Normal mcds food.. Coke never tastes right, nearly Always out of mc flurry

Good mcdonalds, good food, however if there's more than 5 or 6 cars at the drive through expect to be told to wait in the car park for 20 minutes while they forget about you and serve the next cars straight away. I don't mind waiting but don't fob cars off to the car park and then continue to serve the cars in the queue

Since this has been done up the service has gone downhill. Lukewarm coffee Lukewarm chips my chicken selects were hot. If you go inside it is so hard to get served.

Handy place to stop for a bit of fast food and a coffee .

MacDobalds, Sadly a go to when away from home

Very busy. There is seating outside and inside. The people and staff are very kind.

The absolute cheak of Ryan, my young nephew went to get his happy meal and he said thank you and Ryan referred to him as a strange person. Me and my husband of 60 years saw this as my nephew walked off . He uttered the words "you see some strange people" loudly behind him

App order, ready for collection quite quickly

Fries in McDonald’s can be a bit hit and miss; today they hit! Lovely and warm and plenty of them! The restaurant was clean, tables were cleared away promptly by the staff, loos were all clean and well stocked and staff were very friendly! A great experience!

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the drive through. Very isolated from people and lovely. Only had to drive to one window as I paid online so less interaction again with people. Very few words spoken by staff and no eye contact. Thank you, very thoughtful service for misanthropes. The double McMuffin was lovely.

Your near average McDonalds Service - normally have a good wait, even drive through with no other cars. Park service or inside don't do much better Frequently miss something that was ordered and paid for Food - usually on cool side. Frequently out of ice cream and milkshake Using App, no proper way to provide complaint, virtual assistant is total rubbish.

So slow and never get what you actually ordered. What a waste go somewhere else.

The hash brown element of my breakfast was served on the tray, but not on the paper bit, and the tray looked dirty. Seems the paper covers are now smaller, cost cutting no doubt, but they've forgotten it's purpose as a corporation.

Got a completey different meal from what I ordered. Staff did not check and don't seem to be interested . They need manager to check orders by the looks of it.Won't be back.

Ordered Big Mac meal large when I got my order half the burger was missing. Asked if what I received was in actual fact a Big Mac because it did not look anything like the image. Told me the other half of the burger should have been filled also. Took my burger away and when I got it back, all they did was stick a beef burger in between top layer. Absolutely disgraceful. In hindsight I should have kept the burger I had until the proper one was brought to me. Worst burger and was not able to eat it because I was so disgusted and cross with their lack of skills in preparation of food and most of all taking me to be a fool! Yes I did notice what you did. Never again, worst Mac ever.

Cold food and chicken hard will be contacting health and safety

I ordered a delivery couldn't speak English and I didn't get my order because he put in the wrong address and he rang back to appogize not good eoungh

I don’t want to guess how many times the chips has been reheated. If I wanted to eat cold hard chips, I would’ve picked ones up from the footwell and ate them. Probably would’ve been more pleasant

Was a bit of a wait in the drive thru as it was a busy time but staff were pleasant

Was in mcdonalds both at the boulevard Banbridge and Newry late this evening. Usual high standards but liking coffee still can't enjoy a decaffeinated one for some unknown reason. I've been to Portugal Spain Australia to name a few and they all serve the prementioned.

Only one issue, they need to fix the Mcflurry machine. Never works.

Can be crowded sometimes. As for fast food, service bit slow.

McDonalds have upped their game. They now give you milk with your tea without having to ask for it (not sure about lactose free option. Might have to ask for that). That was my only proper gripe

Possibly the 2nd worst fast food restaurant after McDonald's in Holyhead. Pulled up to a busy drive through at 9:50p.m. After an age of little movement of traffic we tried to order from a clearly disinterested fella. No milkshakes and no apple pies (offered raspberry pie instead) as the machines were broken. Ordered our food and paid for it. Told to wait at next window. Food practically thrown at us by a very rude girl at 10:17 We drove over to a parking spot to "enjoy" our food in the car as it was lashing rain outside. When we opened the food, 1) the burger was cold 2) no sauce for the sharing select 3) no salt 4) no milk for the tea 5) raspberry pie was burnt and inedible. 6) chicken selects while not looking burnt tasted as though they were. My wife went over in the lashing rain and returned the food to the manager who kindly offered to replace it along with milkshakes as he couldn't understand why his staff said there were none. My wife declined the offer of both the food and a refund as we had eaten some of the food. She just felt it should be highlighted how bad it was. While inside the restaurant she also noticed how unclean the restaurant was and pointed this out to the manager. There was cooked food on the floor INSIDE the counter that had probably been dropped and not been cleaned and bags of buns on the floor beside the dropped food. The manager's excuse was that they were very busy. While he was a nice chap we will not be adding to the pressure of his business in the future.

Staff need training here in regards to customer service. We asked for ketchup. Teenager at the counter looked into the his empty box of ketchup sachets and says that they've no ketchup. There was plenty of ketchup in the dispensers but he didn't care enough or know enough about customer service to be helpful.

