección de pedido por el gerente extremadamente ignorante e incompetente, volví esta noche y me entregaron el pedido incorrecto de nuevo por la ventana, por suerte nos dimos cuenta de que era lo incorrecto esta vez antes de salir así que lo corrigieron, pero la actitud del personal es de un servicio al cliente extremadamente pobre y que no les podía importar, es como si quien posee este específico nunca está allí y esto se hace dolorosamente obvio por la falta de respeto dado por el personal.
A colleague and I went to the café for our lunch break today. The server area was poorly optimised, as the menu for food was located behind the drinks ordering area rather than where you order your food. This caused confusion.
My colleague ordered a chicken roll and I ordered the pasta salad. After waiting a ridiculous 30 minutes the chicken roll arrived, but I was informed that the kitchen didn't have the ingredients for my salad.
I was astounded that it took them 30 minutes to inform me of this and to heat up a simple roll, especially given that the café had only a small number of people. As a consequence of this we were running late for work, and I was forced to leave without my order.
The only positive in the experience was the waitress, who was friendly and apologetic regarding the whole fiasco (none of which was her fault, the blame laying with the incompetent kitchen). I was offered a pre-made sandwich and a baked snack which I accepted in lieu of a refund.
A terrible experience and to top it all off, my colleague described the chicken roll as tasting "like airport food". Don't go here, there are much better eateries nearby.
This is a review of the supermarket. Sainsburys are relentless about their drive to inconvenience their shoppers. At 7pm on the 03/09/24 they closed down the manned tills. This means that if you have a full trolly you have to check yourself out at the self check outs designed for customers with a basket of shopping. Firstly, I object to having to "check my shopping out" Secondly the facilities to check out a full trolly loaded with shopping is woefully inadequate. This is a cost cutting exercise by Sainsburys, they may say "it's the way the market is going" but that's their cost cutting excuse. By introducing this 7 pm change it discriminates against me when they still provide manned tills before this cut off. If they closed down all their manned tills, they would loose the majority of their customers. For me, that was the last time I will ever shop in Sainsburys, any Sainsburys. I've been shopping with them since this store opened.
The interior downstairs is beautiful with a lovely bar, the barmaid was pleasant however we where pestered by a drunk man wearing a long black coat with a tattoo on his hand, he came over to where we were sitting and asked us what where we doing here he got rude and came out with unpleasant comments he then offered to shake hands with us we went along with it just to try and get rid of him he squeezed our hands in purpose to get a reaction from us, we just got up and left, this parasite is bad for business a truly horrible experience.
