food didn’t come for 2 hours , disappointing to say the least

Rang my phone (twice) at midnight, I had not placed an order nor have I ever used this branch of Dominos

Only ever ordered take out, while Domino's is always slightly pricier than my local take outs for being 7 miles from my home its always arrived promptly and hot great treat on a cold busy work night

Lovely pizza! My grandson loves it n so did I! Just a pity the staff were a bit dull

I'm giving one star because unfortunately the times don't correspond to reality. He managed to go and buy a pizza around 11:30 but unfortunately the place was already closed, even though it says here that it's open!

Can't fault the food or delivery. Delivery is cheapest and fastest in town. Perfect when needing that fast food fast.

Never got my food no refund nobody at dominos replies to emails . Robbed .

Was served by a slim gentleman with glasses, he was an absolute saviour when I'd messed up my order with my own stupidity. He went above and beyond.

Pizzas not great - hardly any meat toppings. Over priced but kids seem to like it 🤷 Got order wrong. Will try somewhere else next time.

Visiting from Canada I made the mistake of calling this place thinking ordering a pizza was at least similar to my Contrys Domino's Sadly my local phone & address wasn't enough. A postal code was mandatory. I didn't know it so my family & friends went without any food this night. A greater disappointment trying to pay $$ for food I have Never experienced. -4 stars. Terrible Banbridge Domino's sucks.

Ordered a pizza and got the time wrong, phoned the store to cancel/change delivery time and was told each time that my order didn't exist and I must have ordered from a different store in England. Was very dismissive when I offered the order number. So I went to bed thinking my order wasnt coming, Woke up and the pizza is on the doorstep, soaked through in rain, no missed calls from the delivery driver. Absolutely shocking service.

Pizza arrived, burnt, dry, no sauce no cheese, tasted like cardboard, will never order on here again.

Get orders wrong, don’t answer the phone to sort it out, would not recommend. Used to love dominoes but it’s not great this past few months! Customer service is ridiculous. Delivery drivers are lovely though:)

Yo what happened to my pizza bro

Absolutely absolutely appalling ordered a pizza with a side and got told it would be 30/40 minutes waited 1hr 40 mins for the food to arrive came cold, sent it back to get remade then waited another 1hr 15 mins and kept ringing got told it would be 15 mins, then range 30 mins later to be told it’s only a wee minute away, then rang 20 mins later and got told it was cancelled had to speak to the manager 3 times absolutely bad service no care for customers

food took over an hour to arrive despite our house only being around 3 miles from the store and when we called the store to ask about this they offered no explanation or apology. when the food arrived the pizza was almost inedible. £15 for nothing.

Took over an hour for food to arrive to an address approximately 10 minutes away, Wednesday tea time as well so not a busy busy time. Food stone cold so refused it and sent it back, contacted shop staff who had the attitude of 'well tough luck' no refunds so have had to go through card provider to get refund. Will not be using again!

The pizza isn’t bad at this price point of 6.99 pick up. There has been alarm going in the seating area for over a week that drills through the skull and the bathroom has been unavailable for over two weeks because of some drunk. Decent pizza, but a nightmare to sit and wait.

Pizza Luke warm to cold when arrived , toppings missing , phoned and they said they would send another , waited over an hour NO pizza , phoned young girl said it was on way , 40 mins later I phoned again , guy told me it wasn’t sent so I asked for refund that was last Thursday and still waiting ,

rotten! worse pizza i’ve ever had in my life. tasted like rubber and cardboard was more burnt than i don’t know what pepperoni was completely black will not be back and rip off aswell

absolutely disgusting, pizza tasted stale like it had been sitting since 12pm that day and was actually pure burnt and there must have been no cheese added as it was just tomato sauce and burnt peperoni disgrace this was in newry dominos.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered on the app last night at 23.10 and got to waiting 50 mins so called the store and they told me their deliveries are taking an hour and a half! Excuse me what!? Only Ordered 2 wraps, garlic bread and strippers! And the store is 5 mins away from the address I was at (my fiancé's house) order arrived 1 hour later. Burnt wraps, no sauce in one wrap (texas bbq) strippers were near black they were that burnt. All items were cold not even lukewarm. Wasn't enjoyable. Emailed about refund. Only got offered a voucher for a pizza and side! Haha you're having a laugh if u think I'm ordering from there again! Not good enough! So there's money wasted.