I was at McDonald's Banbridge, I'm disabled and unable to stand for any length of time. I had to give up and go to sit down, so no food or drink. Pl lease give me advice if I'm to try and use this again

There was a team of young boys who came in to order mcflurrys. They waited a long time to be told the ice cream machine was down, and then their orders came out after they had to leave for the bus. At least 6 young gents lost money because they couldn't wait and didn't get to eat. None were offered a refund. Instead the employees continued to call their numbers, realized they left then discarded their order.

Drive through in banbridge a disaster 40 mins in queue then get the wrong order,won't be back.

Quite often get the order wrong, last time missed cheese and top of bun from big mac and 2 porrions of fries

Great little pub in Carrickfergus. The night I visited, I had the pleasure of a ukele band playing in the background. The food was very nice and the service was courteous and friendly. A top spot if you fancy a quick pint, a spot of lunch, or a nice evening meal.

Food really slow to come out and there was only 2 cars in total in drive through. Food was not the warmest.

Tables stinking kids sneezing all over the place including the we touch screens for the kids to use. I had to use a glove to type my order in . MY GOODNESS IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH TO CLEAN TABLES AND SCREENS . NO WONDER KIDS ARE OF SCHOOL SICK ...Tables and touch screens and order screens cleaned at all times

Took 20 mins to get some nuggets and a burger. Loads of people waiting, no urgency with the staff, casually chatting amongst themselves. My food wasn't even hot when I got it. Complained to one of the managers, totally fobbed me off with a cut and paste apology and just walked away while I was still talking. Staff need a serious amount of training.

I mean, it's maccas in a retail park. Place is always busy but they still do table service and they have a lot of self serve ordering pods! All kids tablets were working and they were constantly cleaning.

35 minutes for an eat in order, few other customer they ordered after us were already done with their food, ours still not in sight. After we got it, everything ice cold. Sent it back and refunded.

Food was warm... 1 of the family got a plain burger with onions, the little amount of onions were not worth even asking for them... Sort out please!. Another family member got the new veg burger and he said it was tasty and worth it...

Quite a Big MCDonalds but I have to say it’s like Maze going through the Roundabout’s and Car Park.

McDonald’s in the boulevard banbridge— service was very poor, ordered a meal and wasn’t asked what drink we wanted was just given a sprite, we were asked to pull up at a further window and wait, waited here for 5 minutes and still got our order wrong as we asked for a chicken burger with no lettuce and a plain hamburger- even says on the box and receipt that we ordered no lettuce and plain hamburger and the chicken burger had lettuce and the hamburger had sauce on it.

Grandkids wanted McDonald's so headed to Banbridge. Service was quick and pleasant staff. Usual problem food was luke warm/ cold. Only for the reason we were in a hurry it would have all been returned. Perhaps this is something that should be brought to the attention of their head office. McDonald's is not a cheap option anymore and it is ridiculous that the paying public have to put up with this poor quality of food 😕

A coffee place that doesn't do milk alternatives in this day and age? Absolutely shambolic. Truly disgraceful to be told that.

Quite busy due to the Xmas shopping season, but staff were friendly, curtious, and prompt with food to my table. The food was perfect too & delicious.

I had to wait to pay for food, I was ignored by several staff. I was the only one waiting. Floors and benches were filthy. Not the nicest or cleanest of McDonalds. Won't be back!!

I've never been in a McDonalds before where the staff were so attentive to their customers. They were flat out but still managed to be friendly and helpful.

Achieved a new low last week. Even the tea was stone cold. Food is always cold in this franchise but cold tea was added to cold fries and an at best lukewarm burger. The male urinals needed cleaning and disinfected as they smelt bad. Clear lack of effective management. Workstudy required in the kitchen- plenty of pleasant teenage staff but staff do not wear name badges and the individual(s) in charge stay(s) out of customer sight in the kitchen. It can be very time consuming to try to get attention at the counter. Never improves and has seriously deteriorated this year.

Have to say, got a belter Big Cheesy with Bacon 🥓

Absolutely Shocking, every time I go to this McDonald’s I’m stuck waiting for a simple order, Waited at the window for my food for about 10 minutes to then get asked what was my order by a member of staff, i then get told to wait at the next window where i waited 25 minutes, there was plenty off staff working but they where all too busy talking, I then received my food to find they gave me the completely wrong order then brought it back to then wait another 15 minutes, baring in mind there was only 2 cars in the drive through and I only ordered 2 simple meals!! Too busy talking and no enough working!! Slowest McDonald’s in Northern Ireland- SORT OUT YOUR STAFF!! We go here because it’s so close to home, but you wouldn’t see this in newry or sprucefield

Frequently missing items of food whether that be picking up or having food delivered. Please make sure staff are checking receipts! This happens much too often. Food delivered is often cold too. If you order on the McDonalds app (to get your points) and the order is wrong in any way, there is NO way to contact your local McDonalds through their app to say it was wrong or ask for a replacement or refund. McDonalds app deliveries are delivered by Uber Eats so when you try to do anything about it on the McDonalds app it gives you an 0800 number to call to speak to Uber Eats, to get your refund. No replacement food delivery offered. McDonalds knows that by making their app unreliable and barely usable, plus giving their customers no way to get immediate replacements of missing or wrong orders, that customers will simply give up on getting a refund. They get to withhold your food and keep your money!

