Burger King in Banbridge

Got no curry opened lid and smelt like a dead body on its way out. Next door would notice the smell if I was crazy enough to leave it overnight. There was vhs tape and the place looked like something from the 80s. Was told walking in there was only a 1 star food review, If only my brother said it louder I would’ve walked out happily.

Your near average McDonalds Service - normally have a good wait, even drive through with no other cars. Park service or inside don't do much better Frequently miss something that was ordered and paid for Food - usually on cool side. Frequently out of ice cream and milkshake Using App, no proper way to provide complaint, virtual assistant is total rubbish.

I visited the ranch at the weekend with my family, for some reason they weren’t doing food, so we thought as we weren’t in a hurry we would stay for one drink and move on somewhere else to eat. We were served by a nice pleasant barman and when we were finished decided to use the toilets before moving on. The pub itself looked fine but I don’t think that I have ever witnessed anything quite as bad as the toilets, I met my wife outside and She looked like she was going to be sick, she couldn’t even start to describe how bad it was. We thought ourselves lucky that we hadn’t eaten there, because if they can neglect the toilets like that I wouldn’t like to chance the food.

Placed an order on Wednesday evening 18/12 order number 614787279. The order went in the opposit direction and didnt arrive for an hour with no apology. The order was cold so i called the store and organised a re deliver which never turned up. I phoned back 50 minutes later to be hung up on twice then handed over to a foreign woman who had to get a translator to speak with me, the order was (AGAIN) re ordered after agreeing to an hour wait as they where busy. To my surprise it didn't turn up!!. After a long conversation with Mathew the area manager the following day I was promised a re order and a coupon as an apology for the terrible service, I have just phoned to order food (friday 20/12) and was told there is no record of my order or coupon. Absolute joke of a service never in my life have I been treated so poorly as a paying customer

Better than expected for a drive through coffee. Polite and fast service. A much better choice than any of the other big chains around the area. Exceeded expectations for a self confessed “coffee snob”