Terrible service, has gone down hill so badly. Slow service, wrong food and toppings. Rude manager when you call up asking where your order is after waiting 2 hours, i think the managers name was phil. Terrible service. Can't fault the delivery drivers though, always happy and friendly service from them. I will be going else where for dinner though.

Food not delivered all together , food cold , very disappointing with this and the price of it for a cold rubber pizza and order all wrong and then said they would sent it 45 mins later ,, ever heard of family sat nite treat for me and my kids , disappointing isn't the word

I ordered a delivery last night at 10pm and got it at 12.15 am . When i phoned at 11pm i was told that it was out for delivery i then phoned back at 10.45 i was was told that it should not be much longer . I had to phone again at 11pm because it still hadn't arrived the person on the phone hung up on me i then phoned back and was told that it was delivered when i said that i didn't get it he might as well called me a lair. NOT impressed at all with the service. 😡

Food was late but didn't mind because john was a ray of sunshine :)

Dominos are very overpriced for start!!meat is not good quality from farms in Poland terrible quality.I recommend retro pizza far cheaper and tastier no brainer!!!

Disastrous last 3 orders....week 1 was late by nearly an hour Lucy kept putting me on hold to investigate then picking up call again as if fresh call and I had to remind her she had put me on hold....crazy.. following week driver arrived with food we hadn't ordered...turned out was reorder from previous week.... then week 2 voucher was against partners tel no so couldn't use nor were we advised despite our late order being online order could only use voucher against telephone orders. Tonight week 3 order 25 minutes late....food cold and our "Hot & Spicy" was literally like a margherita were so little toppings on it.....disaster after disaster after disaster. Think I'll be reverting to Sainsbury's freshly made pizza counter where I can rely on quality as well as getting what I order and enjoy it in a timely manner rather than waiting for it to b driven halfway round the country then it's cold....btw I was asked tonight when rang about lack of toppings whether I had handed pizza back to driver or accepted it!!!!!!!!!!!! Do we have to open pizzas now on doorstep in dark to check they ok????? Thought this up to your quality checker to do this not customer who has paid 40+ for rubbish customers service and cold tastless food.....needless say won't be back!!!!!

No surprises here...except that one large pizza is 17 quid...in what world is a dominos pizza 17 quid when a quality Italian pizzeria will cost you similar..in fairness the deals like buy one get one free makes these guys much better value...but i would never pay full price for one and have never had to...makes me think the price list is a bit of a con...

Got chicken strips combo with wedges both where undercooked even though I specified them to be done extra well.... wouldn’t like to see them cooked normally probably come out cluckin

Definitely one star. For a pizza specialist company, the pizza is extremely bland, the only saving grace for the food is the tiny pot of garlic dipping sauce and the price of the food.............Well, it's just too expensive, don't get me wrong if the food was delicious and morish then you wouldn't mind paying on the high end for it but it's just not what it should be. To summarise, if you you want sub-standard pizza that is way over priced then eat here or you could pick up a properly delicious (no exaggeration) 14" pizza that will feed the whole family for only a fiver at the Tesco Xtra at The Boulevard.

My pizza, one pizza, took half a flaming hour to be made. It wasn't getting delivered. I was waiting in the shop. My friend also had to wait half an hour for ONE small pizza. I certainly won't be back 😡

Awful Awful service. A five minute car journey to deliver took over an hour and ended up with a driver breakdown and no Pizza. there was no other car to deliver the pizza and my whole movie night was ruined. THANKS DOMINOS

Been a few things when my order has appeared ready on screen, yet I've still been standing waiting. Food is lovely just service that could be much better.

Poor staff.. stood and looked at us and didnt take our order.. asked what meat there was and the response was just whatever