It was a fairly busy time when we got there. Very big queue for the drive through. People were standing around waiting for tables. But food was served promptly.

Absolutely no stars should be given. This is the worst Mcdonalds in Northern Ireland, they never had your order ready when you get to the last window, your always made to wait in the bay or just in the general queue. There sometimes isnt even anyone in the pay area. I actually do not know why we keep going to that one, Sprucefield is the best and always lovely, friendly staff.

Great staff who looked after us well. Tasty food properly cooked and hot on arrival at table. This is one of the best McDonalds as staff helpful, food hot and good service.

literally spent 30 minutes *at the front of the line* and never even served us?? we ordered thru the large tablet things and went to the cashier place to pay cashier never was there and didnt even serve us at all till 30 minutes after wth

Warning they do no serve breakfast up to 11 in this branch, I placed my order through the app and was there at 10:55 and told breakfast was unavailable, even though they had taken my app order and my payment. Manager at the window told me they couldn’t give me my order because they didn’t have any food as they stopped serving breakfast at 11, bearing in mind this was 10:56.

15plus minutes to wait for our breakfast order. Other customers were also complaining about the wait before us. When we finally receive our order it was wrong. We said we were dining in and it was presented as a take away. Staff just standing around talking in the food preparation area. One manager was just doing laps around the tables checking the wipedown cloths in their placement boxes. She should have been assisting staff to get customers orders out. I went to the counter and said I want my correct order and will not be waiting an other 15plus minutes, I want it now! My burger order was replaced and refunded.

Went to drive thru ,told to wait in bay till order was ready,15 min later had to go in to get order ,never happen before in any McDonald's, they were serving other customers in drive thru but must have forgotten us.

Sunday's seem to be a bad day for McDonald's Banbridge. My wife went 3 weeks ago one Sunday morning ordered breakfast for take out inside the restaurant. It was busy, but not to the point of breaking. Waited 30 mins did not receive the food and then ask d for a refund which she received. I went myself tonight ordered on the app went to the drive through and it was not busy. I was asked to wait for my order at the last window and ended up waiting 20 minutes. I had ordered a happy meal and two double quarter pounder meals. Finally received my order and went home to find they were single BBQ quarter pounder meals. Not impressed. Get your act together.

Manager was on the floor taking care of customers and wiping tables etc.Excellent leadership displayed by example.

It's a treat to visit McDonald's Banbridge up @ the Boulevard/Outlet. Nice service and good staff, redeeming the £1.99 vouchers is very considerate especially during the cost of living, it helps tremendously - really cuts down costs & you can save tons. Makes the experience whole, along with a massive selection of meals. McDonalds caters to everyone and still is the top fast food pick 😉🍔 Location wise, it's your typical McDonald's layout, for those who're wondering.

They do delivery! Ordered online and tracking showed it took 16 minutes to deliver. Cold drinks were in bag next to hot food. As a result the food was stone cold. Not impressed! Thank goodness for Ninja cooker to reheat.

Changed my 2 year old star rating from 4 to 2 after two recent trips, we haven't been in over a year previous to this. Unfortunately recently both times we have ordered from this McDonald's the food seems to be brought out cold in the bag; the drive from collection to home takes less than 5 minutes. Two separate trips, first time we thought perhaps it was just so busy but second time was no better, in fact worse. Last order was missing some burgers, which is unusual (we decided not to bother going back for the missing burgers as food was cold already and we were rushing to go out for the evening with kids), but certainly the more food comes out cold and like rubber the less likely we will be to visit; will instead return back to Sprucefield where things are hot, fresh and orders correct. I don't expect the world from a fast food takeaway, but I expect them to at least try to maintain some kind of standard, which seems to have slipped greatly in Boulevard location.

Got served quick and got a seat quick

Place was quiet for a Monday night. I ordered on shop app. I ordered a Mc. CRISPY chicken burger and medium chips with a toffee latte instead of fizzy drink. Plus two sweet curry portions now ridiculously charged at ten pence each. The burger was like a kids portion and too spicy. Chips very small portion. Coffee cold. I ordered for table but had to go up and ask where it was when I could get hold of a staff member as they were totally ignoring the people at the counter. At £7.69 it is a rip off. I could get a Chinese take away for this and it would fill you up, unlike Mc. Ds. Place was cold and uninviting. Be a while before I go am back here.

It's ok. Quick fast food. Went to drive through. Got my order mixed up. Had to go back & go in to sort it out.

Drive through is a joke one car served every 5 mins . Can't reverse , can't go forward. Just stuck for 25 mins

Grandson loves getting here for a bite to eat along with his nanna and great nanna. Always busy but staff are always pleasant and happy to help.

Food was lovely when we got it buy waited so long.. other people were coming and going before us ..we had to go to the counter twice to see where the food was but it was lovely in the end
